Apoptosis was detected by DNA ladder method.RESULTS: The inhibition rates of AR on the cell respiration of AGS, KATOⅢ, HT29, MDA231, MEL7 and MEL14 were 68.25%, 62.36%, 22.8%, 27.69%, 2.85% and 5.14%respectively at the concentration of 100 ug/ml; it inhibited AGS DNA synthesis by 87.33% at the concentration of 50ug/ml. The inhibitory effect on AGS was time-and dosedependent. AR did not induce apoptosis in AGS cells.CONCLUSION: AR specifically inhibits gastric cancer cells growth in vitro and the mechanism is mainly cytostatic but not cytotoxic or inducing apoptosis.展开更多
AIM: To assess the accuracy of three-dimensional contrastenhanced magnetic resonance angiography (3D CE MRA) in evaluation of the portal vein involvement in patients with hepatic tumors.METHODS: 3D CE MlRA was perform...AIM: To assess the accuracy of three-dimensional contrastenhanced magnetic resonance angiography (3D CE MRA) in evaluation of the portal vein involvement in patients with hepatic tumors.METHODS: 3D CE MlRA was performed in 62 patients with hepatic tumors to assess the patency of the main, right and left portal veins before hepatic surgery. A total of 186 veins were examined for encasement, occlusion and tumor thrombosis. The results of 3D CE NRA diagnosis were then correlated with the surgical-pathological and intra-operative sonographic findings.RESULTS: 3D CE MRA correctly detected 48 of 49 involved and 135 of 137 noninvolved portal veins with the sensitivity of 98 %, specificity of 99 %, positive predictive value of 96 % and negative predictive value of 99 %.CONCLUSION: 3D CE NRA is accurate in evaluation of the portal vein involvement in patients with hepatic tumors.展开更多

The examination indicates t...The pollen of 57 species representing 7 sections ofArtemisia was examined by light microscope and scanning microscope for the purpose to elucidate the systematic relationships of the genus. The examination indicates that the pollen grains present high concordance which is characterized by the globular or the approximate shape, 3-lobed circular from polar view while granular or ellipse sphere from tropical plate with tricolporate structure. The exine of pollen has an obvious double structure of inner and outer layers (including the tectum and columnar layers) where the outer is thicker than the inner and the sculpture of exine degenerates into small spinules easily distinguishable from other genera of the Compositae. Based on exine sculpture. the pollen grains ofArtemisia can be divided into two types: Myriantha type and Mongolica type, which possesses 4 subtypes according to the distribution forms of spinule: (1) Sacrorum subtype, (2) Oligocarpa subtype, (3) Lavandulaefolia subtype, (4) Anomale subtype.展开更多
Objective: to focus on the analysis of PDCA cycle to reduce the incidence of blood return at puncture site of patients after intravenous indwelling needle. Methods: 130 patients who used indwelling needle in each depa...Objective: to focus on the analysis of PDCA cycle to reduce the incidence of blood return at puncture site of patients after intravenous indwelling needle. Methods: 130 patients who used indwelling needle in each department were randomly selected as the research object. In view of the situation of the transverse cut-off surface of the puncture site of these 130 patients after using the static indwelling needle, this paper focuses on observing how the blood return situation is after using PDCA cycle to reduce the intravenous indwelling needle. Results: before and after the quality inspection, all indicators showed a downward trend. Conclusion: patients who choose to use PDCA cycle to reduce venous indwelling needle after puncture can effectively reduce the blood return situation. Therefore, nursing staff are required to improve their own intravenous treatment behavior during the puncture process, so as to continuously improve the nursing management level of intravenous treatment and reduce the patients' own pain.展开更多
