In the last decade,some disease occurred on our experimental farms that had caused serious losses.They were not caused by fungi,bacteria or viruses.By loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP)technique,the detectio...In the last decade,some disease occurred on our experimental farms that had caused serious losses.They were not caused by fungi,bacteria or viruses.By loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP)technique,the detection results pointed to the possible pathogen as phytoplasma.The investigation results implied that phytoplasmas could cause more than 13 kinds of symptoms in almost all parts of plants in B.napus L.,including witches’broom,multi-stems,aggregate main inflorescences,and flat stems.The incidences of these phytoplasma-associated diseases in our experimental farms rose from 1.61%in 2010 to 6.00%in 2021.Some phytoplasma infected plants died without any growing points.These studies would be helpful for detecting phytoplasmas diseases,selecting disease resistant germplasm and improving varieties with disease resistances in B.napus L.展开更多

The results showed that the yield and related economic traits of rapeseed treated by nitrogen fertilizer were higher than the control group; in the nitrogen fertilizer treatment group,when the nitrogen fertilizer was applied as the base fertilizer and wintering fertilizer at the ratio of 7∶ 3,the rapeseed yield was higher than the control group and reached the highest; when the nitrogen fertilizer was applied as the base fertilizer,wintering fertilizer,and bud fertilizer at the ratio of 5∶ 3∶ 2,the rapeseed yield was significantly higher than the control group but was the lowest. These indicate that sufficient nitrogen supply is the basis for normal growth and development of rape seedlings. When the pure nitrogen fertilizer was at 192 kg/ha and the ratio of base fertilizer and wintering fertilizer was 7∶ 3,it can better coordinate the high yield of rapeseed and overall use of nitrogen fertilizer,and obtain higher rapeseed yield.展开更多
Porcine circovirus type 3(PCV3),which was first detected in the United States of America in 2015,is a potential threat to the swine industry.However,the prevalence of PCV3 in Shanxi Province,China,is unclear.In this r...Porcine circovirus type 3(PCV3),which was first detected in the United States of America in 2015,is a potential threat to the swine industry.However,the prevalence of PCV3 in Shanxi Province,China,is unclear.In this research,the prevalence and genetic diversity of PCV3 were investigated in above area.Lung tissue samples(n=491)from 19 pig slaughterhouses across 11 cities throughout Shanxi Province were analyzed for PCV3 infection by PCR in 2019.The results showed that PCV3 positive rates in slaughterhouses and individuals were 100%(19/19)and 86.76%(426/491),respectively.PCV2 and PCV3 double-positive rates in slaughterhouses and individuals were 100%(19/19)and 59.27%(291/491),respectively.PCR positive samples were further sequenced and 8 PCV3 isolates were identified.The nucleotide homology of these isolates with other PCV3 isolates in NCBI database was 97.45-99.90%.A phylogenetic analysis,based on the complete genomic sequence and ORF2,divided these PCV3 strains into 2 major groups.Based on A24A/and R27/K amino acid mutations of capsid protein,the 8 identified PCV3 strains were separated to 2 clades.This was the first detailed investigation into the epidemiology of PCV3 in Shanxi Province.Our findings enabled us to assess the possibility of widespread transmission from this region.Thus,current findings establish a basis for further studies of genetic variations in PCV3 strains circulating in China.展开更多
It is well known that a SMPS (switched-mode power supply) is easy to produce strong EMI (electromagnetic interference) and fails in EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) test for its far field radiation exceeds th...It is well known that a SMPS (switched-mode power supply) is easy to produce strong EMI (electromagnetic interference) and fails in EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) test for its far field radiation exceeds the limits between 30-200 MHz. Based on asymmetry line antenna theory, a novel far field CM (common mode) radiation model, including an equivalent driving source, radiation structure and some key influence factors, is identified and built up for a small flyback power supply. Radiation characteristics of this model are predicted by using Ansoft HFSS software and the model effectiveness is verified by experiment. In the end, the radiation role of some key factors, such as the length of output cable, common mode impedance of AC grid, layout of cable and reflected ground, are studied using simulation in detail.展开更多
