However, the rate of exclusive breastfeeding of premature infants in China still needs to be improved at present, and the factors affecting breastfeeding are different in different places. <strong>Objective:</strong> To investigate the current status and influencing factors of preterm infants breastfeeding in Jingzhou 3A hospitals. <strong>Methods:</strong> A cross-sectional study was conducted to collect breastfeeding information of premature infants in neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) from May to August in 2019 in Jingzhou 3A Hospital, and 152 premature infants’ related information were collected. A questionnaire survey was conducted among the mothers who failed to breastfeed. <strong>Results: </strong>The rate of exclusive breastfeeding among premature infants in NICU was 9.87%. The rates of first breastfeeding and exclusive breastfeeding at discharge were 13.16% and 32.89% respectively. Not producing enough milk and knowing the right way to pump breast milk contributed a lot to the failure of exclusive breastfeeding. <strong>Conclusion: </strong>More attention should be paid to the health education and management to improve the rate of breastfeeding in NICU.展开更多

Results: The mean score of prehospital first aid knowledge of university students in Jingzhou City was 12.85 ± 2.643, the mean score of attitude was 50.73 ± 4.114, and the mean score of behavior was 39.05 ± 8.898;There was a statistically significant difference in the scores of prehospital first aid knowledge, attitude, and behavior of university students depending on whether or not they had received prehospital first aid training (P P Conclusion: Jingzhou University students have a positive attitude toward pre-hospital first aid, but the knowledge level and behavior are low, which suggests that the government, society and the school should create good conditions to promote the improvement of pre-hospital first aid knowledge and ability.展开更多
Downregulation of the inwardly rectifying potassium channel Kir4.1 is a key step for inducing retinal Müller cell activation and interaction with other glial cells,which is involved in retinal ganglion cell apopt...Downregulation of the inwardly rectifying potassium channel Kir4.1 is a key step for inducing retinal Müller cell activation and interaction with other glial cells,which is involved in retinal ganglion cell apoptosis in glaucoma.Modulation of Kir4.1 expression in Müller cells may therefore be a potential strategy for attenuating retinal ganglion cell damage in glaucoma.In this study,we identified seven predicted phosphorylation sites in Kir4.1 and constructed lentiviral expression systems expressing Kir4.1 mutated at each site to prevent phosphorylation.Following this,we treated Müller glial cells in vitro and in vivo with the m Glu R I agonist DHPG to induce Kir4.1 or Kir4.1 Tyr^(9)Asp overexpression.We found that both Kir4.1 and Kir4.1 Tyr^(9)Asp overexpression inhibited activation of Müller glial cells.Subsequently,we established a rat model of chronic ocular hypertension by injecting microbeads into the anterior chamber and overexpressed Kir4.1 or Kir4.1 Tyr^(9)Asp in the eye,and observed similar results in Müller cells in vivo as those seen in vitro.Both Kir4.1 and Kir4.1 Tyr^(9)Asp overexpression inhibited Müller cell activation,regulated the balance of Bax/Bcl-2,and reduced the m RNA and protein levels of pro-inflammatory factors,including interleukin-1βand tumor necrosis factor-α.Furthermore,we investigated the regulatory effects of Kir4.1 and Kir4.1 Tyr^(9)Asp overexpression on the release of pro-inflammatory factors in a co-culture system of Müller glial cells and microglia.In this co-culture system,we observed elevated adenosine triphosphate concentrations in activated Müller cells,increased levels of translocator protein(a marker of microglial activation),and elevated interleukin-1βm RNA and protein levels in microglia induced by activated Müller cells.These changes could be reversed by Kir4.1 and Kir4.1 Tyr^(9)Asp overexpression in Müller cells.Kir4.1 overexpression,but not Kir4.1 Tyr^(9)Asp overexpression,reduced the number of proliferative and migratory microglia induced by activated Müller cells.Collectively,these results suggest that the tyrosine residue at position nine in Kir4.1 may serve as a functional modulation site in the retina in an experimental model of glaucoma.Kir4.1 and Kir4.1 Tyr^(9)Asp overexpression attenuated Müller cell activation,reduced ATP/P2X receptor–mediated interactions between glial cells,inhibited microglial activation,and decreased the synthesis and release of pro-inflammatory factors,consequently ameliorating retinal ganglion cell apoptosis in glaucoma.展开更多

