The establishment of S-scheme heterojunctions has arisen as a promising strategy for the advancement of efficient photocatalytic systems with superior charge separation and redox ability,specifically for H_(2)O_(2)production.In this investigation,an innovative 2D/2D g-C_(3)N_(4)/BiOBr S-scheme heterojunction was meticulously engineered through an in situ growth methodology.The synthetic composites exhibit boosted H_(2)O_(2)production activity,achieving a peak generation rate of 392μmol L^(-1)h^(-1),approximately 8.7-fold and 2.1-fold increase over the pristine BiOBr and g-C_(3)N_(4),respectively.Such a superior activity should be attributed to the highly efficient charge separation and migration mechanisms,along with the sustained robust redox capability of S-scheme heterostructure,which are verified by time-resolved photoluminescence spectroscopy,photocurrent test and electron paramagnetic resonance measurements.Furthermore,the interfacial electric field induced S-scheme charge transfer mechanism between g-C_(3)N_(4)and BiOBr is systematically certificated by in situ irradiated X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and density functional theory calculation.This research offers a comprehensive protocol for the systematic development and construction of highly efficient S-scheme heterojunction photocatalysts,specifically tailored for enhanced H_(2)O_(2)production. 展开更多

A 4H-SiC superjunction(SJ)MOSFET(SJMOS)with integrated high-K gate dielectric and split gate(HKSG-SJMOS)is proposed in this paper.The key features of HKSG-SJMOS involve the utilization of high-K(HK)dielectric as the gate dielectric,which surrounds the source-connected split gate(SG)and metal gate.The high-K gate dielectric optimizes the electric field distribution within the drift region,creating a low-resistance conductive channel.This enhancement leads to an increase in the breakdown voltage(BV)and a reduction in the specific on resistance(R_(on,sp)).The introduction of split gate surrounded by high-K dielectric reduces the gate-drain capacitance(C_(gd))and gate-drain charge(Q_(gd)),which improves the switching characteristics.The simulation results indicate that compared to conventional 4H-SiC SJMOS,the HKSG-SJMOS exhibits a 110.5%enhancement in figure of merit(FOM,FOM=BV^(2)/R_(on,sp)),a 93.6%reduction in the high frequency figure of merit(HFFOM)of R_(on,sp)·C_(gd),and reductions in turn-on loss(E_(on))and turn-off loss(E_(off))by 38.3%and 31.6%,respectively.Furthermore,the reverse recovery characteristics of HKSG-SJMOS has also discussed,revealing superior performance compared to conventional 4H-SiC SJMOS. 展开更多

TiB_(2)coatings can significantly enhance the high-temperature oxidation resistance of molybdenum,which would broaden the application range of molybdenum and alloys thereof.However,traditional methods for preparing TiB_(2)coatings have disadvantages such as high equipment costs,complicated processes,and highly toxic gas emissions.This paper proposes an environmentally friendly method,which requires inexpensive equipment and simple processing,for preparing TiB_(2)coating on molybdenum via electrophoretic deposition within Na3AlF6-based molten salts.The produced TiB_(2)layer had an approximate thickness of 60μm and exhibited high density,outstanding hardness(38.2 GPa)and robust adhesion strength(51 N).Additionally,high-temperature oxidation experiments revealed that,at900℃,the TiB_(2)coating provided effective protection to the molybdenum substrate against oxidation for 3 h.This result indicates that the TiB_(2)coating prepared on molybdenum using molten salt electrophoretic deposition possesses good high-temperature oxidation resistance. 展开更多

