Clinical data of 5217 patients who underwent IVF-ET were retrospectively analyzed. Patients were divided into the long-acting GnRH-a group (n=1330) and the short-acting GnRH-a group (w=3887) based on their various treatment plans. The clinical and laboratory embryo data and clinical pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups. The results showed that there were no significant differences in the age, infertility, primary/secondary infertility rate, IVF rate, body mass index (BMI), antral follicle counting (AFC), folliclestimulating hormone (FSH) level, and the number of transplanted embryos between the two groups (P>0.05). There were no significant differences in the oocyte numbers, M II rate, fertilization rate, cleavage rate and blastocyst formation rate (P>0.05) between the two groups. The gonadotropin (Gn) using days, Gn dose and endometrial thickness were significantly greater in the long-acting GnRH-a group than those in the short-acting GnRH-a group (P<0.01). Additionally, the estradiol (E2) levels, blastocyst freezing rate, embryo utilization rate, transplant cancellation rate and abortion rate were significantly lower in the long-acting GnRH-a group than those in the shortacting GnRH-a group (P<0.01). The clinical pregnancy rate and embryo implantation rate were significantly higher in the long-acting GnRH-a group than in the short-acting GnRH-a group (P<O.Ol). It was concluded that use of long-acting GnRH-a can effectively reduce the transplant cancellation rate and improve the clinical pregnancy rate of the fresh cycle.展开更多

The dough rheological properties of development time(DT), stability time(ST), and farinograph quality number(FQN)were evaluated, as well as the flour quality traits of protein(PC), wet gluten content(WGC), and sedimentation value(SV). The coefficients of variation of DT(40.5%), ST(58.1%), and FQN(42.4%) were higher than those of PC(9.1%), WGC(10.1%), and SV(15.3%). Normal distributions were observed for the flour quality indices but not for the rheological parameters. SV was strongly correlated with the three rheological parameters and accordingly might be used as a primary indicator for dough rheological property evaluation. Our results showed that there has been marked improvement in dough rheological properties for Chinese wheat varieties released since 1986, while flour quality has remained stable.展开更多

This study aims to provide deeper insights to the relationship of the morphology and spatial distribution of stearic acid(SA) with the lubrication efficiency, as well as the resulting tablet property. Unmodified SA particles as flat sheet-like particles were firstly reprocessed by emulsification in hot water to obtain the reprocessed SA particles with spherical morphology. The three-dimensional(3 D) information of SA particles in tablets was detected by a quantitative and non-invasive 3 D structure elucidation technique, namely, synchrotron radiation X-ray micro-computed tomography(SR-μCT). SA particles in glipizide tablets prepared by using unmodified SA(GUT), reprocessed SA(GRT), as well as reference listed drug(RLD) of glipizide tablets were analyzed by SR-μCT. The results showed that the reprocessed SA with better flowability contributed to similarity of breaking forces between that of GRT and RLD. SA particles in GRT were very similar to those in RLD with uniform morphology and particle size, while SA particles in GUT were not evenly distributed. These findings not only demonstrated the feasibility of SR-μCT as a new method in revealing the morphology and spatial distribution of excipient in drug delivery system, but also deepened insights of solid dosage form design into a new scale by powder engineering.展开更多

