Lower Paleozoic black shales are important source rocks worldwide.The Upper Ordovician-Lower Silurian Renheqiao Formation of the Baoshan Block is a low-maturity equivalent of the Wufeng-Longmaxi(WF-LMX)Shale of the Sichuan Basin.However,organic matter(OM)characteristics in these low-maturity Lower Paleozoic shales are not well understood.In this study,50 Renheqiao Formation shale samples collected from seven outcrop sections and one drill core were investigated with organic petrology,organic geochemistry,R_(o)ck-Eval pyrolysis,N_(2) and CO_(2) adsorption,and scanning electron microscope(SEM)analyses to study the OM content,type,thermal maturity,and the development of OM-hosted pores in these Lower Paleozoic shales.The total organic carbon(TOC)content of the Renheqiao Formation shales varies,with the maximum content of 10.07 wt%.R_(o)ck-Eval pyrolysis results show that present OM in the Renheqiao Formation shales is Type IV kerogen,a result of advanced thermal maturation.Graptolite reflectance(GR_(o))ranges from 1.26%to 1.85%,and equivalent vitrinite reflectance(EqR_(o))converted from GR_(o) ranges from 1.08%to 1.51%,indicating that the studied Renheqiao Formation shales are dominantly within the late-mature stage.EqR_(o) based on R_(o)ck-Eval T_(max) shows large variations,which indicates that R_(o)ck-Eval T_(max) is not a reliable thermal maturity indicator for the Lower Paleozoic Renheqiao Formation shales.Caution should be applied when assessing the thermal maturity of high-maturity black shales based on T_(max) when the S2 values are too low.Organic petrographic observations show that OM in these shales is dominated by solid bitumen(>70 vol%of total OM),with minor contributions by graptolites and chitinozoans.The specific surface area and pore volume of shales are controlled by TOC content.Organic pores are hosted by solid bitumen and were not observed in graptolites when examined under the SEM.Although the Renheqiao Formation has a lower thermal maturity than the over-mature WF-LMX Shale,it is mature enough that primary oil-prone macerals have been thermally transformed and could not be identified under the microscope. 展开更多

The Solar Close Observations and Proximity Experiments(SCOPE)mission will send a spacecraft into the solar atmosphere at a low altitude of just 5 R☉from the solar center.It aims to elucidate the mechanisms behind solar eruptions and coronal heating,and to directly measure the coronal magnetic field.The mission will perform in situ measurements of the current sheet between coronal mass ejections and their associated solar flares,and energetic particles produced by either reconnection or fast-mode shocks driven by coronal mass ejections.This will help to resolve the nature of reconnections in current sheets,and energetic particle acceleration regions.To investigate coronal heating,the mission will observe nano-flares on scales smaller than 70 km in the solar corona and regions smaller than 40 km in the photosphere,where magnetohydrodynamic waves originate.To study solar wind acceleration mechanisms,the mission will also track the process of ion charge-state freezing in the solar wind.A key achievement will be the observation of the coronal magnetic field at unprecedented proximity to the solar photosphere.The polar regions will also be observed at close range,and the inner edge of the solar system dust disk may be identified for the first time.This work presents the detailed background,science,and mission concept of SCOPE and discusses how we aim to address the questions mentioned above. 展开更多

The Lower Cambrian shales in the Sichuan Basin are considered one of the most promising shale gas resources in China.However,large-scale commercial development has not been achieved due to the relatively low and significantly variable gas contents of the drilled shales.Excitingly,the first major breakthrough in deep and ultra-deep Lower Cambrian shale gas was made recently in the well Z201 in the southern Sichuan Basin,with a gas yield exceeding 73×10^(4)m^(3)/d.The success of well Z201 provides a favorable geological case to reveal the distinct enrichment mechanism of deep and ultra-deep Lower Cambrian shale gas.In this study,at drilling site of well Z201,fresh shale core samples with different gasin-place contents were collected,and their geochemical,pore development and water-bearing characteristics were analyzed systematically.The results showed that the Z201 organic-rich shales reached an overmature stage,with an average Raman maturity of 3.70%.The Z201 shales with high gas-in-place contents are mainly located in the Qiongzhusi 12section and the upper Qiongzhusi 11section,with an average gas-in-place content of 10.08 cm^(3)/g.Compared to the shales with low gas-in-place contents,the shales with high gas-in-place contents exhibit higher total organic carbon contents,greater porosities,and lower water saturations,providing more effective pore spaces for shale gas enrichment.The effective pore structures of the deep and ultra-deep Lower Cambrian shales are the primary factors affecting their gas-in-place contents.Similar to the shales with high gas-in-place contents of well Z201,the deep and ultra-deep Lower Cambrian shales in the Mianyang-Changning intracratonic sag,especially in the Ziyang area,generally developed in deep-water shelf facies with high total organic carbon contents and thick sedimentary thickness,providing favorable conditions for the development and preservation of effective pores.Therefore,they are the most promising targets for Lower Cambrian shale gas exploration. 展开更多

