Methods: 60 cases of children admitted to our ...Objective: to study and analyze the application value of emotional counseling combined with childrens interest interaction in nursing of children undergoing venipuncture. Methods: 60 cases of children admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to November 2021 were treated with venipuncture intervention. They were randomly divided into the research group and the control group with 30 cases in each group. The children in the control group were given routine care, while the children in the research group were given emotional counseling combined with childrens interest interactive care. The degree of puncture pain, venipuncture situation and nursing satisfaction of family members in the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results: the scores of FLACC scale in all aspects of children in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the time of venipuncture was shorter than that in the control group, the number of venipuncture was less than that in the control group, the success rate of one-time puncture and the satisfaction degree of nursing care of family members were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Emotional counseling combined with childrens interest interaction is helpful to improve the degree of pain, puncture efficiency and satisfaction of the family members of the children, and can avoid repeated puncture to a certain extent.展开更多

Addition of antiserum, specific toCaM, to a whole cell extract reduced bind of the HSF to the heat shock element (HSE) with maize, and the re-addition of CaM to the sample restored the activity of the HSF forbinding to HSE. In addition, DNA-binding activity of the HSF was also induced by directly adding CaM to a whole cell extract at non-HS temperature with maize. Similar resultswere obtained with wheat and tomato. Our observationprovide the first example of the involvement of CaM inregulation of the DNA-binding activity of the HSF.展开更多

The two dips are at the ...The retained curve in one-trial passive avoidance task (OTPAT) of day-old chicks hatching from natural geomagnetic field (control groups) is consistent with the acknowledged three-phase model. The two dips are at the 20th min and the 60 min, and the avoidance rates (AR) to the red bead in short- and intermediate-term memory are 68.4% on average, while that in the long-term momory was 74.8%. The OTPAT retained curve of day-old chicks hatching from hypomagnetic field space (experimental groups) presents the marked timing effect. The two dips were at the 25th min and the 50th min, the avoidance rates to the red bead (ARR) in the short- and intermediate-term memory was 74.1% on an average, which was resembled to that in control group; however, the long-term memory appeared an obvious fluctuation. Compared with that in control groups, ARR and the deviation coefficient in experimental groups were decreased by 25.3% and increased by 1.3 times, respectively. That is to say, both the memory ability and stability in the experimental chicks declined. The result shows that the hypomagnetic field space has a negative effect on the development of chick brain function, and that cannot be negligible.展开更多