文摘The chief objective of the article is to learn the spatial characteristics of stress distribution around a shallow buried cylinder Karst cave in limestone strata.Firstly, taking into account the geometry of limestone formations, and the characteristics of Karst geomorphology in China,a spatial axialsymmetrical hollow model was established.Concurrently, combining available work and the concept of elasticity, the boundary conditions are determined.Subsequently,Love displacement method was introduced, the expressions of stress components were gained. The diagram characteristics of each stress component are summarized, which are affected by various influencing factors. Finally,in order to prove the rationality of the general solution, numerical simulation was carried out on the basis of practical engineering, and the maximum error is less than 5%.Thus,the analytical solution could represent the spatial characteristics of stress distribution around a shallow buried cylinder Karst cave in limestone strata.
文摘Jing Medicine, as an important part of China’s ethnic medicine and culture, is characterized by its unique theories, rich content, and abundant resources, showcasing distinctive features of minority regions. The Jing ethnic group is distributed in coastal and border areas of China, and after thousands of years of development, it has formed a rich marine-oriented medical system in the struggle against the environment and diseases, displaying unique medication characteristics and clinical efficacy. According to Jing Medicine, the human body is an organic whole that is unified with the natural and social environment. It believes that the heavens and earth are the spirits of all things, and all things possess spiritual energy, which is closely connected to the human body’s spiritual energy. The utilization of marine organisms in medicine is the greatest feature of Jing Medicine, and it is a common approach used by the local population for disease prevention and treatment. To further explore Jing Medicine, improve the repository of ethnic medicine culture, and address the insufficient understanding of Jing Medicine in traditional Chinese medicine culture, this article provides a comprehensive review of the distinctive diagnostic and therapeutic theories, techniques, and applications of internal and external treatments in Jing Medicine.
文摘Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of a Jing ethnic prescription in treating chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG). Methods: A total of 182 CAG patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into a control group (91 cases) and a treatment group (91 cases) based on their admission order. The control group received conventional treatment, while the treatment group was treated with a Jing ethnic prescription. The clinical efficacy, changes in gastric mucosa-related indicators, and systemic inflammatory markers were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the overall effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). The levels of trefoil factor 2 (TFF2) in the gastric mucosa increased, and the levels of nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) decreased in both groups. However, the improvement in these indicators was significantly better in the treatment group (P Conclusion: The custom formula of the Jing ethnic group shows comparable clinical efficacy to conventional treatment for chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG), but it demonstrates significantly better effects in reducing systemic inflammatory responses. Specifically, the treatment group showed superior results in the following aspects compared to the control group: increased levels of TFF2, decreased levels of NF-κB, and reduced serum levels of IL-6, IL-8, and hs-CRP.

文摘This study aimed to investigate the effect of different gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist (GnRH-a) administration methods on pregnancy outcomes of patients undergoing in-vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET). It was concluded that use of long-acting GnRH-a can effectively reduce the transplant cancellation rate and improve the clinical pregnancy rate of the fresh cycle.

文摘This study aims to compare the prevalence of sexually transmitted infections(STIs)with semen quality in men from couples with primary and secondary infertility.Semen samples were collected from 133 men who requested fertility evaluation.Seminal tract infection with Ureaplasma spp.(UU),Mycoplasma hominis(MH),Mycoplasma genitalium(MG),Chlamydia trachomatis(CT),Neisseria gonorrhoeae(NG),and herpes simplex virus-2(HSV-2)was assessed by PCR-based diagnostic assays.Among all patients, the prevalence of STIs was higher in men from couples with primary infertility than that in men from couples with secondary infertility(39.7%vs 21.7%,P=0.03).The prevalence of UU was 28.8%and 13.3%in men from couples with primary and secondary infertility, respectively.Men from couples with primary infertility were more likely to be positive for UU than men from couples with secondary infertility(P=0.04).Regarding the UU subtype, the prevalence of Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uuu)and Ureaplasma parvum(Uup;including Uup1,Uup3,Uup6,and Uup14)did not differ between the two groups. No associations between the prevalence rates of MH,MG,and CT were found in men from either infertility group.A lower sperm concentration was associated with STI pathogen positivity in men with primary infertility according to the crude model(P=0.04).The crude and adjusted models showed that semen volume(both P=0.03)and semen leukocyte count(both P=0.02)were independently associated with secondary infertility. These findings suggest the importance of classifying the type of infertility during routine diagnosis of seminal tract infections.

文摘The objective of this study was to investigate variation and trends in dough rheological properties and flour quality traits in 330 Chinese wheat varieties. Our results showed that there has been marked improvement in dough rheological properties for Chinese wheat varieties released since 1986, while flour quality has remained stable.

文摘Kerogen plays an important role in shale gas adsorption, desorption and diffusion. Therefore,it is necessary to characterize the molecular structure of kerogen. In this study, four kerogen samples were isolated from the organic-rich shale of the Longmaxi Formation.Raman spectroscopy was used to determine the maturity of these kerogen samples.Highresolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM),13 C nuclear magnetic resonance(13 C NMR),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR)spectroscopy were conducted to characterize the molecular structure of the shale samples. The results demonstrate that VReqv of these kerogen samples vary from 2.3%to 2.8%,suggesting that all the kerogen samples are in the dry gas window. The macromolecular carbon skeleton of the Longmaxi Formation kerogen is mainly aromatic(fa’=0.56).In addition, the aromatic structural units are mainly composed of naphthalene(23%),anthracene(23%)and phenanthrene(29%).However,the aliphatic structure of the kerogen macromolecules is relatively low(fal*+falH=0.08),which is presumed to be distributed in the form of methyl and short aliphatic chains at the edge of the aromatic units. The oxygen-containing functional groups in the macromolecules are mainly present in the form of carbonyl groups(fac=0.23)and hydroxyl groups or ether groups(falO=0.13).The crystallite structural parameters of kerogen, including the stacking height(Lc=22.84?),average lateral size(La=29.29?)and interlayer spacing(d002=3.43?),are close to the aromatic structural parameters of anthracite or overmature kerogen.High-resolution transmission electron microscopy reveals that the aromatic structure is well oriented, and more than 65%of the diffractive aromatic layers are concentrated in the main direction.Due to the continuous deep burial, the longer aliphatic chains and oxygen-containing functional groups in the kerogen are substantially depleted. However, the ductility and stacking degree of the aromatic structure increases during thermal evolution. This study provides quantitative information on the molecular structure of kerogen samples based on multiple research methods, which may contribute to an improved understanding of the organic pores in black shale.

