Methods: from the past hospital patients randomly selected knee osteoarthritis patients, by random distribution principle, assigned into observation group and control group respectively 66, through the artificial knee treatment, each of rotating knee prosthesis and fixed knee prosthesis through artificial implantation and fixation, using knee surgery scoring system (KSS) for the knee score and functional score on the same day and 3 months after treatment. Results: all patients were successful with no complications. The total efficiency of treatment was 93. There were significant differences between the two groups (P <0.05).The incidence of complications including postoperative patellar instability, infection, and deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). At 3 months after surgery, the knee and functional scores between the two groups showed no significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05).Objective: to explore the application of artificial knee replacement in treating knee degenerative osteoarthritis. The rotary prosthesis can more effectively improve the activity and function of knee flexion and extension and achieve satisfactory results.展开更多
