2025年1月7日,西藏自治区日喀则市定日县发生6.8级地震,震源深度10km,震中最大烈度为Ⅸ度,此次地震造成大量人员伤亡及众多建筑出现不同程度损坏。为了了解村镇建筑在此次地震中的震害情况,对定日县和拉孜县13个乡镇的建筑进行了现场调... 2025年1月7日,西藏自治区日喀则市定日县发生6.8级地震,震源深度10km,震中最大烈度为Ⅸ度,此次地震造成大量人员伤亡及众多建筑出现不同程度损坏。为了了解村镇建筑在此次地震中的震害情况,对定日县和拉孜县13个乡镇的建筑进行了现场调查与分析。调查结果表明,此次地震中土木结构破坏最为严重,大多数房屋倒塌;砖木结构和砖混结构破坏较为严重;混凝土结构和钢结构主体结构破坏轻微,主要震害集中在非结构构件,个别混凝土结构发生倒塌。此次地震中,主体结构破坏严重的建筑均未经过正规抗震设计,缺乏抗震构造措施,是导致人员伤亡和财产损失的主要原因。针对村镇建筑震害特征和原因提出几点建议,以支撑村镇建筑后续灾后重建,提高村镇建筑防灾减灾能力。 展开更多

目的分析成人Xp11.2易位/TFE3基因融合性肾癌(Xp11.2/TFE3 RCC)的电子计算机断层扫描(computed tomography,CT)、MRI和正电子发射型计算机断层显像(positron emission computed tomography,PET)等影像学表现。材料与方法回顾分析19例(男... 目的分析成人Xp11.2易位/TFE3基因融合性肾癌(Xp11.2/TFE3 RCC)的电子计算机断层扫描(computed tomography,CT)、MRI和正电子发射型计算机断层显像(positron emission computed tomography,PET)等影像学表现。材料与方法回顾分析19例(男8例,女11例,年龄20~75岁)经手术病理证实的Xp11.2肾癌患者的影像表现,15例行CT检查,4例行MRI检查,2例行PET检查。12例因体检偶然发现,4例因血尿发现,3例因腰痛发现。分析病变的位置、大小、形态、边缘、密度或信号,内部特征,强化或摄取,侵犯或转移、TNM (Tumor NodeMetastasis)分期等。结果所有肿瘤均为单发,13例位于左肾,6例位于右肾,最大长径在1.7~11.7 cm。类圆形15例,不规则形4例;68%出现假包膜,密度或信号多不均匀,可见囊变(31.6%)、出血(52.6%)、钙化(15.8%),中度至明显强化6例(35%),轻度强化11例(65%),乳头状结节强化13例(76%),2例PET-CT均为低摄取。肾周淋巴结转移3例,肾静脉癌栓2例,远处转移2例。结论成人Xp11.2/TFE3 RCC女性稍多见,常见假包膜,信号或密度不均匀,出血常见,强化低或低摄取,常表现为乳头状强化特点,术前影像为Xp11.2/TFE3 RCC诊断提供一定帮助。 展开更多

Comparative study on CO_2 emissions from different types of alpine meadows during grass exuberance period 被引量:9

Potentilla fruticosascrub, Kobresia humilismeadow and Kobresia tibeticameadow are widely distributed on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. During the grass exuberance period from 3 July to 4 September, based on close chamber-GC method, a study on CO 2 emissions from different treatments was conducted in these meadows at Haibei research station, CAS. Results indicated that mean CO 2 emission rates from various treatments were 672.09±152.37 mgm -2 h -1 for FC (grass treatment); 425.41±191.99 mgm -2 h -1 for FJ (grass exclusion treatment); 280.36±174.83 mgm -2 h -1 for FL (grass and roots exclusion treatment); 838.95±237.02 mgm -2 h -1 for GG (scrub+grass treatment); 528.48±205.67 mgm -2 h -1 for GC (grass treatment); 268.97±99.72 mgm -2 h -1 for GL (grass and roots exclusion treatment); and 659.20±94.83 mgm -2 h -1 for LC (grass treatment), respectively (FC, FJ, FL, GG, GC, GL, LC were the Chinese abbreviation for various treatments). Furthermore, Kobresia humilismeadow, Potentilla fruticosascrub meadow and Kobresia tibeticameadow differed greatly in average CO 2 emission rate of soil-plant system, in the order of GG>FC>LC>GC. Moreover, in Kobresia humilismeadow, heterotrophic and autotrophic respiration accounted for 42% and 58% of the total respiration of soil-plant system respectively, whereas, in Potentilla fruticosascrub meadow, heterotrophic and autotrophic respiration accounted for 32% and 68% of total system respiration from GG; 49% and 51% from GC. In addition, root respiration from Kobresia humilismeadow approximated 145 mgCO 2 m -2 h -1 , contributed 34% to soil respiration. During the experiment period, Kobresia humilismeadow and Potentilla fruticosascrub meadow had a net carbon fixation of 111.11 gm -2 and 243.89 gm -2 , respectively. Results also showed that soil temperature was the main factor which influenced CO 2 emission from alpine meadow ecosystem, significant correlations were found between soil temperature at 5 cm depth and CO 2 emission from GG, GC, FC and FJ treatments. In addition, soil moisture may be the inhibitory factor of CO 2 emission from Kobresia tibeticameadow, and more detailed analyses should be done in further research. 展开更多