The main purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of raspberry extract on wound healing and compare it with that of ellagic acid.The elimination of excess free radicals was the key to preventing wound infla...The main purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of raspberry extract on wound healing and compare it with that of ellagic acid.The elimination of excess free radicals was the key to preventing wound inflammation;cellular antioxidation activity was evaluated using an oxidative stress damage cell model.Cell proliferation ability was measured using the WST1 assay,and the migration capacity was determined using the wound scratch assay.A mouse wound model was used to verify the effect of raspberry extract on wound healing.The cellular antioxidant activity of the extract((50.31±3.17)pg/mL)was slightly lower than that of ellagic acid((44.59±2.38)pg/mL).The results of a cell proliferation assay showed that both raspberry extract and ellagic acid at 5μg/mL could significantly(P<0.01)promote the proliferation of HaCaT cells.After culturing for 24 h and 48 h,the cell healing rates of the extract were(41.11±0.38)per cent and(68.88±2.51)per cent,respectively,whereas the corresponding rates of ellagic acid were(39.01±2.40)per cent and(70.33±0.89)per cent;hence,there were no significant differences between them(P>0.05).The wound areas of mice fed low,medium,and high doses of raspberry extract for 14 days were 1.66,1.41,and 1.24 mm2,respectively,which were sign讦icantly lower than that of the blank control group,2.18 mm2(F<0.05).These findings indicate that raspberry extract and ellagic acid exhibit similar antioxidant capacities and equivalent cell proliferation-promoting capabilities.In the mouse test,raspberry extract effectively promoted a reduction in wound area.This work demonstrates the potential of raspberry extract in wound healing,suggesting a promising application of raspberry resources in the fields of functional foods,cosmetics,and medicine.展开更多
Understanding the mechanisms of drought resistance in crop species is crucial for the selection and breeding of tolerant rapeseed(Brassica napus L.)varieties.The present study aimed to assess the physiological and ana...Understanding the mechanisms of drought resistance in crop species is crucial for the selection and breeding of tolerant rapeseed(Brassica napus L.)varieties.The present study aimed to assess the physiological and anatomical responses of two rapeseed genotypes,P287(drought-tolerant)and T88(drought-sensitive)under three intensities of drought stress.All physiological and anatomical parameters related to drought acclimation were significantly altered in both genotypes under stress conditions.At the fourth-leaf stage,the relative water content,chlorophyll content,protein content,malondialdehyde content,and the activities of peroxidase and catalase in P287 were significantly higher than those in T88,particularly under severe drought conditions.After rehydration,all physiological indexes recovered rapidly,especially in P287.In addition,under drought stress,compared with T88,P287 had thicker palisade tissue,thinner spongy tissue,higher ratio of chloroplast length to chloroplast width,higher stomatal density and stomatal closure rate.Overall,the interaction between physiological and anatomical features improved the drought tolerance of P287 under drought stress conditions.展开更多
In this paper,common mode(CM)and differential mode(DM)far-field radiation models of a typical digital inverter with cables are built up to predict electromagnetic field strength and analyze field characteristics.The C...In this paper,common mode(CM)and differential mode(DM)far-field radiation models of a typical digital inverter with cables are built up to predict electromagnetic field strength and analyze field characteristics.The CM current model and its analyses are based on the imbalance difference method.It is found out that the voltage between the drain and the source electrodes of upper transistor is the key equivalent source of electromagnetic interference(EMI).Far-field radiation strength of the digital inverter in free space is predicted by using the asymmetrical antenna radiation method and current loop radiation method.The accuracy of these methods is verified by the CST electromagnetic simulation results in the frequency range from 1 MHz to 400 MHz.Furthermore,the radiation models are improved by using the mirror method,which enables to include the reflection effect of the metal ground plane at the electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)test site.Both the results of measurements in a semi-anechoic chamber and the simulation results confirm the proposed electromagnetic radiation prediction method.展开更多
