Integrative Multi-Omics Analysis and Experiments Validation Identify COX5B as a Novel Therapeutic Target for Lung Adenocarcinoma

Background:A significant proportion of patients still cannot benefit from existing targeted therapies and immunotherapies,making the search for new treatment strategies extremely urgent.In this study,we combined integrate public data analysis with experimental validation to identify novel prognostic biomarkers and therapeutic targets for lung adenocarcinoma(LUAD).Methods:We analyzed RNA and protein databases to assess the expression levels of cytochrome C oxidase 5B(COX5B)in LUAD.Several computational algorithms were employed to investigate the relationship between COX5B and immune infiltration in LUAD.To further elucidate the role of COX5B in LUAD,we utilized multiple experimental approaches,including quantitative reverse transcription PCR assays,western blot,immunohistochemistry,electron microscopy,flow cytometry,and EdU proliferation assays.Results:We revealed that COX5B was significantly elevated in LUAD and positively correlated with poor prognosis of LUAD patients.Analysis of co-expression network indicated that COX5B may take part in the intracellular adenosine triphosphate(ATP)synthesis through the oxidative phosphorylation pathway.There was a negative correlation between COX5B expression and immune infiltration in LUAD.Furthermore,we validated that COX5B levels were significantly elevated in both LUAD tissues and cell lines.Specifically,immunohistochemistry(IHC)assays revealed a 2.32-fold increase of COX5B in tumor tissues compared to that in adjacent normal tissues(p=0.0044).Additionally,COX5B knockdown disrupted the redox homeostasis,ultimately suppressed the proliferation of LUAD cells.Subsequent investigations demonstrated that berberine effectively targeted COX5B,diminishing its protein expression and consequently inhibiting cell proliferation and tumor growth in LUAD.Conclusions:This study established that upregulated COX5B was positive associated with poor patient prognosis in LUAD,elucidating the mechanisms by which berberine targets COX5B to inhibit tumor growth,thereby providing a novel therapeutic target and strategy for the clinical management of LUAD. 展开更多

A rapidly growing field is piezoresistive sensor for accurate respiration rate monitoring to suppress the worldwide respiratory illness.However,a large neglected issue is the sensing durability and accuracy without interference since the expiratory pressure always coupled with external humidity and temperature variations,as well as mechanical motion artifacts.Herein,a robust and biodegradable piezoresistive sensor is reported that consists of heterogeneous MXene/cellulose-gelation sensing layer and Ag-based interdigital electrode,featuring customizable cylindrical interface arrangement and compact hierarchical laminated architecture for collectively regulating the piezoresistive response and mechanical robustness,thereby realizing the long-term breath-induced pressure detection.Notably,molecular dynamics simulations reveal the frequent angle inversion and reorientation of MXene/cellulose in vacuum filtration,driven by shear forces and interfacial interactions,which facilitate the establishment of hydrogen bonds and optimize the architecture design in sensing layer.The resultant sensor delivers unprecedented collection features of superior stability for off-axis deformation(0-120°,~2.8×10^(-3) A)and sensing accuracy without crosstalk(humidity 50%-100%and temperature 30-80).Besides,the sensor-embedded mask together with machine learning models is achieved to train and classify the respiration status for volunteers with different ages(average prediction accuracy~90%).It is envisioned that the customizable architecture design and sensor paradigm will shed light on the advanced stability of sustainable electronics and pave the way for the commercial application in respiratory monitory. 展开更多

The growing prevalence of exercise-induced tibial stress fractures demands wearable sensors capable of monitoring dynamic musculoskeletal loads with medical-grade precision.While flexible pressure-sensing insoles show clinical potential,their development has been hindered by the intrinsic trade-off between high sensitivity and full-range linearity(R^(2)>0.99 up to 1 MPa)in conventional designs.Inspired by the tactile sensing mechanism of human skin,where dermal stratification enables wide-range pressure adaptation and ion-channelregulated signaling maintains linear electrical responses,we developed a dual-mechanism flexible iontronic pressure sensor(FIPS).This innovative design synergistically combines two bioinspired components:interdigitated fabric microstructures enabling pressure-proportional contact area expansion(αP1/3)and iontronic film facilitating self-adaptive ion concentration modulation(αP^(2/3)),which together generate a linear capacitance-pressure response(CαP).The FIPS achieves breakthrough performance:242 kPa^(-1)sensitivity with 0.997linearity across 0-1 MPa,yielding a record linear sensing factor(LSF=242,000).The design is validated across various substrates and ionic materials,demonstrating its versatility.Finally,the FIPS-driven design enables a smart insole demonstrating 1.8%error in tibial load assessment during gait analysis,outperforming nonlinear counterparts(6.5%error)in early fracture-risk prediction.The biomimetic design framework establishes a universal approach for developing high-performance linear sensors,establishing generalized principles for medical-grade wearable devices. 展开更多

