有机硅酮胶负载钯催化剂在Heck反应中的应用

Heck反应中金属催化是必不可少的,但容易出现金属残留等问题。针对这一问题,开发了一种封装金属催化剂的方式,将金属催化剂与有机硅酮胶均匀混合或将金属催化剂与Fe_(3)O_(4)和有机硅酮胶均匀混合。混合后所制得的负载催化剂或负载磁性催化剂不易破碎,在保持良好的催化活性的同时更容易称重和转移,且易于过滤回收。实验结果表明,有机硅酮胶负载钯催化剂(Pd/C@Glue)经过7次循环使用后,在Heck反应中产物收率仍能达到85%,说明Pd/C@Glue在Heck反应中催化循环效率高。此外,Pd/C@Glue在Heck反应中循环使用7次,其反应液中钯残留量均低于26 ppm,说明在反应液中金属浸出量较低。为了实现催化剂的磁性回收,将有机硅酮胶同时负载Fe_(3)O_(4)和钯催化剂,获得了一种新型磁性负载催化剂(Pd/C-Fe_(3)O_(4)@Glue)。实验结果表明,该磁性催化剂在多次循环使用后,仍具有较好的催化效果。 展开更多

The characterization of track irregularities is crucial in railway dynamics,as track irregularities are the primary source of internal excitation in railway systems.In this paper,three mathematical models are proposed to characterize the track irregularities under different circumstances.The first model is a novel explicit track spectrum function,which performs better in reflecting the inherent periodic components of track irregularities than the existing track spectra.On this foundation,the second model,a parameterized track spectrum random model,is proposed to represent the vast measured track irregularities from the probabilistic perspective.Finally,the third model,an imprecise track spectrum interval model based on a neighborhood uniform sampling Bootstrap method,is presented to identify the confidential interval of the track spectra when the track irregularity data are limited.Three examples are illustrated to demonstrate the feasibility of the three track irregularity models in characterizing the track irregularities in different conditions.This research can help capture the railway deformation status and optimize track maintenance strategies. 展开更多

Electrocatalytic nitric oxide(NO)reduction reaction(NORR)is a promising and sustainable process that can simultaneously realize green ammonia(NH3)synthesis and hazardous NO removal.However,current NORR performances are far from practical needs due to the lack of efficient electrocatalysts.Engineering the lattice of metal-based nanomaterials via phase control has emerged as an effective strategy to modulate their intrinsic electrocatalytic properties.Herein,we realize boron(B)-insertion-induced phase regulation of rhodium(Rh)nanocrystals to obtain amorphous Rh_(4)B nanoparticles(NPs)and hexagonal close-packed(hcp)RhB NPs through a facile wet-chemical method.A high Faradaic efficiency(92.1±1.2%)and NH_(3) yield rate(629.5±11.0μmol h^(−1) cm^(−2))are achieved over hcp RhB NPs,far superior to those of most reported NORR nanocatalysts.In situ spectro-electrochemical analysis and density functional theory simulations reveal that the excellent electrocatalytic performances of hcp RhB NPs are attributed to the upshift of d-band center,enhanced NO adsorption/activation profile,and greatly reduced energy barrier of the rate-determining step.A demonstrative Zn-NO battery is assembled using hcp RhB NPs as the cathode and delivers a peak power density of 4.33 mW cm−2,realizing simultaneous NO removal,NH3 synthesis,and electricity output. 展开更多

The corrosion behavior of 304L and a high Si-containing(HS)austenitic stainless steel(SS)in hot nitric acid solution containing Ce^(3+)or Ce^(4+)ions was investigated.Mass loss test,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,potentiodynamic polarization,scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive spectrometer,and X-ray photoelectron spectrometer were utilized.The results demonstrated that Ce^(3+)ions had minimal impact,whereas Ce^(4+)ions greatly enhanced the corrosion rates and cathodic reactions of 304L and HS SS,indicating the powerful oxidizing ability of Ce^(4+)ions.HS SS experienced uniform corrosion,while intergranular corrosion(IGC)was observed in 304L SS with significant enrichment of Cr and depletion of Fe and Ni at corroded grain boundaries.A novel mechanism distinct from conventional Cr-depleted regions was proposed to explain this phenomenon,and the low IGC sensitivity of HS SS was discussed. 展开更多

