Methods The inverted microscope was us...Objective To investigate the effects of Total Saponins of Panax notoginseng(PNS) and Liguastrazine(LIT) on the proliferation of cultured cerebral microvascular endothelial cells. Methods The inverted microscope was used to observe endothelial cells and immunochemical methods was also used to detect FVIII-related antigens so as to observe endothelial cells. PNS or LIT in concentrations 0.5?g·L -1, 1.0?g·L -1 and 2.0?g·L -1 were used on the cultured cerebral endothelial cells of rats for 24 hours. MTT method was adopted to determine the outcome of endothelial proliferation. Results 1. Immunochemical methods was used to detect FVIII-related antigens. The brownish yellow showed positive, and the observation of the cultured endothelial cells under inverted microscope showed that the cells appeared to be in the morphological form of cobble-stones. 2. PNS in lower concentration (0.5?g·L -1) could facilitate the proliferation of the cells, while 1?g·L -1 and 2?g·L -1 of PNS could inhibit the proliferation of the cells. 0.5?g·L -1 of LIT could facilitate the proliferation of cellswhile LIT of 1?g·L -1 and 2?g·L -1 had no significant effect. Conclusion The two kind of TCM ingredients extracted in lower concentration could facilitate the proliferation of the cells. And, at the same concentration, the inhibition of PNS on the cells is stronger than that of LIT.展开更多

The results indicate that the oxygen fugacities of the lithospheric mantle ineastern China are higher in the south than in the north. Among them, the oxygen fugacity of theNorth China craton lithospheric mantle is the lowest, similar to that of the oceanic mantle, whilethat of Northeast and South China are the same as that of the global continental mantle. Thevariations of mantle redox state in eastern China are mainly controlled by the C-O-H fluids derivedfrom the asthenospheric mantle. According to the mantle oxidation state, it can be concluded thatthe C-O-H fluids in the lithospheric mantle of eastern China consist mainly of CO_2 and minor H_2O,but CH_4-rich fluids should come from the asthenosphere where the oxidation state is lower.展开更多

Assuming that each information retrieval model is satisfactory in its own context, this paper proposes two results processing methods including ranking by sources (RBS) and simply merging results (SMR). It defines satisfied ranking which satisfies most source ranking, and satisfied distance to indicate how a specific source ranking suits the satisfied ranking. RBS ranks sources by their satisfied distances and groups the results by sources. Using source scoring function distribution, SMR substitutes normalized scores for original scores from sources, and then merges the results using these normalized scores. The results show that they are very feasible and efficient in the heterogeneous environment.展开更多

The equations for calculation of the buoyancy of the air floated buoy are derived according to the Boyler law and the equilibrium equations of the air floated structure are established. Through simplification of the air floated structure as a single freedom rigid body and spring system, the natural period of heaving and some kinetic properties are discussed. In the stability analysis, the formulas for calculation of the meta centric height are presented. The theoretical results are in good agreement with the data observed from the model test and prototype test. The air buoyancy decrease coefficient presented in this paper has a large influence on the floating state, stability and dynamic properties of the air floated structure. The stability of the air floated structure can also be judged by the parameter of meta centric height, and calculations show that the air floated structure is less stable than the conventional float.展开更多
Combined with recent historical climate data and two periods of land use datasets from remote sensing data, we test the net primary productivity (NPP) data sets in North Chinamodelled by the satellite data-driven Glob...Combined with recent historical climate data and two periods of land use datasets from remote sensing data, we test the net primary productivity (NPP) data sets in North Chinamodelled by the satellite data-driven Global Production Efficiency Model (GLO-PEM) for detecting thewidespread spatial and temporal characteristics of the impacts of climate and land use change onthe regional NPP. Our results show that over the past 20 years, the mean annual temperature in thestudy region has remarkably increased by more than 0.064 ℃, but over the same period, there hasbeen a 1.49 mm decrease in annual precipitation and decrease in NPP by an annual rate of 6.9 TgC.The NPP changes in the study region were greatly affected by the average temperature andprecipitation by ten-day periods as well as the seasonal temperature and precipitation in the studyregion. The correlation between seasonal NPP and seasonal precipitation and temperature is highlyconsistent with land cover spatially, and the correlation coefficient changes with the changes ofvegetation types. The analysis reveals that the related areas in land use change only take up 5.45%of the whole studied region, so the climate changes dominate the impacts on the NPP in the wholestudy region (90% of the total). However, land use plays an absolute dominative role in areas withland cover changes, accounting for 97% of the total. From 1981 to 2000, the NPP in the whole studyregion remarkably reduced due to obvious precipitation decrease and temperature rise. Between twoperiods of land use (about 10 years), the changes in climate are predicted to promote a decrease inNPP by 78 ( + -0.6) TgC, and integrated impacts of climate changes and land use to promote adecrease in NPP by 87(+-0.8) TgC.展开更多
This paper presents the detailed results and analyses on the ecological footprints and bio-capacities of the individual cities and the province as a whole for the year 2001, providing a clear picture of sustainability...This paper presents the detailed results and analyses on the ecological footprints and bio-capacities of the individual cities and the province as a whole for the year 2001, providing a clear picture of sustainability for the province. Results show that the ecological footprints of most cities in Liaoning exceeded their respective bio-capacities, incurring high ecological deficits. The ecological deficit of the province as a whole was 1.31 ha/cap. Those cities with resources extraction and/or primary material-making as their major industries constitute the "ecologically black band", whose ecological deficits ranged from 2.45 to 5.23 ha/cap, the highest of all cities in the province. Fossil energy consumption was the major source of footprint amounting to 1.63 ha/cap at the provincial level, taking up 67.3% of the total. For cropland, modest ecological surpluses occurred in Jinzhou, Tieling, Huludao, and Panjin while modest ecological deficits in Dalian, Benxi, Fushun, and Dandong, resulting in an overall surplus for the province. Liaoning had a certain level of surplus in fishing ground (water area), mainly distributed in the coastal cities of Dalian, Panjin, Huludao, Yingkou, Jinzhou, and Dandong. Most cities had a small ecological deficit in pasture and all had a small ecological surplus in forest. The eco-efficiency, expressed as GDP value per hectare of footprint, exhibits high variations among the cities, with the highest (Shenyang) more than 10 times the lowest (Fuxin). Cities with manufacture, high-tech, and better developed service industries had high eco-efficiency, while those with resources extraction, primary material-making, and less developed service industries had low eco-efficiency. Based on the components and geographical distribution of ecological footprint, strategic policy implications are outlined for Liaoning’s development toward a sustainable future.展开更多

