Walker-256 carcinosarcomas were surgically implanted into the left liver lobes of 60 male Wistar rats, which were divided into 4 groups at random (15 rats per group). On the 7th day after implantation, normal saline (NS), free ADR (FADR), NADR, or ADR mixed with unloaded nanoparticles (ADR+NP) was respectively injected via the hepatic artery (i.a.) of rats in different groups. The dose of ADR in each formulation was 2.0 mg/kg body weight and the concentration was 1.0 mg/mL. Survival time, tumor enlargement ratio, and tumor necrosis degree were compared between each group.RESULTS: Compared with the rats that received NS i.a.,the rats that received FADR or ADR+NP acquired apparent inhibition on tumor growth, as well as prolonged their life span. Further significant anticancer efficacy was observed in rats that received i.a. administration of NADR. Statistics indicated that NADR brought on a more significant tumor inhibition and more extensive tumor necrosis, as compared to FADR or ADR+NP. The mean tumor enlargement ratio on the 7th day after NADR i.a. was 1.106. The mean tumorbearing survival time was 39.50 days. Prolonged life span ratio was 109.22% as compared with rats that accepted NS.CONCLUSION: Therapeutic effect of ADR on liver malignancy can be significantly enhanced by its nanopaticle formulation and administration via hepatic artery.展开更多

The serum contents of total protein and glucose as well as the serum activities of aspartate aminotransferase （AST）, alkaline phosphatase （ALP） and superoxide dismutase （SOD） were significantly in- creased after 30 d post delivery. Moreover, the levels of IgG, IgA and IgM in serum and colostrum of sows were significantly increased at the time of delivery and after 30 d post delivery. The antibodies in colostrum could be maintained at high levels. The percentage of CD3 ＊ and CD4~ ｜ympho- cyte subpopulations was also increased after supplementation with the NS series composite lactobacillus preparation at a proportion of 0.2%. Methods: 60 eligible patients for the study were treated with enalapril, 30 of whom were t...Objective: to study the clinical effect of enalapril plus levoamlodipine benzene acid for treatment in essential hypertension. Methods: 60 eligible patients for the study were treated with enalapril, 30 of whom were treated with levoamlodipine. Compare the treatment effect of patients and the difference in the dynamic blood pressure level and medication-related adverse reactions between the two groups before medication, 1 month of medication and 3 months of medication. Results: in the control group, there were 9 significantly effective patients (30%), 18 effective patients (60%), 3 ineffective patients (30%), and the total response rate of 90%. In the control group, there were 18 significantly effective patients (60%), 11 effective patients (33.33%), 1 ineffective patient (3.33%), and the total effective rate of 96.67% (p <0.05);the 24hSBP and 24hDBP in the observation group at 1 month and 3 months were significantly lower than that in the control group;four cases of adverse reactions occurred in the control group. Among them, one case of body edema, one case of facial flushing, two cases of headache and fatigue, the overall incidence of adverse reactions was 10%;a total of 4 cases of adverse reactions occurred in the observation group. Among them, 1 case of body edema, 1 case of facial flushing, 2 cases of headache and fatigue were 14%. The differences between the groups were not statistically significant (p> 0.05). After treatment with different treatments, the difference between sleep quality and life quality was insignificant, and P> 0.05, there was no significant difference after treatment, and P <0.05 was comparable. Conclusion: primary hypertension can be better controlled under the combination of the drug, without significantly aggravating the adverse effects, which is of in-depth research value.展开更多
