Methods: Anze County People's Hospital of, Linfen city, Shanxi province suffered from gastric cancer from June 2017 to June 2018, in 80 patients treated with a total gastrectomy protocol, randomization, that is, 40 cases were included in the two groups each. In the observation group, patients were implemented in the usual care mode, combined enteral nutrition support care implementation intervention. In the control group, the postoperative routine care mode was applied alone. The nutritional indicators (including HB, STB, ALB), postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery, complication rate, nutritional status, and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared. Results: all 80 patients showed lower ratio (P > 0.05) and 40 subsequent intervention (P <0.05). After total gastric resection for gastric cancer in both groups, the anal exhaust, the defecation, bowel sounds and diet were faster than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The number of complications in the observed group was a lower level (P < 0.05). The incidence of malnutrition after the nursing intervention was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Before the nursing operation, the scores of QoL between groups were lower and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P > 0.05). After the nursing operation, the scores were improved and the level of observation group was higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion: for patients treated with gastric cancer, the intervention program can effectively improve their gastrointestinal function, improve their malnutrition status, and actively prevent complications.展开更多