Our previous study has proven that tea polyphenol has a role in lung neoplasms. The present communication was to investage the anti-proliferation effect of tea polyphenol on the PG cells, which was a high metastatic human lung carcinoma cell line, by 3-(4,5)-dimethylthiahiazo(-z-y1)-3,5-diphenytetrazoliumromide (MTT) cell viability assay, and to study the change of intracellular calcium concentration, connexin43 (Cx43) expression, gap junctional intercellular communication (GJIC) and cell cycle distribution after the tea polyphenol treatment by laser scanning confocal microscopy and flow cytometry. The results showed that 1) tea polyphenol could kill the PG cells in a dose-depent manner via inhibiting the PG cell proliferation and blocking the PG cell cycle progression staying in G0/G1 phase and not transfering in S and G2/M phases to reduce the PG cell proliferation index;2) the increases of intracellular calcium concentration, GJIC and Cx43 expression were related with the tea polyphenol doses. The data suggested that tea polyphenol could inhibit the growth of PG cells, which mechanism was associated with the up-regulation of GJIC. 展开更多

中国城市生物多样性研究如何支持《昆明-蒙特利尔全球生物多样性框架》(简称《昆蒙框架》)的履行?针对这一问题,本研究首先基于逻辑模型分析了《昆蒙框架》中和城市生物多样性最直接相关的目标12,以及与其对应的《中国生物多样性保护战... 中国城市生物多样性研究如何支持《昆明-蒙特利尔全球生物多样性框架》(简称《昆蒙框架》)的履行?针对这一问题,本研究首先基于逻辑模型分析了《昆蒙框架》中和城市生物多样性最直接相关的目标12,以及与其对应的《中国生物多样性保护战略与行动计划(2023–2030年)》中的优先行动18;并根据落实相关目标和行动的需求,提出了10个研究问题。随后基于对中文文献的综述,分析了当前在10个研究问题上的现状、不足和未来的研究需求。结果显示当前国内学者对这10个问题的研究在数量上严重不均衡,对城市生物多样性保护立法和常态化监测等方面的研究少,而对城市生态系统服务功能和健康惠益的研究则相对较多。基于履约目标12的需求,未来需要开展包括关键概念梳理、城市生物多样性调查和评估方法、城市生物多样性监测网络建设方法和对已有政策和管理行动效果进行评估等方面的研究。《昆蒙框架》为中国城市生物多样性研究创造了新的机会,研究者和管理者通力合作是保证新机会实现的关键。 展开更多

A rapidly deployable dense seismic monitoring system which is capable of transmitting acquired data in real time and analyzing data automatically is crucial in seismic hazard mitigation after a major earthquake.However,it is rather difficult for current seismic nodal stations to transmit data in real time for an extended period of time,and it usually takes a great amount of time to process the acquired data manually.To monitor earthquakes in real time flexibly,we develop a mobile integrated seismic monitoring system consisting of newly developed nodal units with 4G telemetry and a real-time AI-assisted automatic data processing workflow.The integrated system is convenient for deployment and has been successfully applied in monitoring the aftershocks of the Yangbi M_(S) 6.4 earthquake occurred on May 21,2021 in Yangbi County,Dali,Yunnan in southwest China.The acquired seismic data are transmitted almost in real time through the 4G cellular network,and then processed automat-ically for event detection,positioning,magnitude calculation and source mechanism inversion.From tens of seconds to a couple of minutes at most,the final seismic attributes can be presented remotely to the end users through the integrated system.From May 27 to June 17,the real-time system has detected and located 7905 aftershocks in the Yangbi area before the internal batteries exhausted,far more than the catalog provided by China Earthquake Networks Center using the regional permanent stations.The initial application of this inte-grated real-time monitoring system is promising,and we anticipate the advent of a new era for Real-time Intelligent Array Seismology(RIAS),for better monitoring and understanding the subsurface dynamic pro-cesses caused by Earth's internal forces as well as anthropogenic activities. 展开更多