Fe_(3)Sn_(2),a ferromagnetic metal with a kagome lattice,serves as an ideal platform for exploring topological electronic states and Berry curvature due to its unique band structure.However,systematic reports on the transport properties of Fe_(3)Sn_(2)nanosheets remain scarce.We present temperature-dependent transport property measurements of Fe_(3)Sn_(2)nanosheets synthesized via chemical vapor deposition on Si/SiO_(2)substrates.The samples exhibit a robust anomalous Hall effect from 40 K to 300 K,along with a magnetoresistance sign reversal at 40 K at high magnetic fields,indicating a spin reorientation from in-plane to out-of-plane.Notably,a sharp crossover in the dominant transport contribution from electrons to holes near 200 K is observed,accompanied by distinct anomalous Hall behaviors in the two regimes,indicating a temperature-induced Lifshitz transition within the multi-band system.This divergence is potentially linked to a topological reconstruction of the Fermi surface across the transition.Our findings highlight the tunability of topological transport in two-dimensional kagome magnets and provide new insights into the interplay between band topology,dimensionality and magnetic order. 展开更多

With the global push for energy conservation and the rapid development of low-power,flexible and wearable optical displays,the demand for electrochromic technology has surged.Gel polymer electrolytes(GPEs),a crucial component of electrochromic devices(ECDs),show great promise in applications.This is attributed to their efficient ion-transport capabilities,excellent mechanical properties and strong adhesion.All of these characteristics are conducive to enhancing the safety of the devices,streamlining the packaging process,significantly improving the electrochromic performance of ECDs and boosting their commercial application potential.This review provides a comprehensive overview of GPEs for ECDs,focusing on their basic designs,functional modifications and practical applications.Firstly,this review outlines the fundamental design of GPEs for ECDs,encompassing key performance index,classification,gelation mechanism and preparation methods.Building on this foundation,it provides an in-depth discussion of functionalized GPEs developed to enhance device performance or expand functionality,including electrochromic,temperature-responsive,photo-responsive and stretchable self-healing GPE.Furthermore,the integration of GPEs into various ECD applications,including smart windows,displays,energy storage devices and wearable electronic,are summarized to highlight the advantages that the design of GPEs brings to the practical application of ECDs.Finally,based on the summary of GPEs employed for ECDs,the challenges and development expectations in this direction were indicated. 展开更多

Seawater electrolysis has attracted considerable attention in hydrogen production.However,the chloride ions(Cl^(-))in seawater can corrode metal sites and decrease the lifespans of the oxygen evolution reaction(OER).Herein,we report a reversed-active sites strategy,converting Cl^(-)-affinitive metal sites to Cl^(-)-repellent oxygen sites,for OER in alkaline seawater electrolysis.First,ex/in situ experiments confirm the effectiveness of such a strategy using typical perovskites following the adsorbate evolution mechanism(AEM)or lattice oxygen-mediated mechanism(LOM).Furthermore,the origins of the superior activity and durability of as-prepared La_(0.3)SrCo_(0.5)Fe_(0.5)Ox(La_(0.3))can be ascribed to higher participation of lattice oxygen in OER,rapid bulk oxygen diffusion,and excellent OH-adsorption kinetics.Hence,an alkaline seawater electrolytic cell with La_(0.3)as the anode produces 10 mA cm^(-2)at just 1.57 V and maintains near-constant activity over 150 hours.This work introduces novel concepts for the production of superactive and steady electrocatalysts for the electrolysis of seawater. 展开更多

A series of photochromic diarylethene derivatives containing different fluorophores was synthesized by the Sonogashira coupling reaction and characterized by 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), 13C NMR and mass spectroscopy. Photochromic conversion of Cz-MS was observed and its structural change was confirmed by proton NMR. Switchable absorption and emission phenomena were observed for these molecules. These phenomena were attributed to the reversible photochromic fluorescence resonance energy transfer (pcFRET) process. The design of this novel photochromic system of Py-4MS enables information to be processed in a non-destructive manner. This overcomes the problem of the destructive nature of tracking photochromism using ultraviolet (UV)-vis spectroscopy. 展开更多

