New requirements have been proposed for GIS practice teaching in colleges and universities in response to the developmental changes of national and industrial sectors during the social transition.Meanwhile,the underlying core characteristics of GIS should remain unchanged in GIS teaching to ensure they serve as the inherent attributes distinguishing GIS from other disciplines.Therefore,the clarification of the dialectical relationship between “changing” and “unchanging” in GIS practice teaching becomes the primary issue to address in relevant teaching reform.To address this issue,the present study systematically analyzes the structural contradictions in GIS practice teaching in the social transition period,and then closely examines the dialectical relationship between “changing” and “unchanging” from the key aspects of educational philosophy,teaching content,teaching methodology,and teaching assessment.Next,using the course of “GIS Practice Design” at the Central South University as an example,the present study describes this university’s reform and inheritance in GIS practice teaching,aiming to provide reference for GIS practice teaching in other universities or majors. 展开更多

With the rapid development of Internet science and technology, the self-media industry is rising gradually. As an important way of information dissemination, more and more self-media platforms are established and the main body of information communication becomes more complex. The self-media not only brings convenience to people’s life but also brings some negative effects. The self-media has more remarkable characteristics in information dissemination. The birth of self-media makes the network appear more suspicious information that cannot be effectively verified. Internet rumors fly all over the sky, which has caused certain influence on the stability of the society. The prevention and control measures of online rumors from the perspective of self-media are studied in this paper for creating a healthier network environment. Firstly, the concepts of self-media and Internet rumors are briefly summarized. Then, the main characteristics of Internet rumors from the perspective of self-media are analyzed. Finally, the prevention and control measures of online rumors, including strengthening supervision, improving the quality of self-media, and strengthening public identification of rumors, are proposed. 展开更多

Allenes,served as highly sought-after building blocks,are an indispensable component of synthetic chemistry.Their utility in modulating the chemical,physical,and pharmaceutical properties of organic compounds make allenes a desirable choice in various applications.Here,we report a facile method for the atom-economical synthesis of propargyl allenylamines via an underdeveloped[2,3]-sigmatropic rearrangement.Our strategy employs easily accessible propargylamines as starting materials,which are first converted into propargyl ammonium salts,followed by a base-promoted[2,3]-sigmatropic rearrangement.This one-pot,two-step reaction proceeds in the absence of transition metals,displays a very broad scope,and does not require the introduction of the electron-withdrawing group into the starting materials. 展开更多
