Methods: 120 patients with hemorrhagic shock were selected from the department of obstetrics and gynecology of the hospital. The patients were divided according to the symptoms of blood loss, and then the shock factors of the patients were judged according to the blood loss of different symptoms. Results: through the hospital rescue treatment, 114 out of 120 patients with hemorrhagic shock were successfully rescued. Among the 6 patients who failed rescue, 1 patient was partial hysterectomy, 3 patients were total hysterectomy, and 2 patients were ineffective in surgical rescue. On the whole, there are four factors leading to hemorrhagic shock, the first is uterine factor, the second is placenta factor, the third is reproductive tract factor, and the fourth is dysfunction factor. Conclusion: through the analysis and research in this paper, we can correctly understand the factors of patients with hemorrhagic shock in obstetrics and gynecology, and then take corresponding treatment measures according to these factors, so as to ensure the quality of patients shock rescue and the safety of patients.展开更多

Methods: the total course of this special medical research was 12 months, starting from May 2021 and ending from May 2022. A total of 86 patients were included in the study. The study completely followed the principle of linear development of time to group patients, i.e. the patients were grouped according to the order in which the patients went to the hospital. 1-43 patients were classified as Group Z in the study, all received routine treatment, and 44-86 patients were classified as Group F, all received comprehensive gynecologic and obstetric drug treatment. After the completion of this special medical study, the data generated by the two groups of patients during the study period will be collected and analyzed, and the actual therapeutic effect of clinical treatment in obstetrics and gynecology department will be determined based on the presented data differences. Results: after the completion of this special medical research and the analysis of various data, it can be seen that after the patients in Group Z and Group F received different treatment measures, the performance of Group F was significantly better than that of Group Z in all aspects. Conclusion: according to the actual results of this special medical research, it can be preliminarily determined that comprehensive medication aiming at the actual situation of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease in the clinical treatment stage of obstetrics and gynecology has the application value of optimizing the treatment effect.展开更多
