The traditional construction method is that people do a lot of on-site construction such as steel binding, formwork support and concrete pouring. The carbon emission is very serious, which damages the surrounding environment and causes serious pollution problems in urban construction. Compared with traditional residential structures, prefabricated steel structure residence has high strength and light weight. With the advantages of flexible design and layout, large space for effective use, high degree of integration, good economic benefits, etc., and recyclable steel, it is green and environmentally friendly, which meets the requirements of the national sustainable development strategy, and is widely promoted in modern residential buildings. This paper focuses on taking Beijing Dongao Village Talent Public Rental Housing Project as an example, summarizing and analyzing the characteristics, structural composition and characteristic practices in the construction process of prefabricated steel structure houses.展开更多

The roughening treatment of prefabricated component binding surface is one of the important processes of prefabricated construction, which has a direct impact on the bearing capacity of the component binding surface. Based on the trial of practical projects, comparing the characteristics of several different combined surface treatment processes, this paper studies and analyzes the applicability of the roughening treatment process of PE film forming prefabricated members in practical projects, so as to provide theoretical basis for deepening the development concept of energy conservation, emission reduction and quality and efficiency improvement of prefabricated buildings.展开更多