An active balancing technology has been applied to solve the severe vibration caused by sudden unbalance in rotating machineries during their working process. First, based on the generation principle of sudden unbalance, a simulation test stand with a sudden unbalance generation device was set up. Then, the balancing planes were optimized by using the finite element method (FEM) to determine the position for balancing device installation. Finally, the active balancing experiments were carried out on the test stand. The experimental results indicate that the vibration response caused by sudden unbalance can be decreased from 77μm to 8μm by using the active balancing device, and the vibration amplitude reduction was up to 89.6%. From this example, it can be concluded that the active balancing device, which is installed on a proper position of the rotor, can effectively control the random transient synchronous vibration, demonstrating its high value in engineering practice. 展开更多

A new oleanane-type triterpene was isolated from the roots of Doellingeria scaber. Its structure was identified as 3-oxo-16a-hydroxy-olean-12-en-28-oic acid based on 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy and X-ray analysis.

2000-2021年高身体质量指数所致中国居民胆道癌疾病负担及趋势预测

目的分析高身体质量指数(BMI)所致中国胆道癌疾病负担并预测其发展趋势,为胆道癌高危人群防治策略优化提供参考。方法采用2021年全球疾病负担(GBD)中国胆道癌疾病负担数据,以Joinpoint回归模型分析2000-2021年中国高BMI所致胆道癌死亡... 目的分析高身体质量指数(BMI)所致中国胆道癌疾病负担并预测其发展趋势,为胆道癌高危人群防治策略优化提供参考。方法采用2021年全球疾病负担(GBD)中国胆道癌疾病负担数据,以Joinpoint回归模型分析2000-2021年中国高BMI所致胆道癌死亡率和伤残调整生命年(DALY)的变化及趋势,以平均年度变化百分比(AAPC)和95%置信区间(CI)表示各相邻年份间构成比的变化量,并采用年龄-时期-队列模型预测其2022-2035年的变化。结果中国高BMI所致胆道癌死亡数和粗死亡率自2000年的1474例(占同期全国胆道癌总死亡例数的6.90%)和0.12/10万上升至2021年的4053例(占同期全国胆道癌总死亡例数的10.71%)和0.28/10万,且标化DALY率年均上升1.12%,其中男性年均上升1.52%,女性年均上升0.71%。各年龄组DALY率随年龄增长均上升(均P<0.001),高峰位于≥85岁人群,其中>29~34岁年龄段居民的DALY率上升速度较快,AAPC=2.22%,P<0.001。中国居民高BMI所致胆道癌标化DALY率年均上升速度高于中等社会人口指数(SDI)国家或地区(AAPC=0.70%),低于中低和低SDI地区(AAPC分别为1.87%和1.71%);全球以及高、中高SDI国家或地区的高BMI所致胆道癌标化DALY率年均下降(AAPC分别为-0.22%、-1.02%和-0.74%)。趋势预测分析表明,2035年高BMI所致胆道癌标化死亡率和DALY率可能上升至约9.70/10万和0.43/10万。结论中国居民高BMI所致胆道癌疾病负担持续上升,男性上升速度高于女性,且75岁及以上高龄人群负担较重,需抓住高风险人群并关注年轻人群,积极响应国家“体重管理年”计划方案,落实有效体质量管理措施。 展开更多

But inthe future, the memory space and the computation ability of the mobile terminals will no longer beany puzzles, so certificate and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) can be used to make wirelesscommunication security.