It is necessary to study the liquid phase volume expansion (LPVE) and find the relationships between the operating conditions and the LPVE in order to develop a practical method for determining the operation conditions and selecting an organic solvent for SAS process. The PR equation of state with vdW-1 mixing rule is used to calculate the LPVE for CO2/toluene, CO2/acetone and CO2/ethyl acetate systems, and the results show that the LPVE for each CO2/organic solvent system decreases as the temperature increases. The relationship between the LPVE and the solubility of CO2 in the liquid phase for CO2/organic solvent systems is investigated, and the results show that the LPVE is determined directly by the solubility of CO2 in the liquid phase, xCO2, and can be related to xCO2 independently. No matter what system of CO2/organic solvent is and how different the temperature is, the LPVEs have little difference as long as the solubility of CO2 in the liquid phase, xCO2, keeps constant. The lower temperature is always favorable to the SAS process. The higher the solubility of CO2 in an organic solvent under certain operation condition, the more suitable it is to the SAS process.展开更多

A fluid model is developed to compare the performance of the proposed CBT system with the BitTorrent system, and the result shows that the CBT system can effectively improve the performance of the system. Simulation results also demonstrate that the CBT system improves the system scalabihty and efficiency while retaining the robustness and incentives of the original BitTorrent paradigm.展开更多

Also the background earthquakes and anomaly earthquakes both satisfy the 2-D Poisson process of different parameters respectively. In the paper, the concept of N-th order distance is introduced in order to transform 2-D superimposed Poisson process into 1-D mixture density function. On the basis of choosing the distance, mixture density function is decomposed to recognize the anomaly earthquakes through genetic algorithm. Combined with the temporal scanning of C value, the algorithm is applied to the recognition on spatial pattern of foreshock anomalies by exam-ples of Songpan and Longling sequences in the southwest of China.展开更多

Liaoning had a certain level of surplus in fishing ground (water area), mainly distributed in the coastal cities of Dalian, Panjin, Huludao, Yingkou, Jinzhou, and Dandong. Most cities had a small ecological deficit in pasture and all had a small ecological surplus in forest. The eco-efficiency, expressed as GDP value per hectare of footprint, exhibits high variations among the cities, with the highest (Shenyang) more than 10 times the lowest (Fuxin). Cities with manufacture, high-tech, and better developed service industries had high eco-efficiency, while those with resources extraction, primary material-making, and less developed service industries had low eco-efficiency. Based on the components and geographical distribution of ecological footprint, strategic policy implications are outlined for Liaoning’s development toward a sustainable future.
文摘Adaptive space-time finite element method, continuous in space but discontinuous in time for semi-linear parabolic problems is discussed. The approach is based on a combination of finite element and finite difference techniques. The existence and uniqueness of the weak solution are proved without any assumptions on choice of the spacetime meshes. Basic error estimates in L-infinity (L-2) norm, that is maximum-norm in time, L-2-norm in space are obtained. The numerical results are given in the last part and the analysis between theoretic and experimental results are obtained.
文摘In this paper,we proposal stream surface and stream layer.By using classical tensor calculus,we derive 3-D Navier-Stokes Equations(NSE)in the stream layer under semigeodesic coordinate system,Navier-Stokes equation on the stream surface and 2-D Navier-Stokes equations on a two dimensional manifold. After introducing stream function on the stream surface,a nonlinear initial-boundary value problem satisfies by stream function is obtained,existence and uniqueness of its solution are proven.Based this theory we proposal a new method called"dimension split method"to solve 3D NSE.

