Objective:To treat patients with menstrual disorders with Wenjing Decoction and analyze its therapeutic effects.Metlods:80 patients with menstrual disorders were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided...Objective:To treat patients with menstrual disorders with Wenjing Decoction and analyze its therapeutic effects.Metlods:80 patients with menstrual disorders were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups(experimental group and control group),with each group given different treatment methods.The control group was given conventional Western medical treatment while the experimental group was given Wenjing Decoction treatment,and the effects of different treatment methods on the patients were compared.Results:The total number of effectively treated patients in the experimental group(39 cases,97.50%)was more than the that of the control group(25 cases,62.50%)。and the quality of life score of the experimental group(91.56±4.44 points)was higher that of the control group(81.72±3.19 points),and the number of menstnual recovery cycles(1.11±0.41)was less than that of the control group patients(2.42±1.25 times),P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of Wenjing Decoction for patients with menstrual disorders can significantly improve the treatment efficacy and is beneficial to improve the quality of life of the patients and shorten the number of cycles that menstruation starts to return to normal.展开更多
Objectives:To explore the application of health management in patients with type II diabetes and to analyze and compare the incidence of chronic complications.Methods:the relevant research work was carried out in our ...Objectives:To explore the application of health management in patients with type II diabetes and to analyze and compare the incidence of chronic complications.Methods:the relevant research work was carried out in our hospital.During September 2018 to September 2019,100 patients with type II diabetes were randomly divided into two groups:one group was given routine nursing intervention,the other group was given health management,and they were named control group and experimental group respectively.Each group had 50 patients,the influence of different nursing methods on the incidence of chronic complications in patients was explored.Results:In the one-year followup results,the corresponding complications of patients mainly include cardiovascular disease,kidney disease,cerebrovascular disease,fundus disease and peripheral neuropathy.The incidence of complications in the experimental group is 10.00%,while that in the control group is 32.00%.in comparison,the incidence in the experimental group is lower,and the data difference between the two group is small(P<0.05),which exists significance.Conclusion:The application of health management method in type II diabetes has significant effect,which can reduce the incidence of chronic complications,improve the quality of life of patients,and has positive significance for clinical development.展开更多
Growing number studies show that lncRNA is an important regulatory factor and plays an irreplaceable role in innate immunity.However,most studies on lncRNA have focused on mammals and it is unknown in lower vertebrate...Growing number studies show that lncRNA is an important regulatory factor and plays an irreplaceable role in innate immunity.However,most studies on lncRNA have focused on mammals and it is unknown in lower vertebrates.In this study,we identify a new lncRNA,named MIR144HG,which can have a negative role in antibacterial immunity of Miichthys miiuy caused by Vibrio anguillarum and V.harveyi.MyD88,TAK1 and p65 are very important pathway genes in antibacterial innate immune responses,whether in mammals or lower vertebrates.Here,we found that miR-144–3p could target MyD88,TAK1 and p65,inhibit host antibacterial response and promote bacterial escape.Further studies found that miR-144–3p can be derived by MIR144HG,and finally enhance the inhibitory effect of miR-144–3p on host antibacterial immunity.Moreover,V.anguillarum and V.harveyi are the two most susceptible Gram-negative pathogens in aquaculture,and the economic losses caused by these two bacteria are immeasurable every year.Our results not only elucidate the mechanism of the lncRNAmiRNA-mRNA axis in antibacterial immune responses,but also provide new insights for understanding the impact of lncRNA on host immunity and bacteria escape.展开更多