目的:探索瘤内及瘤周超声影像组学模型对小乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院2021年1月至2025年1月收治的292例乳腺小结节(直径≤2 cm)患者的305个乳腺病灶。以7∶3随机分为训练集(214个)和测试集(91个)。提... 目的:探索瘤内及瘤周超声影像组学模型对小乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院2021年1月至2025年1月收治的292例乳腺小结节(直径≤2 cm)患者的305个乳腺病灶。以7∶3随机分为训练集(214个)和测试集(91个)。提取瘤内区域(intertumoral area,ITA)及2、4、6、8mm瘤周区域(peritumoral area,PTA)影像组学特征并筛选和降维,采用逻辑回归(Logistic regression,LR)算法构建模型,采用ROC曲线分析、Hosmer-Lemeshow检验和决策曲线分析(decision curve analysis,DCA)评估模型性能。结果:ITA模型、2mm PTA模型、2mm融合模型在训练集中的ROC曲线下面积(area under the ROC curve,AUC)分别为0.869、0.897、0.909,测试集中分别为0.813、0.825、0.840。对于≤2 cm、<1 cm、1~2 cm乳腺病灶,2mm融合模型的总准确率分别为81.0%、82.7%、80.1%,BI-RADS的总准确率分别为76.4%、81.7%、73.6%。结论:瘤内及瘤周超声影像组学模型对小乳腺癌均具有较高的诊断价值,融合模型能有效提高预测性能,且对于不同直径乳腺小病灶的诊断效果均优于BI-RADS分类,有成为实践工作中辅助诊断工具的潜力。 展开更多

目的观察广泛期小细胞肺癌(ES-SCLC)患者一线采用化疗联合免疫检查点抑制剂(ICIs)治疗的短期疗效,探讨乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、血小板/淋巴细胞比值(PLR)预测ES-SCLC患者免疫联合化疗短期治疗效果的价值。方法2021年6月—2023年6月郑州大学第... 目的观察广泛期小细胞肺癌(ES-SCLC)患者一线采用化疗联合免疫检查点抑制剂(ICIs)治疗的短期疗效,探讨乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、血小板/淋巴细胞比值(PLR)预测ES-SCLC患者免疫联合化疗短期治疗效果的价值。方法2021年6月—2023年6月郑州大学第一附属医院一线采用化疗(依托泊苷+铂类)联合ICIs治疗的ES-SCLC患者96例,治疗4个周期后评估疗效,将患者分为有效组77例和无效组19例。比较2组治疗前LDH、淋巴细胞绝对值(Lymph)、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、PLR及肿瘤病理特征等临床资料。采用X-tile软件分析LDH、Lymph、NLR、PLR区分短期疗效的最佳截断值,转化为二分类变量;采用多因素Cox回归分析ES-SCLC患者免疫联合化疗后疾病进展的危险因素。随访3~27.5个月,记录无进展生存期,比较LDH>257u/L与LDH≤257u/L者、PLR>134.55与PLR≤134.55者中位无进展生存期。绘制ROC曲线,评估治疗前LDH、PLR预测ES-SCLC患者免疫联合化疗短期疗效的效能。结果(1)有效组PLR[134.55(109.43,208.88)]、LDH[224(189,275)u/L]及脑转移占比(20.8%)均低于无效组[198.96(157.86,329.49)、270(257,287)u/L、68.4%](U=-2.529,P=0.011;U=-2.161,P=0.031;χ^(2)=16.407,P=0.001),Lymph[1.27(0.89,1.51)×10^(9)/L]、NLR[1.95(0.93,2.07)×10^(9)/L]均高于无效组[0.88(0.71,1.23)×10^(9)/L、2.15(1.80,2.91)×10^(9)/L](U=-2.801,P=0.005;U=-2.598,P=0.009),性别、年龄、吸烟史、ECOG评分、胸部放疗史、免疫用药类型、血细胞计数、C反应蛋白、降钙素原等与无效组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)X-tile分析结果显示,LDH、Lymph、PLR最佳截断值分别为257u/L、1.23×10^(9)/L、134.55时,疗效比较差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=15.451,P<0.001;χ^(2)=5.644,P=0.017;χ^(2)=5.448,P=0.020),NLR最佳截断值为2.05时,疗效比较差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.963,P=0.080)。多因素Cox回归分析结果显示,LDH>257u/L(HR=2.279,95%CI:1.312~3.931,P=0.003)、PLR>134.55(HR=1.880,95%CI:1.105~3.196,P=0.020)是ES-SCLC患者免疫联合化疗后疾病进展的危险因素。(3)随访至2023年12月31日,中位随访6.9(6.0,7.7)个月,疾病进展19例,死亡7例。LDH≤257u/L、PLR≤134.55者中位无进展生存期(332、332d)分别长于LDH>257u/L、PLR>134.55(180、213d)者(χ^(2)=14.749,P<0.001;χ^(2)=7.713,P=0.005)。(4)LDH、PLR分别以257u/L、134.55为最佳截断值,预测ES-SCLC患者免疫联合化疗治疗有效的AUC分别为0.674(95%CI:0.546~0.801,P=0.031)、0.580(95%CI:0.459~0.702,P=0.011),灵敏度分别为75.70%、60.00%,特异度分别为57.70%、57.70%;二者联合预测ES-SCLC患者免疫联合化疗治疗有效的AUC为0.689(95%CI:0.576~0.802,P=0.002),灵敏度为47.10%,特异度为88.50%。结论治疗前LDH、PLR升高的ES-SCLC患者生存获益较少,二者联合预测ES-SCLC患者免疫联合化疗疗效具有较高的特异度,可有效鉴别治疗不敏感的患者,为临床制订个体化治疗方案提供参考。 展开更多

