A high-precision laser alignment system has been designed with dual PSDs (Position Sensing Detector) to change traditional manual way of shaft alignment and to make the measurement easier and more accurate. The system is comprised of two small measuring units (laser transmitter and detector) and a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) with measurement software. The laser alignment system with dual PSDs was improved on a single PSD system, and yields higher measurement accuracy than the previous design, and has been successful for designing and implements actual shaft alignment. In the system, the range of offset measurement is ±4 mm, and the resolution is 1.5 μm, with accuracy being less than 2 μm.展开更多

It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group Pi with a = 9.9944(10), b = 21.939(2), c = 25.628(3) A, a = 108.429(3), β = 100.613(4), 7 = 102.821(3)°, V = 4997.9(9) A3, Dc= 1.355 g/cm^3, Z = 2, F(000) = 2108, GOOF = 1.074, the R= 0.0626 and wR= 0.1531. The structure of the complex contains two [Mn2(L)2(2,2'-bipy)2] units, ten coordinated H2O molecules and three uncoordinated H2O molecules. This article expresses PRL-1, PRL-2, and PRL-3 and the catalytically i...Recent studies suggest that PRL-3 is involved in the metastasis of colorectal cancer, but the mechanism concerning that has not been well defined. This article expresses PRL-1, PRL-2, and PRL-3 and the catalytically inactive mutant forms of those enzymes in SW620 and SW480 cells, two human cell lines derived from non-metastatic cancer and metastatic colorectal cancer, respectively. While the expression of the native forms of PRLs promotes the spreading, adhesion, and proliferation of these cells, the expression of their mutant forms inhibits the earlier-mentioned processes. These data thus provide a cellular mechanism for the role of PRL-3 in tumor metastasis and suggest that all the three PRLs have similar functions.展开更多