Extended light absorption and dynamic charge separation are vital factors that determine the effectivenessof photocatalysts.In this study,a nonmetallic plasmonic S‐scheme photocatalyst was fabricatedby loading 1D plasmonic W_(18)O_(49)nanowires onto 2D g‐C_(3)N_(4)nanosheets.W_(18)O_(49)nanowiresplay the dual role of a light absorption antenna—that extends light adsorption—and a hot electrondonor—that assists the water reduction reaction in a wider light spectrum range.Moreover,S‐scheme charge transfer resulting from the matching bandgaps of W_(18)O_(49)and g‐C_(3)N_(4)can lead tostrong redox capability and high migration speed of the photoinduced charges.Consequently,in thisstudy,W_(18)O_(49)/g‐C_(3)N_(4)hybrids exhibited higher photocatalytic H2 generation than that of pristineg‐C_(3)N_(4)under light irradiation of 420–550 nm.Furthermore,the H2 production rate of thebest‐performing W_(18)O_(49)/g‐C_(3)N_(4)hybrid was 41.5μmol·g^(−1)·h^(−1)upon exposure to monochromaticlight at 550 nm,whereas pure g‐C_(3)N_(4)showed negligible activity.This study promotes novel andenvironmentally friendly hot‐electron‐assisted S‐scheme photocatalysts for the broad‐spectrumutilization of solar light. 展开更多

为探究人工接种复合藻液对河西走廊工程迹地生物结皮(Biological soil crusts,BSC)生长及土壤性质的影响,在甘肃古浪模拟5种工程扰动面(Disturbed surfaces,S),人工喷施复合藻液(Treatments,T),观测不同扰动面和处理下BSC生长和土壤养... 为探究人工接种复合藻液对河西走廊工程迹地生物结皮(Biological soil crusts,BSC)生长及土壤性质的影响,在甘肃古浪模拟5种工程扰动面(Disturbed surfaces,S),人工喷施复合藻液(Treatments,T),观测不同扰动面和处理下BSC生长和土壤养分等的变化。结果显示:不同的扰动面BSC生长良好,无明显风蚀发生。S对BSC的生长、土壤养分和土壤酶活性影响极其显著(P<0.001);T在短期内对BSC生长影响不明显,但随着时间的延长各扰动面BSC生物量、BSC厚度、土壤养分和土壤磷酸酶显著增加(P<0.05,2 a)。填方边坡阴坡的BSC生长最快(1.629μg·g^(-1)Chl a,2 a),比3个月时的BSC生物量增加了439.4%;BSC厚度、土壤酶活性、有效磷及速效钾含量均显著高于其他扰动面(P<0.05)。复合藻液可有效诱导BSC,其土壤硬度、BSC生物量、碱性磷酸酶和土壤养分显著增加(P<0.05)。藻液、微生物菌剂和沙蒿胶的联合固沙新方法可用于工程建设扰动后BSC快速重建。扰动面类型对人工BSC的发育影响显著,阴坡更利于BSC定植和生长。 展开更多

三湖坳陷是柴达木盆地最主要的第四系生物气产区,天然气资源量巨大。为了明确气藏中泥岩储层形成的沉积环境,为储层甜点评价提供依据,通过对三湖坳陷涩北地区涩探1、涩探2井泥岩岩心样品进行手标本、镜下观察以及元素测试,分析了其元素... 三湖坳陷是柴达木盆地最主要的第四系生物气产区,天然气资源量巨大。为了明确气藏中泥岩储层形成的沉积环境,为储层甜点评价提供依据,通过对三湖坳陷涩北地区涩探1、涩探2井泥岩岩心样品进行手标本、镜下观察以及元素测试,分析了其元素地球化学特征及沉积环境。研究结果表明:涩探1、涩探2井样品以暗色泥岩和粉砂岩为主,发育少量白云岩,呈块状、条带状和纹层状分布,含有大量螺类、植物碎片化石,反映滨浅湖—半深湖沉积环境;具有低硅、铝弱过饱和、低钾钠、富镁钙及Ba、Sr、Rb富集,Zr、Hf、Ni亏损的特征;ICV、CIA等指数和Th/Sc-Zr/Sc判别图反映涩北地区第四系泥岩仅经历了弱—中等的风化作用,没有受到沉积分选和再旋回作用影响;Ceanom、&U、δCe等参数指示沉积时期为还原向贫氧过渡的环境;Sr含量与Th/U、V/Zr等比值反映咸水—半咸水环境;MAP、LST等参数和Sr/Cu、Zr/Rb等比值反映寒冷干旱的古气候环境,水动力弱。三湖坳陷涩北地区第四系泥岩的高可溶有机质含量,频繁的沉积水体环境变化使得纵向砂泥互层特征明显,形成了良好的储盖组合,有利于形成泥岩生物气藏。 展开更多

