Methods: the students participating in this research and analysis were from our hospital from January 2020 to April 2021. There were 200 students in clinical nursing practice. In order to compare and analyze different teaching methods, 200 students were randomly divided into groups. Among them, 100 students were taught by conventional methods, and 100 students were taught by micro-lectures on the basis of conventional teaching. The teaching effects of the two groups of clinical nursing practice students were compared and analyzed. Results: the theoretical test scores and the scores of practical nursing operations in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The observation group had fewer errors in drug nursing, wrong action techniques, and omissions in the nursing process, (P < 0.05). The students interest, knowledge mastery, and knowledge comprehension satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the teaching of "nursing and management of patients with chronic diseases in the community", the micro-lecture teaching method has a high value in use. It can further improve students practical nursing ability while deepening students memory of theoretical knowledge with promotion in the teaching process.展开更多
