An Improved Locally Conformal Finite-Difference Time-Domain (ILC-FDTD) method is presented in this paper, which is used to analyze the edge inclined slots penetrating adjacent broadwalls of a finite wall thickness waveguide. ILC-FDTD not only removes tile instability of the original locally conformal FDTD algorithm, but also improves the computational accuracy by locally modifying magnetic field update equations and the virtual iterative electric fields accordlng to the complexity of tile slot fringe fields. The mutual coupling between two edge inclined slots can also be analyzed by ILC-FDTD effectively. 展开更多

Application of Dual-level DuoPAP Mode Non-invasive Ventilator in Primary Hospital

Objective: to study the application value of non-invasive ventilator in bilevel positive airway pressure (DuoPAP) mode in neonatal respiratory failure in primary hospitals. Methods: a total of 86 children with respiratory failure admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table pattern, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional oxygen inhalation via nasal cannula, and the observation group was given dual-level DuoPAP mode non-invasive ventilator-assisted ventilation. The clinical efficacy, clinically relevant monitoring indicators (assisted ventilation time, hospitalization time), and arterial blood gas indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. [ Blood oxygen partial pressure (PaO 2 ), arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure (PaCO 2 ) ] and respiratory function indicators [respiratory frequency, oxygenation index]. Results: the total effective rate of neonatal patients in the observation group (93.02%) was higher than that in the control group (76.74%), and the data was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the children in the observation group were shorter than the control group in terms of assisted ventilation time and hospital stay (P<0.05). 24h after ventilation, the measured values of arterial blood gas indexes (PaO 2 and PaCO 2 ) in the observation group were higher or lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). 24 hours after ventilation, the measured values of respiratory rate and oxygenation index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: the dual level DuoPAP model noninvasive ventilator is simple and noninvasive, and can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect, effectively regulate the arterial blood gas and respiratory function of children with respiratory failure, shorten the auxiliary ventilation time, and accelerate the recovery and discharge of children.