文摘The supercritical antisolvent (SAS) process has been developed in recent years for the tormation of nanoand micro-particles. It is necessary to study the liquid phase volume expansion (LPVE) and find the relationships between the operating conditions and the LPVE in order to develop a practical method for determining the operation conditions and selecting an organic solvent for SAS process. The PR equation of state with vdW-1 mixing rule is used to calculate the LPVE for CO2/toluene, CO2/acetone and CO2/ethyl acetate systems, and the results show that the LPVE for each CO2/organic solvent system decreases as the temperature increases. The relationship between the LPVE and the solubility of CO2 in the liquid phase for CO2/organic solvent systems is investigated, and the results show that the LPVE is determined directly by the solubility of CO2 in the liquid phase, xCO2, and can be related to xCO2 independently. No matter what system of CO2/organic solvent is and how different the temperature is, the LPVEs have little difference as long as the solubility of CO2 in the liquid phase, xCO2, keeps constant. The lower temperature is always favorable to the SAS process. The higher the solubility of CO2 in an organic solvent under certain operation condition, the more suitable it is to the SAS process.

The relationship among crown of roller, hydraulic pressure and thickness of roller sleeve was studied. Aluminum was chosen as experimental material to accomplish the dynamic load experiment. The hydraulic elastic bulging roller exerts good effect on shape control and therefore has a broad application prospect in engineering. [

文摘A hierarchical clustered BitTorrent (CBT) system is proposed to improve the file sharing perior-mance of the BitTorrent system, in which peers are grouped into clusters in a large-scale BitTorrent-hke underlying overlay network in such a way that clusters are evenly distributed and that the peers within the cluster are relatively close to each other. A fluid model is developed to compare the performance of the proposed CBT system with the BitTorrent system, and the result shows that the CBT system can effectively improve the performance of the system. Simulation results also demonstrate that the CBT system improves the system scalabihty and efficiency while retaining the robustness and incentives of the original BitTorrent paradigm.

文摘In this paper, we first provide a generalized difference method for the 2-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations by combing the ideas of staggered scheme m and generalized upwind scheme in space, and by backward Euler time-stepping. Then we apply the abstract framework of to prove its long-time convergence. Finally, a numerical example for solving driven cavity flows is given.
文摘A new algorithm combining nonlinear Galerkin method and coupling method of finite element and boundary element is introduced to solve the exterior nonstationary Navier-Stokes equations. The regularity of the coupling variational formulation and the convergence of the approximate solution corresponding to the algorithm are proved. If the fine mesh h is chosen as coarse mesh H-square, the nonlinear Galerkin method, nonlinearity is only treated on the coarse grid and linearity is treated on the fine grid. Hence, the new algorithm can save a large amount of computational time.

文摘Simulating annealing algorithm was used in docking computation to predict a selected peptide VYMSPF(P2) binding site on the ectodomain of FGFR1. The peptide is located on the hydrophobic surface of the receptor, which is critical for FGF binding. The synthesized peptide can effectively inhibit the mitogenic activity of aFGF, and has a potential to become a therapeutic agent as an aFGF antagonist.

文摘Macroporous poly (vinyl acetate-co-triallyl isocyanurate) beads were prepared with suspension polymerization method. The copolymer beads were then transformed into poly (vinyl alcohol-co-triallyl isocyanurate) by ester exchange reaction. Aminocarboxylic acids were immobilized on the copolymer beads by the esterification of hydroxyl groups with diethyl-lenetriaminepentaacetic bisanhydride. The weak acid exchange capacities, specific surface areas and mean pore diameters of the resultant resin beads were measured.
文摘Aiming at the complexity of seismic gestation mechanism and spatial distribution, we hypothesize that the seismic data are composed of background earthquakes and anomaly earthquakes in a certain temporal-spatial scope. Also the background earthquakes and anomaly earthquakes both satisfy the 2-D Poisson process of different parameters respectively. In the paper, the concept of N-th order distance is introduced in order to transform 2-D superimposed Poisson process into 1-D mixture density function. On the basis of choosing the distance, mixture density function is decomposed to recognize the anomaly earthquakes through genetic algorithm. Combined with the temporal scanning of C value, the algorithm is applied to the recognition on spatial pattern of foreshock anomalies by exam-ples of Songpan and Longling sequences in the southwest of China.

文摘A novel b-cyclodextrin dimer bearing 2, 9-diformyl-1, 10-phenanthroline tether 4 has been synthesized and its inclusion complexation behavior with two triangular model substrates (RhB and BG) has been investigated through fluorescence and ultraviolet spectrometry. The result obtained indicated that novel bridged bis(b-cyclodextrin)s could significantly enhance the original molecular binding ability of native b-cyclodextrin by cooperative binding of two hydrophobic cavities.
