Methods: select 100 patients admitted to the department of cardiology in our hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 and divide them into control group and observation group. The nursing satisfaction, the incidence of adverse reactions and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results: the total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05);The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05);The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). <0.05);The quality of life of patients in the observation group after nursing was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: as far as the nursing work of cardiology department is concerned, the implementation of medication safety management can greatly improve the nursing satisfaction of patients, and because of more emphasis on medication management, the incidence of adverse reactions and the total incidence of adverse events are significantly reduced, and the overall safety is significant improvement, the quality of life of patients has also been significantly improved, so medication safety management has a very high application value in the nursing work of cardiology.展开更多