文摘The yield and nitrogen use efficiency(NUE)of hybrid rice combinations are closely related to restorer line. Therefore,it is essential to evaluate the agronomic characteristics of restorer lines with high yield and high NUE(HYHN).However,it is unclear which restorer lines are HYHN,and neither have the common agronomic traits of the HYHN restorer lines been identified.Aiming to address this issue,we conducted two filed experiments using three nitrogen applications, which screened five HYHN restorer lines from 15 indica restorer lines.Yield,NUE and nutrient transportation of restorer lines with different yields and NUE types were examined.Yield and total nitrogen absorption in aboveground biomass(TNA)increased, whereas NUE for grain production decreased with increasing nitrogen application levels. The HYHN restorer lines had large spikelets and high weight per panicle that were significantly positively correlated with yield and NUE.Therefore, large sink potential may be beneficial for both yield and NUE.We further studied the differences in nutrient transportation to panicles between the HYHN and low yield and low NUE(LYLN)restorer lines and found that the former had a higher nitrogen absorption level and dry matter weight ratios of panicle in maturity. Moreover, the HYHN lines also had a higher root and neck-panicle node bleeding intensity per stem after heading and more developed vascular bundles of neck-panicle nodes and leaves than the LYLN lines, which could contribute to the transportation of nutrients from root to ground and from stem and leaf to spike. Therefore, the advantages of large sink potential of the HYHN restorer lines include large nutrient accumulation in and distribution to the panicles and smooth flow of nutrients along the transportation channels.

文摘The shapes of particles and their distribution in tablets, controlled by pretreatment and tableting process, determine the pharmaceutical performance of excipient like lubricant. These findings not only demonstrated the feasibility of SR-μCT as a new method in revealing the morphology and spatial distribution of excipient in drug delivery system, but also deepened insights of solid dosage form design into a new scale by powder engineering.

文摘Coupled nanogenerators have been a research hotspot due to their ability to harvest a variety of forms of energy such as light, mechanical and thermal energy and achieve a stable direct current output.Ferroelectric films are frequently investigated for photovoltaic applications due to their unique photovoltaic properties and bandgap-independent photovoltage, while the flexoelectric effect is an electromechanical property commonly found in solid dielectrics. Here,we effectively construct a new form of coupled nanogenerator based on a flexible BiFeO_(3) ferroelectric film that combines both flexoelectric and photovoltaic effects to successfully harvest both light and vibration energies. This device converts an alternating current into a direct current and achieves a 6.2% charge enhancement and a 19.3%energy enhancement to achieve a multi-dimensional"1+1>2"coupling enhancement in terms of current, charge and energy. This work proposes a new approach to the coupling of multiple energy harvesting mechanisms in ferroelectric nanogenerators and provides a new strategy to enhance the transduction efficiency of flexible functional devices.

文摘The Qiwu Mine is located in the Ten Xian coal field of Shandong province. It experienced repeated volcanic activity, after the coal beds formed, where magma intrusion was significant The effect of coal reservoir porosity after magma intrusion was studied by analysis of regional and mine structure and magmatic activity.Experimental methods including maceral measurement under the microscope and mercury porosimetry were used for testing the pore structure. The authors believe that magma intrusion into low-rank bituminous coal causes reservoir porosity to gradually increase:the closer to the magmatic rock a sample is,the less the porosity. The pore size distribution also changes. In the natural coal bed the pore size is mainly in the transitive and middle pore range. However, the coal changes to anthracite next to the magmatic rock and larger pores dominate.Regional magma thermal evolution caused coal close to magmatic rock to be roasted, which reduced the volatile matter, developed larger holes, and destroyed plant tissue holes. The primary reason for a porosity decrease in the vicinity of magmatic rock is that Bituminite resulting from the roasting fills the holes that were present initially.