To investigate groundwater flow and solute transport characteristics of the karst trough zone in China,tracer experiments were conducted at two adjacent typical karst groundwater flow systems(Yuquandong(YQD)and Migong...To investigate groundwater flow and solute transport characteristics of the karst trough zone in China,tracer experiments were conducted at two adjacent typical karst groundwater flow systems(Yuquandong(YQD)and Migongquan(MGQ))in Sixi valley,western Hubei,China.Highresolution continuous monitoring was utilized to obtain breakthrough curves(BTCs),which were then analyzed using the multi-dispersion model(MDM)and the two-region nonequilibrium model(2RNE)with basic parameters calculated by CXTFIT and QTRACER2.Results showed that:(1)YQD flow system had a complex infiltration matrix with overland flow,conduit flow and fracture flow,while the MGQ flow system was dominated by conduit flow with fast flow transport velocity,but also small amount of fracture flow there;(2)They were well fitted based on the MDM(R^2=0.928)and 2RNE(R^2=0.947)models,indicating that they had strong adaptability in the karst trough zone;(3)conceptual models for YQD and MGQ groundwater systems were generalized.In YQD system,the solute was transported via overland flow during intense rainfall,while some infiltrated down into fissures and conduits.In MGQ system,most were directly transported to spring outlet in the fissureconduit network.展开更多
Plasmonic nanoantennas provide unique opportunities for precise control of light–matter coupling in surface-enhanced infrared absorption(SEIRA)spectroscopy,but most of the resonant systems realized so far suffer from...Plasmonic nanoantennas provide unique opportunities for precise control of light–matter coupling in surface-enhanced infrared absorption(SEIRA)spectroscopy,but most of the resonant systems realized so far suffer from the obstacles of low sensitivity,narrow bandwidth,and asymmetric Fano resonance perturbations.Here,we demonstrated an overcoupled resonator with a high plasmon-molecule coupling coefficient(μ)(OC-Hμresonator)by precisely controlling the radiation loss channel,the resonator-oscillator coupling channel,and the frequency detuning channel.We observed a strong dependence of the sensing performance on the coupling state,and demonstrated that OC-Hμresonator has excellent sensing properties of ultra-sensitive(7.25%nm^(−1)),ultra-broadband(3–10μm),and immune asymmetric Fano lineshapes.These characteristics represent a breakthrough in SEIRA technology and lay the foundation for specific recognition of biomolecules,trace detection,and protein secondary structure analysis using a single array(array size is 100×100μm^(2)).In addition,with the assistance of machine learning,mixture classification,concentration prediction and spectral reconstruction were achieved with the highest accuracy of 100%.Finally,we demonstrated the potential of OC-Hμresonator for SARS-CoV-2 detection.These findings will promote the wider application of SEIRA technology,while providing new ideas for other enhanced spectroscopy technologies,quantum photonics and studying light–matter interactions.展开更多

Questionnaires were conducted with the general information questionnaire, Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) and Work-Related Quality of Life Scale-2 (WRQoL-2). <strong>Results:</strong> The total average score of the quality of work life of ICU nurses was (3.35 ± 0.44), which was at a medium level. Department, professional title, frequency of night shift, experience of workplace violence and psychological resilience were the influencing factors of the quality of work life of nurses in ICU, accounting for 39.4% of the variance. <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The quality of work life of ICU nurses needs to be improved. Nursing managers should pay attention to the work environment of ICU nurses, rationally allocate manpower, and improve the status of psychological resilience of nurses, so as to improve their quality of work life.展开更多
<strong>Objective:</strong> To evaluate the effect of physical methods on the prevention of venous thrombosis in patients with peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC). <strong>Methods:</stro...