Methods: 65 elderly patients with early shoulder subluxation treated in our hospital from April 2019 to July 2022 were observed group and control group according to different treatment methods, with 33 patients with conventional rehabilitation treatment as control group and 32 patients with extracorporeal shock wave treatment as observation group to compare the treatment effect. Results: (1) distance (P> 0.05) from shoulder to humeral head was better than the control group before treatment (P 0.05);(2) the satisfaction in the observation group [30 (93.75%)] was significantly higher than the control group [24 (72.73%)] (P 0.05). Conclusion: the elderly patients with early stroke dislocation can improve the distance from the acromion to the humerus head.展开更多
