Methods: a patient treated with transcatheter aortic valve replacement and coronary stent implantation was selected as the research object, and comprehensive nursing intervention was carried out to analyze the nursing effect. Results: after systematic treatment and nursing intervention, the cross valve differential pressure disappeared, the EF increased from 47% before operation to 53% after operation, the condition was significantly improved, the symptoms of angina pectoris and heart failure were completely eliminated, and the patients were satisfied with the nursing service. Conclusion: after the treatment of transcatheter aortic valve replacement combined with coronary stent implantation, we should actively prevent the complications of patients, which can prevent the occurrence of adverse events and promote the recovery of prognosis. It can be further popularized and used in clinic.展开更多
