The lack of water from January to June will lead to the insufficient ability of Armillaria mellea to provide nutrition, the bending and downward growth of seeds, the delay of entering the tuber expansion period and the shortening of nutritional storage time. From July to September, too much rain is easy to combine with high temperature, and Gastrodia elata rot increases. The sudden change of temperature will cause the cell tissue of Gastrodia elata to be damaged and rot. The yellow mud matrix rots 26.5 per m2, fresh gastrodia elata 6.2kg, and the drying rate is 17.5%;the average yield of fresh gastrodia elata cultivated in river sand is 7.5kg, the drying rate is 19.5%, and 11.5 rot. In the rapid expansion stage of tubers, more water is needed to provide sufficient nutrition for Gastrodia elata. Too much water during nutrient storage will cause Gastrodia elata rot. To cultivate Gastrodia elata, we must choose the substrate with good permeability, and cover it with thin soil and thick covering after planting. In the early stage, while maintaining moisture, we should pay attention to trenching and drainage in the rainy season in order to ensure the yield of Gastrodia elata.展开更多

Different configurations for the monochroma-tor crystals and the analyzer crystals have been used in hard X-ray diffraction enhanced imaging (DEI) methods to over-come the complex task to adjust each of them to the id...Different configurations for the monochroma-tor crystals and the analyzer crystals have been used in hard X-ray diffraction enhanced imaging (DEI) methods to over-come the complex task to adjust each of them to the ideal position. Here we present a very compact DEI configuration, and preliminary results of experiments performed at the Beijing Synchrotron Radiation Facility (BSRF) using only two crystals: the first one acting as monochromator and the second one as analyzer in the Bragg geometry. Refraction contrast images characterized by high contrast and spatial resolution are obtained and compared with absorption im-ages. Differences among these images will be outlined and discussed emphasizing the potential capabilities of this very simple layout that guarantees a high transmission efficiency.展开更多