Effects of supplementing bile acids on the production performance,fatty acid and bile acid composition,and gut microbiota in transition dairy cows 被引量:1

Background During the transition period,cows are prone to negative energy balance,which can lead to a decline in production performance and health in severe cases.In recent years,it has been discovered that bile acids(BAs)can act not only as fat emulsifiers but also as signaling molecules to regulate body metabolism.Although BAs have been used to some extent in monogastric and aquatic animals,their role in ruminants,particularly in transition cows,remains unclear.Therefore,this study aimed to determine the effects of BAs on the production performance,milk and plasma fatty acid and BA composition,and fecal microbiota in transition dairy cows.Results Forty-six healthy transition Holstein dairy cows with similar conditions were randomly divided into two groups and supplemented with 0 or 20 g/d of BAs from 21 d before the expected calving to 21 d after calving.The production performance was tracked until 60 d after calving.The results indicated that BA supplementation significantly improved postpartum milk fat content and yields as well as the yields of unsaturated fatty acids,monounsaturated fatty acids,and polyunsaturated fatty acids in milk.There was a significant increase in the concentration of triglyceride and the proportion of C≤16 fatty acids in the plasma of cows supplemented with BAs,while the concentration of β-hydroxybutyrate and the proportion of C>16 fatty acids in the plasma decreased significantly.BA supplementation significantly altered the composition of the fecal bacterial community and increased the relative abundance of bacteria beneficial for BA metabolism and transformation(Romboutsia,Clostridium sensu_stricto_6,and Clostridium sensu_stricto_1).Functional prediction analysis showed that the relative abundance of bile salt hydrolase,7 α-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase,and BA inducible E as well as the pathways related to BA metabolism also significantly increased in cows supplemented BAs.In addition,BA supplementation significantly altered the composition of plasma and fecal BAs,particularly increasing circulating secondary BA concentration,which might induce the complete oxidation of fatty acids in the liver and further reduce the concentration of β-hydroxybutyrate.Conclusions These findings highlight the potential benefits of BA supplementation in improving milk yields and quality,as well as influencing metabolic pathways in transition dairy cows.Meanwhile,further studies are needed to elucidate the underlying mechanisms and explore the broader implications of these results by using more tissue samples. 展开更多

Low-Carbon Economic Dispatch Strategy for Integrated Energy Systems under Uncertainty Counting CCS-P2G and Concentrating Solar Power Stations 被引量:1

In the background of the low-carbon transformation of the energy structure,the problem of operational uncertainty caused by the high proportion of renewable energy sources and diverse loads in the integrated energy systems(IES)is becoming increasingly obvious.In this case,to promote the low-carbon operation of IES and renewable energy consumption,and to improve the IES anti-interference ability,this paper proposes an IES scheduling strategy that considers CCS-P2G and concentrating solar power(CSP)station.Firstly,CSP station,gas hydrogen doping mode and variable hydrogen doping ratio mode are applied to IES,and combined with CCS-P2G coupling model,the IES low-carbon economic dispatch model is established.Secondly,the stepped carbon trading mechanism is applied,and the sensitivity analysis of IES carbon trading is carried out.Finally,an IES optimal scheduling strategy based on fuzzy opportunity constraints and an IES risk assessment strategy based on CVaR theory are established.The simulation shows that the gas-hydrogen doping model proposed in this paper reduces the operating cost and carbon emission of IES by 1.32%and 7.17%,and improves the carbon benefit by 5.73%;variable hydrogen doping ratio model reduces the operating cost and carbon emission of IES by 3.75%and 1.70%,respectively;CSP stations reduce 19.64%and 38.52%of the operating costs of IES and 1.03%and 1.80%of the carbon emissions of IES respectively compared to equal-capacity photovoltaic and wind turbines;the baseline price of carbon trading of IES and its rate of change jointly affect the carbon emissions of IES;evaluating the anti-interference capability of IES through trapezoidal fuzzy number and weighting coefficients,enabling IES to guarantee operation at the lowest cost. 展开更多

