At present, the whole process cost management has become the core of engineering construction project cost management. In order to improve the management level of construction engineering, the whole process cost management can solve the problems of traditional management. The application of the whole process cost management can qualitatively analyze each relevant element, dynamically prevent and control the possible situations in the engineering construction and further promote the smooth progress of the construction project. In order to play the role of whole process cost management in reducing project investment and saving cost, this paper introduces the concept of whole process cost management, analyzes on the problems existing in the current project cost management, and finally puts forward corresponding methods from the angle of whole process cost management.展开更多
