富含上网小水电的电力系统需在规划时协同考虑小水电对电力负荷预测、电网与电源规划的影响。该文以宜昌地区的电力系统为工程背景,在负荷预测阶段,结合解耦法和标幺法,将负荷曲线分为平均负荷与标幺曲线,以便直观分析小水电出力对负荷... 富含上网小水电的电力系统需在规划时协同考虑小水电对电力负荷预测、电网与电源规划的影响。该文以宜昌地区的电力系统为工程背景,在负荷预测阶段,结合解耦法和标幺法,将负荷曲线分为平均负荷与标幺曲线,以便直观分析小水电出力对负荷特性的影响;在电网规划阶段,根据负荷曲线峰值,分析水电上网对当地负荷的影响,差异化计算水电上网区与非水电上网区的容载比,前者采用水电上网最大时刻负荷,后者采用统调最大负荷,以便合理规划主变容量;在电源规划阶段,综合考虑电压质量、保护配置、主变容量及线路安全电流等约束条件,合理选择小水电的接入地点与容量,提高电网对小水电的消纳能力。 展开更多
