Methods: 80 stroke patients with dysphagia who were admitted to hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given nutrition and health education combined with routine care, and the observation group was given swallowing guidance on this basis. The swallowing function of the patients after intervention was compared. Results: after treatment, the swallowing function rating of the patients in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the performance was better in the Watian drinking water experiment, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the treatment process of stroke patients with dysphagia, special swallowing care can significantly improve the dysphagia of the patients. At the same time, combined with nutrition and health education, it can improve the nutritional status of the patients, and has promotional value.展开更多