为了研究悬索桥串列吊索安装矩形亮化灯具后外形改变引起的气动干扰效应变化规律,基于计算流体动力学仿真平台,采用重叠网格划分方法并嵌入考虑结构振动的用户自定义函数建立了灯具-吊索系统二维数值模型,实现了安装灯具后的串列双索流... 为了研究悬索桥串列吊索安装矩形亮化灯具后外形改变引起的气动干扰效应变化规律,基于计算流体动力学仿真平台,采用重叠网格划分方法并嵌入考虑结构振动的用户自定义函数建立了灯具-吊索系统二维数值模型,实现了安装灯具后的串列双索流固耦合精细化分析。对比计算了无灯具(方案一)与两种常用灯具布置方案(方案二:单索外侧加灯具、方案三:双索外侧加灯具)下不同风攻角作用时的吊索气动力与振动响应变化规律。结果表明,安装矩形灯具会使吊索气动力对风攻角的变化极其敏感,并使串列索的最大横风向和顺风向振幅分别增大至无灯具方案的1.4倍和2.3倍。加装灯具后不同攻角下的上游索尾流形态改变对于下游索气动干扰效应有极大影响,当尾流脱落形态为“2S”模态(每半个周期脱落单个漩涡)时会削弱其干扰效应,导致其振幅减小且小于不加灯具的索,当尾流脱落形态为“2P”模态(每半个周期脱落一对漩涡)时,双索尾涡发生交融,此时会增大横风向振幅,当上游索尾涡直接附着于下游索时,横顺风向振幅均大幅增加。 展开更多

综述恙虫病(tsutsugamushi disease,TD)肝脏损伤发生机制,为TD患者肝脏功能保护提供理论依据。以“恙虫病+肝脏”为检索词,在Pub Med、万方数据、中国知网检索和筛选出肝脏损伤及肝损伤发病机理文献50余篇。TD是恙虫病东方体(Orientia t... 综述恙虫病(tsutsugamushi disease,TD)肝脏损伤发生机制,为TD患者肝脏功能保护提供理论依据。以“恙虫病+肝脏”为检索词,在Pub Med、万方数据、中国知网检索和筛选出肝脏损伤及肝损伤发病机理文献50余篇。TD是恙虫病东方体(Orientia tsutsugamushi,Ot)感染引起的自然疫源性疾病,肝脏是Ot的主要靶器官之一。TD肝脏损伤主要为无症状性,也可进展为有临床症状的肝损伤,甚至导致肝功能衰竭,需人工肝治疗。TD肝脏损伤与内皮细胞(endothelial cell,EC)和巨噬细胞有密切关系,表现为Ot通过巨噬细胞逃避免疫系统清除,然后与EC相互作用,释放大量细胞因子,导致患者肝细胞、肝脏小血管和周围组织出现炎性反应、肝细胞膜破坏和微循环障碍,导致肝功能异常,甚至肝功能衰竭。树突状细胞、单核细胞、嗜中性粒细胞和某些免疫蛋白也参与肝脏损伤过程。针对病因治疗是阻断肝脏病理解剖和病理生理进展的关键,正确诊断是病因治疗的基础。高热、焦痂、皮疹“三联征”和TD“积分诊断量表”在TD诊断具有重要作用。及时应用敏感抗生素治疗是逆转TD肝脏损伤最主要的措施。Ot细胞内寄生,只有能进入细胞内的抗生素才能发挥治疗作用。天门冬氨酸转移酶异常对TD发病致血小板减少、脑膜脑炎、急性肾损伤、严重消化道损伤有提示意义。 展开更多