The electron transfer mechanism in the process of peroxymonosulfate(PMS)activation using heterojunction catalyst was controversial.In this work,magnetic heterojunction Cu_(2)O/CoFe_(2)O_(4)(CC)was first synthesized to activate PMS.An innovative reaction mechanism based on built-in electric field-driven electron migration from Cu2O to CoFe2O4 and effective magnetic moment of CC for enhancing PMS activation was proposed.Meanwhile,the CC/PMS system was used for efficient removal of antibiotic tetracycline(TC).Under optimal conditions,98.0%TC could be removed using CC/PMS catalytic system after only 30 min.The catalytic activity was higher than that of Cu_(2)O/PMS and CoFe_(2)O_(4)/PMS.Meanwhile,the impact of solution pH on TC removal was insignificant,suggesting the pH-insensitive PMS activation ability of CC.Besides,the coexisting inorganic ions in the environment,such as HCO_(3)-,H_(2)PO4-,NO_(3)-,Cl-and humic acid(HA)as representative of natural organic matter,did not inhibit TC removal in CC/PMS system.Furthermore,CC/PMS system exhibited excellent reusability with more than94.0%TC removal after the 5th reuse.Electron paramagnetic resonance(EPR)tests and quenching experiments showed that O_(2)·-and 1O_(2) played vital roles in TC removal.The intermediate products and corresponding toxicity assessment revealed that this catalytic system could reduce TC toxicity.This work provided new insights into the PMS activation mechanism using heterogeneous magnetic catalysts,including transition metal oxide. 展开更多

Three-dimensional velocity structure around the focal area of the 2021 MS6.4 Yangbi earthquake 被引量:1

On May 21,2021,an MS6.4 earthquake occurred in Yangbi,Yunnan province,China,which exhibited typical foreshock-mainshock-aftershock characteristics.To better understand the velocity structure of the focal area and adjacent fault zones,Pg/Sg travel times at 12 seismic stations for the local earthquakes with ML≥1.5 from 2009-2019 and the Yangbi sequence in May of 2021 were used to invert the three-dimensional(3D)structures for both vP and v_(P)/v_(S).The obtained structure extends deeply to 15 km for area(25°N-26.5°N,99.5°E-101°E)at a horizontal resolution of 10×10 km,and the accuracy of the v_(P) velocity was verified using airgun signals excited by the Binchuan Airgun Transmitting Seismic Station(BATSS).The resulting v_(P) and v^(P)/v_(S) images correlate with existing fault zones and the Yangbi sequence,including:(1)The shallow velocity structure at 0 km agrees with local topography,where the Binchuan basin exhibits low-v_(P) and high-v_(P)/v_(S) values.From 3-15 km,v_(P) and v_(P)/v_(S) show variations,and the boundaries are consistent with the main faults(e.g.,the Weixi-Qiaohou-Weishan,Honghe,and Chenghai faults).(2)The largest foreshock(M_(S)5.6),main-shock(MS6.4),and largest aftershock(M_(S)5.2)occurred near the boundaries where both vP and v_(P)/v_(S) have clear contrasts.(3)Small earthquakes are also concentrated in the transition zone between high-and low-vP and v_(P)/v_(S) anomalies,and are biased toward low-v_(P)/v_(S) zones.(4)Boundaries in v_(P) and v_(P)/v_(S) are observed at 20 km west of the Weixi-Qiaohou-Weishan fault,indicating that there may exist one hidden fault. 展开更多

A M_(S)6.4 earthquake occurred on 21 May 2021 in Yangbi county,Dali prefecture,Yunnan,China,at 21:48 Beijing Time(13:48 UTC).Earthquakes with an M3.0 or higher occurred before and after the main shock.Seismic data analysis is essential for the in-depth investigation of the 2021 Yangbi M_(S)6.4 earthquake sequence and the seismotectonics of northwestern Yunnan.Institute of Geophysics,China Earthquake Administration(CEA),has compiled a dataset of seismological observations from 157 broadband stations located within 500 km of the epicenter,and has made this dataset available to the earthquake science research community.The dataset(total file size:329 GB)consists of event waveforms with a sampling frequency of 100 sps collected from 18 to 28 May 2021,20-Hz and 100-Hz continuous waveforms collected from 12 to 31 May 2021,and seismic instrument response files.To promote data sharing,the dataset also includes the seismic event waveforms from 20 to 22 May 2021 recorded at 50 stations of the ongoing Binchuan Active Source Geophysical Observation Project,for which the data protection period has not expired.Sample waveforms of the main shock are included in the appendix of this article and can be downloaded from the Earthquake Science website.The event and continuous waveforms are available from the Earthquake Science Data Center website(www.esdc.ac.cn)on application. 展开更多

