Our results indicate that the R<SUP>2</SUP> term can act as the present impetus of cosmic acceleration, but there may be a future collapsing universe with this component damped. This model can also tolerate a negative cosmological constant ?, although there seems to be no need for a non-vanishing one. In our simplification, this curvature component has a stationary equation of state, which is similar to radiation. Unlike other dark energy models, this 'missing' energy has a negative density. Some details and effects on cold dark matter and Λ-relevant model have been discussed in the frame of curvature-squared gravity theories.展开更多
Objective: to investigate the current situation of community practice satisfaction of nursing students in a certain university and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide reference for improving community pr...Objective: to investigate the current situation of community practice satisfaction of nursing students in a certain university and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide reference for improving community practice teaching. Methods: 154 nursing students who completed two-week practice in 8 community practice bases were investigated with the self-made questionnaire of satisfaction with community practice of undergraduate nursing students. Results: the overall satisfaction score of undergraduate nursing students in the community was (86.24 ± 19.60) points, of which the satisfaction score of college management was the highest (10.47 ± 2.53) points, and the satisfaction score of community practice content was the lowest (21.90 ± 6.55) points. The results of linear regression analysis showed that whether the community implemented the teaching plan, nursing students awareness of the necessity of community practice, the number of practice projects, whether the teaching teachers participated in the training, whether there were enough teachers, and whether the college collected feedback suggestions were the factors affecting the satisfaction of community practice (R2 0.578). Conclusion: the satisfaction of undergraduate nursing students with community practice is in the middle level. Schools and communities should take corresponding measures to improve community practice teaching according to various factors affecting community practice satisfaction.展开更多

Methods: 100 nursing students from a ...Objective: to explore the knowledge and application status of undergraduate nursing students on target temperature management of coma patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods: 100 nursing students from a university in Hengyang city were selected by simple random sampling method. They were investigated by general situation questionnaire, undergraduate nursing students knowledge and application ability test on target temperature management of coma patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation and satisfaction survey on practical skills class of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Results: among the 96 nursing students surveyed, only 40.63% said they knew the concept of TTM, only 13.54% of them knew the specific range of the target body temperature in the 2020 edition of the guidelines for cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and only 14.58% of the nursing students practice departments carried out TTM. The most commonly used methods of body temperature detection were body surface measurement, intravascular measurement, rectal temperature probe, bladder probe, rectal mercury meter and esophageal temperature catheter standard measurement methods were less used. Nursing students in the practice department would prefer intravenous drip of ice salt water, ice cap, ice bag and ice blanket to induce and maintain mild hypothermia, while the more advanced and standard intravascular cooling method is applied less frequently in undergraduate nursing students. Conclusion: undergraduate nursing students lack the relevant knowledge of target temperature management for patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and need to further strengthen the teaching of target temperature management for coma patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation.展开更多

Improper selection of construction methods or construction control measures during construction in bedding biased strata at shallow buried section of tunnel portal will easily lead to bedding sliding deformation of be...Improper selection of construction methods or construction control measures during construction in bedding biased strata at shallow buried section of tunnel portal will easily lead to bedding sliding deformation of bedding biased strata and development to the surface, which will lead to deformation and cracking of initial tunnel support, distortion of steel frame, and even collapse and roof caving accident in serious cases. Taking a railway tunnel as an example, this paper analyzes the root cause and construction inducement of the tunnels initial branch deformation cracking, surface cracking and spalling surface cracking when the light-dark junction faces vertically. Considering the influence of precipitation in tunnel site area, the state and development trend of surrounding rock pressure and structural deformation are accurately judged through monitoring and measurement data analysis, and the deformation control measures and application timing are determined based on this. The effectiveness of emergency treatment measures for earth-filling back pressure in the tunnel, surface grouting reinforcement and permanent treatment measures for reinforcing locking feet in the tunnel are verified, which ensure the smooth progress of initial support changing arch and heading face excavation. The research process, ideas and methods can be used for reference for similar engineering design and construction.展开更多

Genetic analysis indicated that the 60 male-sterile phenotype was controlled by a single recessive gene. Results of tissue section showed that at microspore stage, OsMS-L tapetum was retarded. Then tapetal cells ex- panded and microspores degenerated. No matured pollens were observed in OsMS-L anther locus. To map OsMS-L lo- cus, an F2 population was constructed from the cross be- tween the OsMS-L (japonica) and LongTeFu B(indica). Firstly, the OsMS-L locus was roughly mapped between two SSR markers, RM109 and RM7562 on chromosome 2. And then eleven polymorphic markers were developed for further fine fine-mapping. At last the OsMS-L locus was mapped between the two InDel markers, Lhs10 and Lhs6 with genetic distance of 0.4 cM, respectively. The region was delimited to 133 kb. All these results were useful for further cloning and functional analysis of OsMS-L.展开更多
