[Methods] An integrated process treatment mode of anaerobic/anoxic/aerobic moving bed biofilm reactor (A 2O-MBBR) was proposed to analyze and study its operating effect and influencing factors. [Results] The A^(2)O-MBBR mode had good COD removal efficiency and nitrogen and phosphorus removal performance, and the water quality index of the effluent met the Class A standard of GB181918-2002. This mode is suitable for treating rural domestic sewage, and has high treatment effects in different operating periods. In spring, the average removal rates of COD, NH_(4)^(+)-N, TN, TP and SS reached (83.53 ± 2.15)%, (89.44 ± 4.97)%, (67.36±18.53)%, (88.22±11.21)% and (91.73±2.25)%, respectively;In the autumn period, the average removal rates of COD, NH_(4)^(+)-N, TN, TP and SS were (83.49±2.64)%, (89.26±9.19)%, (66.05±17.00)%, (87.48±9.68)%, and (91.13±2.35)%. [Conclusions] This study provides theoretical reference and technical support for the popularization and application of A^(2)O-MBBR integrated process.展开更多
The molecular mechanism underlying Corydalis Yanhusuo’s therapeutic potential in prostate cancer(PCa)treatment was elucidated using network pharmacology and molecular docking.Nineteen active ingredients,399 drug targ...The molecular mechanism underlying Corydalis Yanhusuo’s therapeutic potential in prostate cancer(PCa)treatment was elucidated using network pharmacology and molecular docking.Nineteen active ingredients,399 drug targets,1790 disease targets and 143 intersection targets were identified.Ten core targets were screened from the protein-protein interaction network.Enrichment analysis revealed 133 GO terms and 114 KEGG pathways.Corydalis Yanhusuo may potentially treat prostate cancer through pathways such as the Rap1 signaling pathway,phospholipase D signaling pathway,Ras signaling pathway,VEGF signaling pathway and JAK-STAT signaling pathway.Significant differences in expression were observed for EGFR,PDGFRA,PIK3CA,PIK3CD,PIK3CG and PIK3R1.Molecular docking and dynamics simulation analysis showed low binding energy between active components and the six core genes of Corydalis Yanhusuo,indicating a favorable docking effect.This study shows that Corydalis Yanhusuo exhibits promise in prostate cancer treatment through a synergistic“multi-component-multi-target-multi-pathway”effect.展开更多
This paper presents an advanced three-phase four-wire interlinking niicrogrid system with an improved harmonics reduction feature.Due to their robustness and simplicity features,time-domain second-order notch-filter e...This paper presents an advanced three-phase four-wire interlinking niicrogrid system with an improved harmonics reduction feature.Due to their robustness and simplicity features,time-domain second-order notch-filter equivalent techniques have drawn a great deal of research attention.However,the drawbacks of non-satisfactory harmonics rejection characteristics and dynamic response limits their applications.In this context,this paper proposes an advanced control system with an enhanced harmonics reduction feature for microgrid applications.The proposed control system exhibits a superior harmonics reduction feature and better dynamic response than the conventional notch-filter based techniques.In addition,a control scheme is developed for a three-phase power system application which presents higher accuracy in compensating both balanced and unbalanced harmonics.The performance of the proposed system is validated through simulations and tested on the hardware of a real microgrid system.From the results,it is evident that the proposed approach provides excellent performance in terms of harmonics reduction in microgrid systems.展开更多