Clinical Research of Zhenwu Decoction Combined with Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure with Edema Syndrome due to Yang Deficiency

[Objectives]The paper was to investigate the clinical effects of Zhenwu Decoction combined with Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure with edema syndrome due to yang deficiency.[Methods]Eighty patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into 2 groups(control group and treatment group),with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine for 14 d,and the patients in the treatment group were treated with Zhenwu Decoction and Tingli Dazhao Xiefeng Decoction on the basis of the control group for 14 d.The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),plasma N-terminal brain natruretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP)and New York Heart Association(NYHA)functional class were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire in the principle of Chinese civilization and traditional medicine characteristics(C-MLHF)at admission and 1 month after discharge were compared between the two groups.[Results]After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was 82.50%,and that in the control group was 67.50%.The curative effect of TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment the LVEF in both groups was increased compared with that before treatment,and the NT-proBNP level was decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and those in the treatment group were better than those in the control group.The total effective rate of cardiac function in the treatment group was 87.50%,and that in the control group was 65.00%.The improvement of cardiac function in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).One month after discharge,C-MLHF scores in both groups were decreased compared with those before treatment,and that in the treatment group was lower than in the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusions]Zhenwu Decoction combined with Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction based on traditional western medicine treatment could improve the clinical efficacy,symptoms and quality of life of patients in the treatment of chronic heart failure with edema syndrome due to yang deficiency. 展开更多

目的 分析四川省喜马拉雅旱獭鼠疫自然疫源地动物鼠疫流行特点,为全面评估该疫源地鼠疫流行风险和人间鼠疫疫情防控提供依据。方法 收集2011-2024年四川省喜马拉雅旱獭鼠疫自然疫源地监测数据,计算喜马拉雅旱獭密度、夜行鼠捕获率、宿... 目的 分析四川省喜马拉雅旱獭鼠疫自然疫源地动物鼠疫流行特点,为全面评估该疫源地鼠疫流行风险和人间鼠疫疫情防控提供依据。方法 收集2011-2024年四川省喜马拉雅旱獭鼠疫自然疫源地监测数据,计算喜马拉雅旱獭密度、夜行鼠捕获率、宿主染蚤率、病原学和血清学阳性率,采用Joinpoint Regression Program 3.4.3软件对鼠密度、捕获率、染蚤率做趋势分析。结果 共调查旱獭分布面积71 933 hm^(2),平均獭密度为0.25只/hm^(2),年獭密度在0.13~0.53只/hm^(2),年度变化整体呈上升趋势[平均年度变化百分比(AAPC)=6.99%,P=0.034];夜行鼠捕获率为1.44%,年捕获率在0.82%~2.97%,年度变化整体呈下降趋势(AAPC=-5.73%,P=0.036);旱獭染蚤率为46.32%,年染蚤率在25.87%~60.43%,年度变化呈下降趋势,无统计学意义(AAPC=-2.04%,P=0.140),染蚤以斧形盖蚤、谢氏山蚤为主。共检出鼠疫耶尔森菌65株,检菌率为0.72%,全部来自自毙旱獭,分菌时间主要集中在5-8月,占整体分菌数的84.38%;血清学检测阳性率为0.31%,主要动物来源为牧犬。结论 2011-2024年四川省喜马拉雅旱獭鼠疫自然疫源地旱獭密度呈上升趋势,应在喜马拉雅旱獭活动季多区域设点监测,加大监测覆盖面,及时发现动物疫情,防止人间鼠疫的发生。 展开更多