Liposomes serve as critical carriers for drugs and vaccines,with their biological effects influenced by their size.The microfluidic method,renowned for its precise control,reproducibility,and scalability,has been widely employed for liposome preparation.Although some studies have explored factors affecting liposomal size in microfluidic processes,most focus on small-sized liposomes,predominantly through experimental data analysis.However,the production of larger liposomes,which are equally significant,remains underexplored.In this work,we thoroughly investigate multiple variables influencing liposome size during microfluidic preparation and develop a machine learning(ML)model capable of accurately predicting liposomal size.Experimental validation was conducted using a staggered herringbone micromixer(SHM)chip.Our findings reveal that most investigated variables significantly influence liposomal size,often interrelating in complex ways.We evaluated the predictive performance of several widely-used ML algorithms,including ensemble methods,through cross-validation(CV)for both lipo-some size and polydispersity index(PDI).A standalone dataset was experimentally validated to assess the accuracy of the ML predictions,with results indicating that ensemble algorithms provided the most reliable predictions.Specifically,gradient boosting was selected for size prediction,while random forest was employed for PDI prediction.We successfully produced uniform large(600 nm)and small(100 nm)liposomes using the optimised experimental conditions derived from the ML models.In conclusion,this study presents a robust methodology that enables precise control over liposome size distribution,of-fering valuable insights for medicinal research applications. 展开更多

Radioactive microspheres have demonstrated excellent therapeutic effects and good tolerance in the treatment of unresectable primary and secondary liver malignancies.This is attributed to precise embolization and potent anti-tumor effect.However,certain limitations such as unstable loading,perfusion stasis,heterogeneous distribution,ectopic distribution,and insufficient dosage,restrict their clinical application.Herein,a novel personalized Y-90 carbon microsphere with high uniformity,high specific activity and high availability(^(90)Y-HUACM)is presented.It is synthesized through planar molecular complex adsorption and chemical deposition solidification.^(90)Y-HUACM exhibited controllable size,excellent biocompatibility,outstanding in vitro and in vivo stability.The radiolabeling efficiency of Y-90 exceeded 99%and the leaching rate of Y-90 is far below 0.1%.Furthermore,the excellent anti-tumor effect,nuclide loading stability,anti-reflux characteristics,precise embolization,and biosafety of^(90)Y-HUACM were validated in a rabbit VX2liver tumor model.In summary,this new,high-performance,and customizable radioactive microsphere provides a superior choice for selective internal radiation treatment of advanced liver cancer is expected to be rapidly applied in clinical practice. 展开更多

High-entropy metal phosphide(HEMP)has considerable potential as an electrocatalyst owing to its beneficial properties,including high-entropy alloy synergy as well as the controllable structure and high conductivity of phosphides.Herein,electrospinning and in situ phosphating were employed to prepare three-dimensional(3D)networks of self-supporting HEMP nanofibers with varying degrees of phosphate content.Comprehensive characterizations via X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,as well as density functional theory calculations,demonstrate that the introduction of phosphorus(P)atoms to HEMP carbon nanofibers mediates their electronic structure,leads to lattice expansion,which in turn enhances their catalytic performance in the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).Moreover,the formation of metal-P bonds weakens metal-metal interaction and decreases the free energy of hydrogen adsorption,contributing to the exceptional activity observed in the HEMP catalyst.Electrochemical measurements demonstrate that the HEMP-0.75 catalyst with an ultralow loading of 1.22 wt%ruthenium(Ru)exhibits the highest HER catalytic activity and stability in a 1 M KOH electrolyte,achieving a minimal overpotential of 26 mV at a current density of 10 mA·cm^(-2)and Tafel slope of 50.9 mV·dec^(-1). 展开更多