<strong>Objective:</strong> To evaluate the effect of physical methods on the prevention of venous thrombosis in patients with peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC). <strong>Methods:</strong> Randomized controlled trials meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria were retrieved from the following databases: Cochrane library, Pubmed, EMbase, Web of science, Ovid, CBM, CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, then Review Manage (RevMan) 5.3 software was used for data analysis. <strong>Results:</strong> A total of 24 RCTs including 3496 patients were analyzed in the study. The results of meta-analysis showed that various forms of upper limb movements could effectively decrease the incidence of venous thrombosis in the patients with PICC [<em>RR</em> = 0.23, 95% <em>CI</em> (0.16, 0.33), <em>P</em> < 0.01], upper limb movements could effectively improve the mean blood flow velocity of basilic vein [<em>MD</em> = 1.65, 95% <em>CI</em> (1.19, 2.11), <em>P</em> < 0.01]. <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Upper limb movements can effectively decrease the incidence of phlebothrombosis and improve the mean flow velocity of basilic vein in the patients undergoing PICC. Other forms of physical prevention methods need to be further studied due to insufficient sample size.展开更多
Microplastics loaded with phenanthrene and derivatives are widely detected in aquatic environments,and the coating of natural minerals or organic macromolecules may change the environmental behavior of microplastics.I...Microplastics loaded with phenanthrene and derivatives are widely detected in aquatic environments,and the coating of natural minerals or organic macromolecules may change the environmental behavior of microplastics.In this study,three kinds of composites with different coverage were prepared by coating goethite on the surface of polyvinyl chloride microplastics to investigate the adsorption and desorption behavior of phenanthrene(PHE)and 1-hydroxyphenanthrene(1-OHPHE),and the effect of mucin on desorption was inves-tigated.The results showed that goethite promoted the adsorption of PHE and 1-OHPHE by increasing the specific surface area of the composites.With the increase of the cover de-gree,the adsorption of PHE decreased because of the decrease in hydrophobicity;while the adsorption of 1-OHPHE initially increased and then decreased with the contributions of hydrophobic interaction and hydrogen bond.The adsorption of 1-OHPHE could be influenced by the pH and ionic strength primarily through electrostatic interactions and Ca2+bridg-ing.The goethite significantly increased the desorption hysteresis for two chemicals due to the complicated pore structures and increased adsorption affinity.Mucin promoted the desorption of PHE through competitive adsorption,and inhibit the desorption of 1-OHPHE through hydrophobic interaction,hydrogen bonding and Ca2+bridging.This study elucidated the effects of natural minerals on the adsorption and desorption behavior of organic pollutants on microplastics,briefly discussed the effects of organic macromolecules on the desorption behavior of pollutants with different properties,and emphasized the different environmental behaviors of pollutants.展开更多
Ferroptosis is a new type of programmed cell death caused by the accumulation of iron-dependent lipid peroxides,and it plays a role in the occurrence and progression of diverse diseases.Diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCM),a ...Ferroptosis is a new type of programmed cell death caused by the accumulation of iron-dependent lipid peroxides,and it plays a role in the occurrence and progression of diverse diseases.Diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCM),a serious cardiovascular complication in patients with diabetes,eventually progresses to refractory heart failure(HF),which increases the risk of hospitalization for HF and cardiovascular death in patients with diabetes.Despite glycemic control,effective strategies to prevent DCM onset are currently lacking.Accumulating evidence suggests that ferroptosis is involved in oxidative stress,inflammation,and abnormal autophagy in diabetic myocardium,which plays an important role in myocardial apoptosis,hypertrophy,and cardiac fibrosis.The inhibition of ferroptosis can relieve DCM.Presently,ferroptosis inhibitors have been broadly suggested for the treatment of iron overload-related cardiomyopathy.This article reviewed relevant studies to offer a new therapeutic target for DCM.展开更多
Objective This study aimed to explore a novel method that integrates the segmentation guidance classification and the dif-fusion model augmentation to realize the automatic classification for tibial plateau fractures(...Objective This study aimed to explore a novel method that integrates the segmentation guidance classification and the dif-fusion model augmentation to realize the automatic classification for tibial plateau fractures(TPFs).Methods YOLOv8n-cls was used to construct a baseline model on the data of 3781 patients from the Orthopedic Trauma Center of Wuhan Union Hospital.Additionally,a segmentation-guided classification approach was proposed.To enhance the dataset,a diffusion model was further demonstrated for data augmentation.Results The novel method that integrated the segmentation-guided classification and diffusion model augmentation sig-nificantly