Understanding the complex interactions between urbanization and ecosystem services(ESs)is crucial for optimiz ing planning policies and achieving sustainable urban management.While previous research has largely focuse...Understanding the complex interactions between urbanization and ecosystem services(ESs)is crucial for optimiz ing planning policies and achieving sustainable urban management.While previous research has largely focused on highly urbanized areas,little attention has been given to the phased effect of progressive urbanization on ES networks.This study proposes a conceptual framework that utilizes the network method and space-time replace ment to examine the effect of urbanization on the complex relationships among ESs at different stages,with a particular emphasis on the progressive evolution of the process.We apply this framework to the Horqin area,a typical eco-fragile area in China.Results demonstrate that the connectivity of the ES synergy network exhibits a non-stationary characteristic,initially increasing,then decreasing,and subsequently strengthening.Meanwhile,its modularity shows a rising trend during periods of accelerated urbanization.The performance of the trade off network displays the opposite pattern.Additionally,we observe a gradual replacement of provisioning and regulation services by cultural services in terms of dominance in the synergy network as urbanization advances.By providing guidance for identifying key planning initiatives and implementing ecological protection policies at different stages of development,this study contributes a pathway that can inform development strategies in other regions undergoing progressive urbanization.展开更多
Recently,the step-scheme(S-scheme)heterojunction has gained significant attention due to its effective electron-hole separation and strong redox capabilities.However,reports on covalent organic framework(COF)-based S-...Recently,the step-scheme(S-scheme)heterojunction has gained significant attention due to its effective electron-hole separation and strong redox capabilities.However,reports on covalent organic framework(COF)-based S-scheme heterojunctions for photocatalytic RhB degradation remain limited.In this study,an S-scheme ZnIn_(2)S_(4)@COF-5 heterojunction photocatalyst was successfully synthesized by growing COF5 on the surface of ZnIn2S4 nanosheets,achieving efficient RhB degradation.Using 30 mg of ZnIn2-S4@COF-5,we degraded 50 mL of an 8010-6 RhB solution,achieving a 97%removal rate within 90 min.The photocatalytic performance of the ZnIn_(2)S_(4)@COF-5 S-scheme heterojunction was approximately 1.7 times higher than that of ZnIn2S4 and 1.6 times higher than COF-5 alone.Compared to the other reported COF-based S-scheme heterojunctions and commercial photocatalysts,this ZnIn_(2)S_(4)@COF-5 photocatalyst exhibited superior photocatalytic performance.The S-scheme charge transfer mechanism of the ZnIn2-S4@COF-5 heterojunction was elucidated through in situ irradiated XPS.Experimental results demonstrate that this rational design not only facilitates the effective separation of photogenerated electrons and holes,but also provides a large surface area and abundant active sites for efficient RhB degradation.展开更多

Colorectal cancer(CRC)is a type of malignant tumor that seriously threatens human health and life,and its treatment has always been a difficulty and hotspot in research.Herein,this study for the first time reports tha...Colorectal cancer(CRC)is a type of malignant tumor that seriously threatens human health and life,and its treatment has always been a difficulty and hotspot in research.Herein,this study for the first time reports that antipsychotic aripiprazole(Ari)against the proliferation of CRC cells both in vitro and in vivo,but with less damage in normal colon cells.Mechanistically,the results showed that5-hydroxytryptamine 2B receptor(HTR2B)and its coupling protein G protein subunit alpha q(Gaq)were highly distributed in CRC cells.Ari had a strong affinity with HTR2B and inhibited HTR2B downstream signaling.Blockade of HTR2B signaling suppressed the growth of CRC cells,but HTR2B was not found to have independent anticancer activity.Interestingly,the binding of Gaq to HTR2B was decreased after Ari treatment.Knockdown of Gaq not only restricted CRC cell growth,but also directly affected the antiCRC efficacy of Ari.Moreover,an interaction between Ari and Gaq was found in that the mutation at amino acid 190 of Gaq reduced the efficacy of Ari.Thus,these results confirm that Gaq coupled to HTR2B was a potential target of Ari in mediating CRC proliferation.Collectively,this study provides a novel effective strategy for CRC therapy and favorable evidence for promoting Ari as an anticancer agent.展开更多