HR+/HER2-早期乳腺癌辅助内分泌治疗策略的进展与思考

激素受体阳性/人表皮生长因子受体2阴性(hormone receptor positive/human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 negative,HR+/HER2-)乳腺癌是最常见的乳腺癌亚型,占全部乳腺癌的65%~70%。内分泌治疗是其辅助治疗的基石,即使接受了标准... 激素受体阳性/人表皮生长因子受体2阴性(hormone receptor positive/human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 negative,HR+/HER2-)乳腺癌是最常见的乳腺癌亚型,占全部乳腺癌的65%~70%。内分泌治疗是其辅助治疗的基石,即使接受了标准内分泌治疗,患者仍可能出现局部和(或)全身复发。近年来,随着CDK4/6抑制剂的应用,HR+/HER2-早期乳腺癌辅助治疗策略取得了重大突破。MonarchE和NATALEE研究均是评估细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶(cyclin-dependent kinase 4/6,CDK4/6)抑制剂联合内分泌疗法,用于HR+/HER2-早期乳腺癌辅助治疗的Ⅲ期临床试验,这两项研究证实了CDK4/6抑制剂联合内分泌治疗显著延长无浸润性肿瘤复发生存率(invasive disease-free survival,iDFS),为具有高复发风险人群提供新的强化治疗选择。基于此,2025年中国抗癌协会乳腺癌专业委员会指南推荐CDK4/6抑制剂用于高危HR+/HER2-早期乳腺癌的辅助治疗。尽管CDK4/6抑制剂疗效确切,但最佳治疗时长、长期生存获益、安全管理和经济性等问题仍需进一步研究探索。本文系统综述HR+/HER2-早期乳腺癌内分泌治疗的近期循证医学证据,深入探讨精准化治疗策略,并展望循环肿瘤DNA(circulating tumor DNA,ctDNA)动态监测、治疗“升阶”与“降阶”、新型药物联合及辅助治疗耐药后治疗策略等未来方向,为临床治疗提供科学参考。 展开更多

叶长、叶宽、叶面积及叶夹角不仅影响玉米(Zea mays)光合效率,也是株型的重要构成因素。通过对620个叶形QTL进行整合,构建不同遗传背景下的叶形QTL整合图谱,利用元分析发掘出22个叶长、22个叶宽、12个叶面积以及17个叶夹角m QTL;进一步... 叶长、叶宽、叶面积及叶夹角不仅影响玉米(Zea mays)光合效率,也是株型的重要构成因素。通过对620个叶形QTL进行整合,构建不同遗传背景下的叶形QTL整合图谱,利用元分析发掘出22个叶长、22个叶宽、12个叶面积以及17个叶夹角m QTL;进一步运用生物信息学手段,确定44个与叶片发育密切相关的候选基因。分析发现,仅有NAL7-like、YABBY6-like和GRF2等13个基因位于m QTL区间内,而玉米中已克隆的KNOTTED1、AN3/GIF1、rgd1/lbl1、mwp1及SRL2-like、HYL1-like和CYCB2;4-like等水稻(Oryza sativa)和拟南芥(Arabidopsis thaliana)叶形同源基因位于未被整合的QTL内;对44个候选基因在叶片长、宽、厚发育过程中基部-末端、中央-边缘、远轴-近轴的调控机理进行归纳分析,发现玉米中仅有少数几个候选基因被报道,揭示了叶形发育的部分分子机理。因此,对玉米叶形相关m QTL/QTL及基因进行全面深入的分析,不仅有助于增加对其遗传结构的了解,发掘更多候选基因,阐明叶形发育和形成的分子机制,还可为耐密理想株型的分子标记辅助选择提供依据。 展开更多