Objectives To study the effects of angiotensin Ⅱ, as a mediator of cardiac hypertrophy, on expression of connexin 43 (Cx43) in cultured neonatal rat ventricular myocytes and correlation of expression of Cx43 and cardiomyocyte hypertrophy. Methods Cardiomyocytes were isolated from newborn SD rats. Angiotensin Ⅱwas added into the media to induce myocyte hypertrophy. Cultures were exposed to 10 ~ 6 mol/L angiotensin Ⅱ for 72 h, Cx43 expression was characterized by RT-PCR and Immunofluorescence methods. Results Immunofluorescence analysis revealed decreased Cx43 immunoreactivity in cells treated for 72 h with angiotensin Ⅱ. RT-PCR analysis demonstrated there was an obvious decrease of Cx43 mRNA level in cells exposed to angiotensin U for 72 h. The changes of expression of connexin 43 were related to its entrance into S phase of the cell cycle. Cultured neonatal rat cardiomyocytes were exposed for 72 h to increase concentrations of angiotensin II ( 1.0 × 10^ -9 ~ 1.0 × 10^ -6mol/L), resulting in significantly decreased Cx43 expression. Conclusions Angiotensin/I leads to a concentration-dependent decrease in Cx43 protein in cultured neonatal rat ventricular myocytes by decreasing Cx43 mRNA synthesis. Signal transduction pathways activated by angiotensin II under pathophysiologic conditions of cardiac hypertrophy could initiate remodeling of gap junctions. 展开更多

Accurate satellite data assimilation under all-sky conditions requires enhanced parameterization of scattering properties for frozen hydrometeors in clouds.This study aims to develop a nonspherical scattering look-up table that contains the optical properties of five hydrometeor types—rain,cloud water,cloud ice,graupel,and snow—for the Advanced Radiative Transfer Modeling System(ARMS)at frequencies below 220 GHz.The discrete dipole approximation(DDA)method is employed to compute the single-scattering properties of solid cloud particles,modeling these particles as aggregated roughened bullet rosettes.The bulk optical properties of the cloud layer are derived by integrating the singlescattering properties with a modified Gamma size distribution,specifically for distributions with 18 effective radii.The bulk phase function is then projected onto a series of generalized spherical functions,applying the delta-M method for truncation.The results indicate that simulations using the newly developed nonspherical scattering look-up table exhibit significant consistency with observations under deep convection conditions.In contrast,assuming spherical solid cloud particles leads to excessive scattering at mid-frequency channels and insufficient scattering at high-frequency channels.This improvement in radiative transfer simulation accuracy for cloudy conditions will better support the assimilation of allsky microwave observations into numerical weather prediction models.·Frozen cloud particles were modeled as aggregates of bullet rosettes and the optical properties at microwave range were computed by DDA.·A complete process and technical details for constructing a look-up table of ARMS are provided.·The ARMS simulations generally show agreement with observations of MWTS and MWHS under typhoon conditions using the new look-up table. 展开更多

The dielectric loss of carbon materials is closely related to the microstructure and the degree of crystallization,and the microstructure modulation of electromagnetic wave absorbing carbon materials is the key to enhancing absorption properties.In this work,a porous elastic Co@CNF-PDMS composite was prepared by freeze-drying and confined catalysis.The graphitization degree and conductivity loss of carbon nanofibers(CNFs)were regulated by heat treatment temperature and Co catalyst content.The construction of a heterointerface between Co and C enhances the interfacial polarization loss.The Co@CNF-PDMS composite with 4.5 mm achieves the minimum reflection loss(RLmin)of-81.0 dB at 9.9 GHz and RL no higher than-12.1 dB in the whole of the X-band.After applying a load of up to 40% strain and 100 cycles to Co@CNF-PDMS,the dielectric properties of the composite remain stable.With the increase of compression strain,the distribution density of the absorbent increases,and the CNF sheet layer extrusion contact forms a conductive path,which leads to the conductive loss increase,finally,the absorption band moves to a high frequency.The absorption band can be bi-directionally regulated by loading and strain with good stability,which provides a new strategy for the development of intelligent electromagnetic wave absorbing materials. 展开更多

