四川盆地深层页岩气水平井优快钻井技术——以泸203井为例 被引量:32

泸203井是中国石油天然气集团有限公司部署在四川盆地南部泸县—长宁页岩气区块的1口重点超深页岩气探井,实际完钻井深达5 600 m,测试日产气量为137.9×10^4 m^3,成为目前国内首口单井测试日产量超百万立方米的页岩气井。为了给深... 泸203井是中国石油天然气集团有限公司部署在四川盆地南部泸县—长宁页岩气区块的1口重点超深页岩气探井,实际完钻井深达5 600 m,测试日产气量为137.9×10^4 m^3,成为目前国内首口单井测试日产量超百万立方米的页岩气井。为了给深层页岩气井优快钻井提供借鉴和经验,以泸203井为例,在分析储层特征对钻井要求的基础上,归纳总结了保障该井页岩气水平井钻井井身质量、优质储层钻遇率、快速钻进以及降低复杂事故率的优快钻井综合配套技术,并对其应用效果进行了评价。研究结果表明:①采用旋转导向工具并配合钻柱扭摆系统钻进,减少了滑动定向钻进进尺,成功地控制了钻具托压现象,大幅度降低了定向辅助时间;②实施的4种削减钻具振动措施很好地解决了水平段钻进中螺杆故障问题,进一步提高了钻井速度;③采用近钻头伽马测量系统实时追踪储层,控制轨迹在优质产层内钻进,保证了优质页岩储层钻遇率;④优配钻井装备及高密度的油基钻井液的应用保证了井下动力钻具的动力和井眼携砂的需求以及钻井液性能的净化,确保了井眼畅通、保持了井壁稳定,起到了提高钻井速度的重要作用。结论认为,泸203井按照地质工程一体化的技术思路,采取先打直导眼再侧钻水平井的方式,优质页岩储层钻遇率达到100%,该井的实施进一步完善了四川盆地新区块超深页岩气水平井配套优快钻井技术。 展开更多

Correlations Based on CFD and Their Applications in Optimization for Staggered and Parallel Plate Fin Heatsinks 被引量:5

The geometrical andoperational parameters are very important to their cooling performance as heatsinks in practicalapplications. Fluent 5.0 commercial CFD (computational fluid dynamic) code is used to simulate theflow and heat transfer of those heatsinks of different realistic parameters. Based on thosesimulations, two correlations, concerning Nusselt number and friction factor as the functions ofgeometrical and operational parameters, FB (fin-base area ratio), PR' (ratio of spanwise pitch tolengthwise pitch) and Re, were developed. From the both, the performance comparisons for optimizinggeometrical and operational parameters of a fixed dimension heatsink are shown at constant pumpingpower and constant thermal resistance. Experiments were carried out for the airconsumption coefficient α in the range of 0.3 to 1.0 and the fluidization number N in the range of1.3 to 3.0. Particle properties, initial bed height, α and N all affect temperature distribution inthe bed. Bed temperature can be adjusted about 200℃ by combined the adjusting of α and N. 展开更多

Direct methanol fuel cell (DMFC)has been regarded as one of promising electric generators in portable electronic equipment and electric vehicles because of the high energy conversion efficiency and low pollutant emissions [1,2].Electro-oxidation of methanol has been studied extensively in terms of its application in DMFC and related theoretical analysis promising anode catalyst [3-5].To date,the most for methanol oxidation is platinum (Pt).However,the development of commercial Pt-based fuel cells has been limited by the toxicity of carbon monoxide,the high cost of Pt and the aggregation of catalyst particles [6-9].Using binary or alloy catalysts is an effective strategy for the removal of CO from the catalyst surface [10-13].Extensive research reveals that ruthenium (Ru)-modified Pt nanoparticles (Pt NPs)are efficient binary electro-catalysts for methanol oxidation reaction (MOR)[14].The addition of Ru to Pt-based catalysts significantly lowers the overpotential in MOR and enhances the CO-tolerance through the ‘bifunctional mechanism'[11,12,14-18]. 展开更多

Both parallel and staggered plate fin heatsinks are widely used in modern computers. This paper presents the ways to make most use of CFD in optimization design of those heatsinks: the flow and heat transfer of staggered and parallel plate fm heatsinks of various geometry were simulated by using Fluent 5.0 commercial CFD code. Based on 60 different simulation solutions, two correlations, concerning Nusselt number and friction factor as the functions of geometrical and operational parameters of the heatsinks were developed. The presentation parameter examination was also performed by comparing the numerical solutions with the analytical solutions of parallel plate arrays, showing that the correct parameters are used in the correlations. 展开更多

IDDM results from pancreatic beta cell destruction by islet-reactive T cells,a process that involves beta cell apoptosis.Fas-FasL pathway plays a major role in pancreatic β cell death.Fas-associated death domain protein (FADD),the component of the tumor necrosis factor receptor type 1(TNFR1) and Fas signaling complexes,is involved in TNFR1-and Fas-induced apoptosis.Inhibiting the function of FADD will lead to blocking downstream apoptosis signal,which protects pancreatic β cells from destruction by Fas-FasL pathway.In this study we constructed eukaryotic expressing vector of fusional protein FADDdel-GFP named pFADDdel-GFP. After pFADDdel-GFP was transfected into NIT,the expression of FADDdel-GFP in NIT was detected by fluorescence microscopy and the resistance of NIT transfected with pFADDdel-GFP to cytotoxicity mediated by special T cells was detected by FACS and MTT.The results showed that NIT modified by pFADDdel-GFP obviously resisted cytotoxicity mediated by special T cells.Therefore,it may be useful in the prevention or treatment of IDDM by intervening Fas-FasL pathway.Cellular & Molecular Immunology.2004;1(5):383-386. 展开更多