improved the accuracy and robustness of fracture classification.The average accuracy of classification for TPFs rose from 0.844 to 0.896.The comprehensive performance of the dual-stream model was also significantly enhanced after many rounds of training,with both the macro-area under the curve(AUC)and the micro-AUC increasing from 0.94 to 0.97.By utilizing diffusion model augmentation and segmentation map integration,the model demonstrated superior efficacy in identifying SchatzkerⅠ,achieving an accuracy of 0.880.It yielded an accuracy of 0.898 for SchatzkerⅡandⅢand 0.913 for SchatzkerⅣ;for SchatzkerⅤandⅥ,the accuracy was 0.887;and for intercondylar ridge fracture,the accuracy was 0.923.Conclusion The dual-stream attention-based classification network,which has been verified by many experiments,exhibited great potential in predicting the classification of TPFs.This method facilitates automatic TPF assessment and may assist surgeons in the rapid formulation of surgical plans.展开更多
Basin effect was first described following the analysis of seismic ground motion associated with the 1985 MW8.1 earthquake in Mexico.Basins affect the propagation of seismic waves through various mechanisms,and severa...Basin effect was first described following the analysis of seismic ground motion associated with the 1985 MW8.1 earthquake in Mexico.Basins affect the propagation of seismic waves through various mechanisms,and several unique phenomena,such as the basin edge effect,basin focusing effect,and basin-induced secondary waves,have been observed.Understanding and quantitatively predicting these phenomena are crucial for earthquake disaster reduction.Some pioneering studies in this field have proposed a quantitative relationship between the basin effect on ground motion and basin depth.Unfortunately,basin effect phenomena predicted using a model based only on basin depth exhibit large deviations from actual distributions,implying the severe shortcomings of single-parameter basin effect modeling.Quaternary sediments are thick and widely distributed in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The seismic media inside and outside of this basin have significantly different physical properties,and the basin bottom forms an interface with strong seismic reflections.In this study,we established a three-dimensional structure model of the Quaternary sedimentary basin based on the velocity structure model of the North China Craton and used it to simulate the ground motion under a strong earthquake following the spectral element method,obtaining the spatial distribution characteristics of the ground motion amplification ratio throughout the basin.The back-propagation(BP)neural network algorithm was then introduced to establish a multi-parameter mathematical model for predicting ground motion amplification ratios,with the seismic source location,physical property ratio of the media inside and outside the basin,seismic wave frequency,and basin shape as the input parameters.We then examined the main factors influencing the amplification of seismic ground motion in basins based on the prediction results,and concluded that the main factors influencing the basin effect are basin shape and differences in the physical properties of media inside and outside the basin.展开更多

文摘Plasmonic nanoantennas provide unique opportunities for precise control of light–matter coupling in surface-enhanced infrared absorption(SEIRA)spectroscopy,but most of the resonant systems realized so far suffer from the obstacles of low sensitivity,narrow bandwidth,and asymmetric Fano resonance perturbations.Here,we demonstrated an overcoupled resonator with a high plasmon-molecule coupling coefficient(μ)(OC-Hμresonator)by precisely controlling the radiation loss channel,the resonator-oscillator coupling channel,and the frequency detuning channel.We observed a strong dependence of the sensing performance on the coupling state,and demonstrated that OC-Hμresonator has excellent sensing properties of ultra-sensitive(7.25%nm^(−1)),ultra-broadband(3–10μm),and immune asymmetric Fano lineshapes.These characteristics represent a breakthrough in SEIRA technology and lay the foundation for specific recognition of biomolecules,trace detection,and protein secondary structure analysis using a single array(array size is 100×100μm^(2)).In addition,with the assistance of machine learning,mixture classification,concentration prediction and spectral reconstruction were achieved with the highest accuracy of 100%.Finally,we demonstrated the potential of OC-Hμresonator for SARS-CoV-2 detection.These findings will promote the wider application of SEIRA technology,while providing new ideas for other enhanced spectroscopy technologies,quantum photonics and studying light–matter interactions.