通过以铁路线为样带中心点,对青藏铁路唐古拉山南段沿线垂直于铁路两侧系统设置植被调查样带、样地、样方,重点调查铁路沿线原生植被物种组成、高度、盖度、株丛数等,着重分析了不同样带植被物种丰富度、植被盖度、物种共有度沿纬度方... 通过以铁路线为样带中心点,对青藏铁路唐古拉山南段沿线垂直于铁路两侧系统设置植被调查样带、样地、样方,重点调查铁路沿线原生植被物种组成、高度、盖度、株丛数等,着重分析了不同样带植被物种丰富度、植被盖度、物种共有度沿纬度方向的空间变化特征,为铁路生态安全体系建设和植被生态修复提供重要参考。结果表明:①1 m×1 m样方平均物种数多在9~12种之间,丰富度相对较低;20 m×20 m样地平均物种17~26种。各样带总的物种丰富度在47~59种之间;植被物种丰富度纬度方向距离差异不明显;样方、样地、样带小尺度的变化对物种丰富度会产生很大影响。②青藏铁路南段总体植被覆盖度高,植被覆盖率80%以上的占1/2强;因受局部环境条件的影响,其植被覆盖度也存在一定差异。③应用Jaccard指数对沿线各植被样带物种共有度进行分析,结果表明,随着样带纬度方向间距的增大,物种共有度指数值呈逐渐减小的趋势,相邻样带的物种共有度最大,物种纬度方向逐渐替代的规律明显。 展开更多

目的:运用Corvis ST研究2.4mm透明角膜切口白内障超声乳化术后1mo内角膜生物力学参数改变。方法:采用患者术眼术前术后自身对照研究。对2019-03/09符合纳入标准的28例56眼年龄相关性白内障患者进行2.4mm透明角膜切口白内障超声乳化抽吸... 目的:运用Corvis ST研究2.4mm透明角膜切口白内障超声乳化术后1mo内角膜生物力学参数改变。方法:采用患者术眼术前术后自身对照研究。对2019-03/09符合纳入标准的28例56眼年龄相关性白内障患者进行2.4mm透明角膜切口白内障超声乳化抽吸+人工晶状体植入术。使用Corvist ST对28例患者术前1d,术后3、6d,1mo进行角膜生物力学测量比较。结果:受检眼术前术后第一次压平长度(A1L)、第二次压平时间(A2T)、中央角膜厚度(CCT)比较均有差异(F=10.534、11.655、14.734,均P<0.05)。术后3d测得A1L较术前及术后6d显著升高,A2T则显著降低(P<0.05)。术前1d与术后6d比较,A2L、A2T均无差异(P>0.05)。术后3、6d CCT大于术前1d(均P<0.05)。CCT在术后3d达到最大值,术后1mo恢复术前水平。结论:2.4mm透明角膜切口白内障超声乳化术后角膜生物力学参数发生变化,术后1mo各项参数基本恢复术前水平。 展开更多

目的:报告经脐单孔腹腔镜阴式肾切除术的经验与体会,初步探讨其临床应用价值。方法:1例右侧输尿管上段结石并右肾重度积水、右肾无功能和1例左侧输尿管下段结石并左肾重度积水、左肾无功能患者均行经脐单孔腹腔镜阴式肾切除术。患者取... 目的:报告经脐单孔腹腔镜阴式肾切除术的经验与体会,初步探讨其临床应用价值。方法:1例右侧输尿管上段结石并右肾重度积水、右肾无功能和1例左侧输尿管下段结石并左肾重度积水、左肾无功能患者均行经脐单孔腹腔镜阴式肾切除术。患者取截石位,患侧腰部垫高,取脐缘弧形切口长约3 cm,分别置入Trocar及腹腔镜、操作器械。按照普通腹腔镜方法,充分游离肾脏后将其完整切除,装入自制标本袋,于阴道后穹窿分别切开长约3 cm、4 cm切口,将标本自阴道取出。结果:2例手术均顺利完成,手术时间分别为160 min、260 min,术中失血量分别为150 ml、280 ml。均于术后第1天下床活动。例1于术后第2天肛门通气并进饮食,术后腹腔引流管引出淡红色液体较少,术后第6天无液体引出予拔除;术后第7天脐部切口拆线痊愈出院。例2术后肠道功能恢复延迟,腹胀,经对症治疗于术后第11天肛门通气并进饮食;术后第12天拔除腹腔引流管并拆线痊愈出院。脐部切口均不明显,阴道切口愈合良好。结论:对有手术指征的患者行经脐单孔腹腔镜阴式肾切除术,脐部切口术后恢复后被周围的皱褶所遮蔽,美容效果良好,且能有效预防脐部切口疝形成,值得临床选用。 展开更多
