目的分析不明原因复发性流产(unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion,URSA)患者蜕膜组织中基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinases,MMPs)和基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制物(tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases,TIMPs)的表达及...目的分析不明原因复发性流产(unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion,URSA)患者蜕膜组织中基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinases,MMPs)和基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制物(tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases,TIMPs)的表达及其启动区甲基化水平。方法选取2017年1月至2017年12月在我院妇产科行清宫术的URSA患者31例(URSA组)及同期正常早孕放弃妊娠行人工流产女性30例(NC组)的蜕膜组织,应用实时定量PCR技术分别检测MMP1、MMP2、MMP3、MMP7、MMP9、TIMP1、TIMP2、TIMP3以及TIMP4的表达情况。焦磷酸测序技术检测上述差异表达基因启动区的甲基化水平。结果两组患者在年龄、停经天数等无统计学差异(P>0.05)。URSA组蜕膜中MMP2水平(1.08±0.68 vs 2.15±0.97)、MMP9水平(0.83±0.79 vs 2.01±1.42)的表达水平较NC组下调。URSA组较NC组TIMP1(3.45±1.33 vs 2.16±1.57)和TIMP2(2.95±1.14 vs1.72±1.29)TIMP3(2.8±1.1 vs1.62±1.16)的表达水平上调,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MMP1、MMP3、MMP7和TIMP4在两组间表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对转录水平存在差异的MMP2、MMP9、TIMP1、TIMP2、TIMP3启动区甲基化水平进行焦磷酸测序,结果显示,URSA组MMP2启动区甲基化水平(0.26±0.11)高于NC组(0.18±0.07),TIMP3启动区甲基化水平(0.46±0.10)低于NC组(0.63±0.11),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论URSA妇女的蜕膜组织中MMP2、MMP9的表达水平下调,TIMP1、TIMP2、TIMP3的表达水平上调,出现MMPs/TIMPs失衡,考虑细胞外基质水解不足导致了绒毛组织的的侵袭力下降为URSA可能的发病机制,而其中MMP2、TIMP3的基因表达与其启动区甲基化水平的改变有关。展开更多

With this the V_Iindex model for greenhouse vegetable land extraction was developed. The index model indicatedgreenhouse vegetable land for Qingzhou in April 2002 was concentrated in the southeast and aroundrural residential areas. Field data used for an accuracy evaluation showed that greenhouse hectaresdetermined with remote sensing were 95.9% accurate, and accuracy for the spatial distribution ofgreenhouse vegetable land cross checked with a random sample was 96.3%. A new technique was introduced for sand stabilization and re-vegetation by use of lignin sand stabilizing material(LSSM). LSSM is a reconstructed organic compound with lignin as the most dominant component from the ex...A new technique was introduced for sand stabilization and re-vegetation by use of lignin sand stabilizing material(LSSM). LSSM is a reconstructed organic compound with lignin as the most dominant component from the extracts of black-liquor issued by straw pulp paper mills. Unlike the polyvinyl acetate or foamed asphalt commonly used for dune stabilization, the new material is plant-friendly and can be used with virescence actions simultaneously. The field experimental study was conducted since 2001 in China's Northwest Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and has been proved that LSSM is effective in stabilizing the fugitive dunes, making the arenaceous plants survive and the bare dune vegetative. The advisable solution concentration is 2% and the optimal field spraying quantity is 2 5 L/m^2 The soil nutrients of the stabilized and greened dune, such as organic matter, available phosphorous and total nitrogen are all increased compared with the control treatment, which is certainly helpful to the growth of arenaceous plants. The technique is worthwhile to be popularized because it is provided not only a new method for desertification control but also an outlet for cleaning contaminants issued from the straw paper mills.展开更多