文摘<strong>Objective:</strong> To investigate the current status and influencing factors of the quality of work life of nurses in Intensive Care Unit (ICU). <strong>Methods:</strong> A total of 243 ICU nurses from 6 general hospitals in Jingzhou were selected by convenient sampling method. Questionnaires were conducted with the general information questionnaire, Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) and Work-Related Quality of Life Scale-2 (WRQoL-2). <strong>Results:</strong> The total average score of the quality of work life of ICU nurses was (3.35 ± 0.44), which was at a medium level. Department, professional title, frequency of night shift, experience of workplace violence and psychological resilience were the influencing factors of the quality of work life of nurses in ICU, accounting for 39.4% of the variance. <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The quality of work life of ICU nurses needs to be improved. Nursing managers should pay attention to the work environment of ICU nurses, rationally allocate manpower, and improve the status of psychological resilience of nurses, so as to improve their quality of work life.
文摘<strong>Objective:</strong> To evaluate the effect of physical methods on the prevention of venous thrombosis in patients with peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC). <strong>Methods:</strong> Randomized controlled trials meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria were retrieved from the following databases: Cochrane library, Pubmed, EMbase, Web of science, Ovid, CBM, CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, then Review Manage (RevMan) 5.3 software was used for data analysis. <strong>Results:</strong> A total of 24 RCTs including 3496 patients were analyzed in the study. The results of meta-analysis showed that various forms of upper limb movements could effectively decrease the incidence of venous thrombosis in the patients with PICC [<em>RR</em> = 0.23, 95% <em>CI</em> (0.16, 0.33), <em>P</em> < 0.01], upper limb movements could effectively improve the mean blood flow velocity of basilic vein [<em>MD</em> = 1.65, 95% <em>CI</em> (1.19, 2.11), <em>P</em> < 0.01]. <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Upper limb movements can effectively decrease the incidence of phlebothrombosis and improve the mean flow velocity of basilic vein in the patients undergoing PICC. Other forms of physical prevention methods need to be further studied due to insufficient sample size.

文摘Microplastics loaded with phenanthrene and derivatives are widely detected in aquatic environments,and the coating of natural minerals or organic macromolecules may change the environmental behavior of microplastics.In this study,three kinds of composites with different coverage were prepared by coating goethite on the surface of polyvinyl chloride microplastics to investigate the adsorption and desorption behavior of phenanthrene(PHE)and 1-hydroxyphenanthrene(1-OHPHE),and the effect of mucin on desorption was inves-tigated.The results showed that goethite promoted the adsorption of PHE and 1-OHPHE by increasing the specific surface area of the composites.With the increase of the cover de-gree,the adsorption of PHE decreased because of the decrease in hydrophobicity;while the adsorption of 1-OHPHE initially increased and then decreased with the contributions of hydrophobic interaction and hydrogen bond.The adsorption of 1-OHPHE could be influenced by the pH and ionic strength primarily through electrostatic interactions and Ca2+bridg-ing.The goethite significantly increased the desorption hysteresis for two chemicals due to the complicated pore structures and increased adsorption affinity.Mucin promoted the desorption of PHE through competitive adsorption,and inhibit the desorption of 1-OHPHE through hydrophobic interaction,hydrogen bonding and Ca2+bridging.This study elucidated the effects of natural minerals on the adsorption and desorption behavior of organic pollutants on microplastics,briefly discussed the effects of organic macromolecules on the desorption behavior of pollutants with different properties,and emphasized the different environmental behaviors of pollutants.
