目的:了解案例医院非医疗类法律顾问工作的运行现状,分析存在的问题,在此基础上提出改进建议,为国内其他医院的非医疗类法律顾问工作实践提供一定信息支持。方法:应用案例研究法,对案例医院2019年3月至2020年11月委托律师事务所进行的... 目的:了解案例医院非医疗类法律顾问工作的运行现状,分析存在的问题,在此基础上提出改进建议,为国内其他医院的非医疗类法律顾问工作实践提供一定信息支持。方法:应用案例研究法,对案例医院2019年3月至2020年11月委托律师事务所进行的非医疗类法律服务的数量、需求部门、类型以及存在的问题等进行总结与分析,在此基础上对案例医院非医疗类法律顾问工作的管理制度进行梳理,结合文献研究,提出有针对性的意见和建议。结果:法律顾问共计处理1635件非医疗类法律事务,涉及29个科室或部门,涵盖协议和合同的审查与修改(1611件)、法律咨询(20件)和诉讼与仲裁(4件)等事务。非医疗类法律事务主要来源于科研(938件)和基础运行(184件)。存在的问题:医院内部缺乏专门的法务主管部门和专职人员,仅依靠行政管理部门协调管理,法律风险管控能力受限;与合同和协议有关的管理制度需要进一步规范,制式合同模板有待完善。结论:案例医院非医疗类法律事务需求量大,尤其是科研和基础运行方面,医院应予以重视。实施法律顾问制度以来,案例医院非医疗类法律风险管控能力有所提升,但仍存在一些问题。基于现有结果,医院今后在法律顾问制度的实施模式、人员配备及职责界定等方面需采取相应措施,不断提升医院的法律风险管控能力,提升依法治院的水平,提高运行效率。 展开更多

为了方便及时检测土壤各因子的变化,为林地选择合适的树种提供依据,本文提供一种便携式森林土壤探测仪。本探测仪应用机械电子控制技术、传感器技术以及通信技术,将SHT11温湿度传感器、pH传感器及应变传感器与AT89S51单片机以及24位精度... 为了方便及时检测土壤各因子的变化,为林地选择合适的树种提供依据,本文提供一种便携式森林土壤探测仪。本探测仪应用机械电子控制技术、传感器技术以及通信技术,将SHT11温湿度传感器、pH传感器及应变传感器与AT89S51单片机以及24位精度的A/DS1232转换器相结合,解决了传统仪器功能单一、操作复杂的问题,达到"一针多用"的效果。最终试验结果表明,该便携式探测仪可在一定范围内同时测量出土壤的温湿度、pH值(酸碱度)以及贯入阻力(板结度),且测量范围为地面至地下40 cm,响应时间≤1 min,测量精度为±0.5%,具有简单轻便、操作容易、测量快的特点,完全符合设计要求。该探测仪在森林火灾过后的土壤检测、林木生长过程的实时监测等方面有着很好地应用前景。 展开更多

Based on the information from forest resources distribution maps of Luoning County of 1983 and 1999, six indices were used to analyze spatial patterns and dynamics of forest landscapes of the typical region in the middle of the Yihe-Luohe river basin. These indices include patch number, mean patch area, fragment index, patch extension index, etc. The results showed that: (1) There was a rapid increase in the number of patch and total area from 1983 to 1999 in the study area. The fragment degree became very high. (2) The area of all the forest patch types had witnessed great changes. The fractal degree of each forest patch type became big from 1983 to 1999. The mean extension index of Robinia pseudoacacia forest, non-forest, shrub forest, sparse forest, and Quercus species forest increased rapidly, but that of economic forest became zero. The fractal dimension each showed that forest coverage has been promoted. (3) The changes of landscape patterns were different in different geomorphic regions. From 1983 to 1999 the vegetation cover area, the gross number and the density of patch, diversity and evenness of landscape were all reduced greatly in gullies and ravines, but the maximum area and the mean area of patch types were increased. In hilly region, both the forest cover area and the number of patch increased from 1983 to 1999, but the mean area of patch was reduced greatly. In mountain region, even though the area under forest canopy reduced from 1983 to 1999, the patch number was increased greatly, the mean area of all patch types was reduced, the extension index, diversity index and evenness index of landscape were all increased. Furthermore, because of different types of land use, human activity and terrain, the vegetation changes on northern and southern mountain slopes were different. According to these analyses, the main driving forces, such as the policies of management, market economy, influence of human activities etc. are brought out. 展开更多

Its three-dimensional structure has not been confirmed. hEC-SOD couldn′t be expressed in E.coli. We constructed a hybrid enzyme, which comprises the N-terminal and C-terminal domains from hEC-SOD, fused it to human Cu,Zn-SOD. The hybrid enzyme is expressed successfully in E.coli. Further, we analyzed the expression of hEC-SOD in E.coli by mRNA differential displaying. 展开更多

To enhance the relative movement of domains, we inserted a random sequence of fifteen-peptide into the three domains of L-aspartase. By means of directed screening, the three isoforms of monomeric, dimmeric and tetrameric enzymes were obtained. Compared to the wild-type tetrameric L-asparease, these mutants remained 19.7%, 42.3%, and 92% of the enzyme activity, respectively. Moreover, the examination of enzyme properties revealed that their k_ cat and K_M changed in varying degrees, and the optimum pH shifted towards acidic pH, while the dependence of the activity of enzyme on Mg 2+ concentration and thermostability increased. Therefore this strategy provides a novel approach to directed evolution of enzymes. 展开更多
