In addition, with the rapid development of society, people have higher and higher requirements for medical technology and service quality, which puts forward higher requirements for human resources management in hospitals. Hospitals are required to continuously improve the level of medical technology and human resources management in the rapidly developing trend of the times. Moreover, in terms of the development and promotion of medical technology, hospital management personnel are required to pay attention to the management of hospital staff and the promotion of economic benefits, because these two have laid a material and human foundation for the promotion of medical technology. It can be seen from this that only through reasonable personnel allocation and management can the economic development of the hospital be better promoted, and the continuous improvement of medical technology and service quality be continuously promoted, so as to better meet the needs of patients. Therefore, this paper discusses and studies the relationship between human resources management and economic benefits, analyzes the problems existing in hospital human resources management at present, and puts forward own opinions and strategies on effectively promoting hospital human resources management and improving economic benefits.展开更多
