Methods: Fifty-eight patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected for research. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, providing routine care for patients in the control group and anesthesia care for patients in the observation group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared and observed. Results: after the intervention, the heart rate (86.89±15.94), diastolic pressure (83.44±9.88) and systolic pressure (129.78±14.38) of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (73.22±9.37), (72.36±8.69) and (113.22 ± 11.34), and the difference was statistically significant (p < 0.05). The incidence of nursing adverse events in the observation group (6.90%) was lower than that in the control group (20.69%), and the difference was statistically significant (p < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group (96.55%) was higher than that of the control group (75.86%). The incidence of complications (17.24%) was lower than that of the control group (27.59%). The anxiety score (34.26±4.15) and depression score (37.91±6.24) of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (45.81±7.62) and (48.29±8.61), the difference was statistically significant (p < 0.05). Conclusion: anesthesia nursing can enhance the postoperative recovery effect of orthopedic patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery, reduce the incidence of restlessness during awakening, improve the nursing satisfaction of surgical patients, and has good clinical popularization.展开更多