文摘Ferroptosis is a new type of programmed cell death caused by the accumulation of iron-dependent lipid peroxides,and it plays a role in the occurrence and progression of diverse diseases.Diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCM),a serious cardiovascular complication in patients with diabetes,eventually progresses to refractory heart failure(HF),which increases the risk of hospitalization for HF and cardiovascular death in patients with diabetes.Despite glycemic control,effective strategies to prevent DCM onset are currently lacking.Accumulating evidence suggests that ferroptosis is involved in oxidative stress,inflammation,and abnormal autophagy in diabetic myocardium,which plays an important role in myocardial apoptosis,hypertrophy,and cardiac fibrosis.The inhibition of ferroptosis can relieve DCM.Presently,ferroptosis inhibitors have been broadly suggested for the treatment of iron overload-related cardiomyopathy.This article reviewed relevant studies to offer a new therapeutic target for DCM.

文摘Objective This study aimed to explore a novel method that integrates the segmentation guidance classification and the dif-fusion model augmentation to realize the automatic classification for tibial plateau fractures(TPFs).Methods YOLOv8n-cls was used to construct a baseline model on the data of 3781 patients from the Orthopedic Trauma Center of Wuhan Union Hospital.Additionally,a segmentation-guided classification approach was proposed.To enhance the dataset,a diffusion model was further demonstrated for data augmentation.Results The novel method that integrated the segmentation-guided classification and diffusion model augmentation sig-nificantly improved the accuracy and robustness of fracture classification.The average accuracy of classification for TPFs rose from 0.844 to 0.896.The comprehensive performance of the dual-stream model was also significantly enhanced after many rounds of training,with both the macro-area under the curve(AUC)and the micro-AUC increasing from 0.94 to 0.97.By utilizing diffusion model augmentation and segmentation map integration,the model demonstrated superior efficacy in identifying SchatzkerⅠ,achieving an accuracy of 0.880.It yielded an accuracy of 0.898 for SchatzkerⅡandⅢand 0.913 for SchatzkerⅣ;for SchatzkerⅤandⅥ,the accuracy was 0.887;and for intercondylar ridge fracture,the accuracy was 0.923.Conclusion The dual-stream attention-based classification network,which has been verified by many experiments,exhibited great potential in predicting the classification of TPFs.This method facilitates automatic TPF assessment and may assist surgeons in the rapid formulation of surgical plans.

文摘Basin effect was first described following the analysis of seismic ground motion associated with the 1985 MW8.1 earthquake in Mexico.Basins affect the propagation of seismic waves through various mechanisms,and several unique phenomena,such as the basin edge effect,basin focusing effect,and basin-induced secondary waves,have been observed.Understanding and quantitatively predicting these phenomena are crucial for earthquake disaster reduction.Some pioneering studies in this field have proposed a quantitative relationship between the basin effect on ground motion and basin depth.Unfortunately,basin effect phenomena predicted using a model based only on basin depth exhibit large deviations from actual distributions,implying the severe shortcomings of single-parameter basin effect modeling.Quaternary sediments are thick and widely distributed in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The seismic media inside and outside of this basin have significantly different physical properties,and the basin bottom forms an interface with strong seismic reflections.In this study,we established a three-dimensional structure model of the Quaternary sedimentary basin based on the velocity structure model of the North China Craton and used it to simulate the ground motion under a strong earthquake following the spectral element method,obtaining the spatial distribution characteristics of the ground motion amplification ratio throughout the basin.The back-propagation(BP)neural network algorithm was then introduced to establish a multi-parameter mathematical model for predicting ground motion amplification ratios,with the seismic source location,physical property ratio of the media inside and outside the basin,seismic wave frequency,and basin shape as the input parameters.We then examined the main factors influencing the amplification of seismic ground motion in basins based on the prediction results,and concluded that the main factors influencing the basin effect are basin shape and differences in the physical properties of media inside and outside the basin.