Glucose molecules are of great significance being one of the most important molecules in metabolic chain.However,due to the small Raman scattering cross-section and weak/non-adsorption on bare metals,accurately obtaining their"fingerprint information"remains a huge obstacle.Herein,we developed a tip-enhanced Raman scattering(TERS)technique to address this challenge.Adopting an optical fiber radial vector mode internally illuminates the plasmonic fiber tip to effectively suppress the background noise while generating a strong electric-field enhanced tip hotspot.Furthermore,the tip hotspot approaching the glucose molecules was manipulated via the shear-force feedback to provide more freedom for selecting substrates.Consequently,our TERS technique achieves the visualization of all Raman modes of glucose molecules within spectral window of 400-3200 cm^(-1),which is not achievable through the far-field/surface-enhanced Raman,or the existing TERS techniques.Our TERS technique offers a powerful tool for accurately identifying Raman scattering of molecules,paving the way for biomolecular analysis. 展开更多

To examine the effect of bedding angle upon burst proneness in terms of energy,phyllites with seven various bedding angles are selected for conventional uniaxial compression and single-cyclic loading eunloading uniaxial compression tests.The ejection and failure during compression process of phyllites are monitored in real-time by high-speed camera system.The results demonstrate that the phyllites with different bedding angles all consistently follow the linear energy storage and dissipation(LESD)law during compression.The ultimate energy storage of phyllites with varying bedding angles can be calculated precisely via using the LESD law.Based on this,four kinds of energy-based rockburst indices are applied to quantitatively assess the burst proneness for phyllites.Combined with the recorded images of high-speed camera system,ejection distance,and mass of rock fragments and powder,the burst proneness for phyllites with various bedding angles is qualitatively evaluated adopting the far-field ejection mass ratio.Next,burst proneness of anisotropic phyllites is assessed quantitatively and qualitatively.It is found that phyllites with bedding angles of 0°,15°,and 90°have a high burst proneness,and that with bedding angle of 30°has a medium burst proneness,whereas the ones with bedding angles of 45°,60°,and 75°have a low burst proneness.Finally,the published experimental data of shale and sandstone specimens with different bedding angles are extracted,and it is preliminarily verified that the bedding angle does not change the LESD law of rocks. 展开更多

BACKGROUND With the rising use of endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)and endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR),patients are increasingly questioning various aspects of these endoscopic procedures.At the same time,conversational artificial intelligence(AI)tools like chat generative pretrained transformer(ChatGPT)are rapidly emerging as sources of medical information.AIM To evaluate ChatGPT’s reliability and usefulness regarding ESD and EMR for patients and healthcare professionals.METHODS In this study,30 specific questions related to ESD and EMR were identified.Then,these questions were repeatedly entered into ChatGPT,with two independent answers generated for each question.A Likert scale was used to rate the accuracy,completeness,and comprehensibility of the responses.Meanwhile,a binary category(high/Low)was used to evaluate each aspect of the two responses generated by ChatGPT and the response retrieved from Google.RESULTS By analyzing the average scores of the three raters,our findings indicated that the responses generated by ChatGPT received high ratings for accuracy(mean score of 5.14 out of 6),completeness(mean score of 2.34 out of 3),and comprehensibility(mean score of 2.96 out of 3).Kendall’s coefficients of concordance indicated good agreement among raters(all P<0.05).For the responses generated by Google,more than half were classified by experts as having low accuracy and low completeness.CONCLUSION ChatGPT provided accurate and reliable answers in response to questions about ESD and EMR.Future studies should address ChatGPT’s current limitations by incorporating more detailed and up-to-date medical information.This could establish AI chatbots as significant resource for both patients and health care professionals. 展开更多