Magnolia officinalis is a perennial deciduous tree that has medicinal properties.The AP2/ERF gene family has a number of roles in long-term growth and metabolism.The expression of this function varies with the growth period.In this work,based on the transcriptome data of Magnolia officinalis,the complete coding gene of Magnolia officinalis was obtained,and the corresponding protein sequence was retrieved from NCBI and compared with the model plant Arabidopsis thaliana.After screening,75 protein sequences from the AP2/ERF gene family were identified and called MoAP2/ERF1–MoAP2/ERF75,followed by bioinformatics analysis.75 AP2/ERF gene families were found and classified into four subfamilies.Their protein architectures had one or more conserved AP2 domains,which were typically unstable and hydrophilic.Subcellular research revealed that it was primarily located in the nucleus.Among them,the DREB subfamily showed stronger activity in the early growth period of Magnolia officinalis,suggesting that Magnolia officinalis had stronger resistance to adversity during this period.The 15 members of the MoAP2/ERF gene family showed significant differences during different growth periods,and they regulated the gene expression of Magnolia officinalis by binding to DNA.The 15 MoAP2/ERF gene families have a wide range of physiological activities in biological processes,cellular components,and molecular functions.Including MoAP2/ERF55 can catalyze imidazole glycerol phosphate synthase activity;MoAP2/ERF39 acts as a transcriptional activator of Pti6. 展开更多

The structural phase transition of MnO_(2) nanorods was investigated using in situ high pressure synchrotron x-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). At pressures exceeding 10.9 GPa, a second-order structural phase transition from tetragonal to orthogonal, which was accompanied by fine-scale crystal twinning phenomena, was observed in MnO_(2) nanorods. On account of the significant contribution of surface energy, the phase transition pressure exhibited appreciable hysteresis compared with the bulk counterparts, suggesting the enhanced structural stability of nanorod morphology. These findings reveal that the size and morphology exhibit a manifest correlation with the high pressure behavior of MnO_(2) nanomaterials, providing useful insights into the intricate interplay between structure and properties. 展开更多

Design and control of an extractive distillation process for separating isopropanol and water with side-stream extraction

Innovating distillation technology to improve the efficiency of distillation equipment,reduce energy consumption,and increase product purity is an important challenge for the rapid development of the distillation industry.In this paper,steady-state simulations are developed for the separated isopropanol and water systems,and the sensitive temperature stage locations are determined using sensitivity and singular value decomposition(SVD).An open-loop steady-state gain analysis of the isopropanol/water system was performed,and a series of dynamic control schemes were designed and optimized to resist±10% feed flow disturbances and ±5% feed composition disturbances,comparing the performance of the control schemes one by one through IAE error analysis.The results show that the side-stream extractive distillation separation of isopropanol and water system using a single temperature fixed reflux ratio control loop suffers from a large product shift problem.One of the key control loops is to control the isopropanol purity by controlling the bottom of the column flow rate,and the scheme performs well under both single-temperature control and dual-temperature control,effectively resisting ±10% feed flow disturbances and ±5% feed composition disturbances.The improvement of product purity can be seen from the compone nt controllers play an important role,while the feed-fo rward effect under certain conditions can also enable the system to quickly restore stability and improve the system response speed. 展开更多

Recent observations have demonstrated the capability of mapping the solar coronal magnetic field using the technique of coronal seismology based on the ubiquitous propagating Alfvénic/kink waves through imaging spectroscopy.We established a magnetohydrodynamic model of a gravitationally stratified open magnetic flux tube,exciting kink waves propagating upwards along the tube.Forward modeling was performed to synthesize the Fe XIII 1074.7 and 1079.8 nm spectral line profiles,which were then used to determine the wave phase speed,plasma density,and magnetic field with seismology method.A comparison between the seismologically inferred results and the corresponding input values verifies the reliability of the seismology method.In addition,we also identified some factors that could lead to errors during magnetic field measurements.Our results may serve as a valuable reference for current and future coronal magnetic field measurements based on observations of propagating kink waves. 展开更多

本研究旨在鉴定桑树bHLH基因,并分析预测其理化性质和保守结构域,以期为研究bHLH转录因子在桑树的生长发育、抗逆胁迫以及信号转导过程中的作用提供参考。本研究使用桑树全基因组数据,通过生物信息学方法对桑树的b HLH转录因子进行了鉴... 本研究旨在鉴定桑树bHLH基因,并分析预测其理化性质和保守结构域,以期为研究bHLH转录因子在桑树的生长发育、抗逆胁迫以及信号转导过程中的作用提供参考。本研究使用桑树全基因组数据,通过生物信息学方法对桑树的b HLH转录因子进行了鉴定与系统分析。结果表明,在桑树全基因组中共鉴定出173个b HLH转录因子,经过系统进化分析,将其分为四个进化大组,11个亚组;bHLH转录因子间理化性质差别和跨度较大,59.1%的等电点小于7,呈弱酸性;保守结构域分析表明,bHLH转录因子有两个高度保守的结构域并含有H5-E9-R13保守序列,N端的碱性氨基酸区与DNA结合位点有关,C端的HLH区形成螺旋-环-螺旋结构并且与形成二聚体有关,共含有5种保守元件;保守元件分析表明,bHLH基因家族只含有一个HLH保守结构域结构;蛋白互作分析结果表明,相似的功能或者相近的生理过程可能由不同的蛋白控制。鉴定和分析桑树bHLH转录因子家族,既可以为桑树的抗旱、胁迫等方面的研究提供分子生物学理论基础,又可以为分子改良桑树品种提供理论依据,从而改良桑椹的果实品质,进一步提高桑椹的食用价值和药用价值。 展开更多

为了提升原子钟数据降噪效果,基于经验模态分解(EMD),结合小波阈值降噪方法,提出了一种改进EMD的方法。在分析原子钟噪声模型的基础上,明确了原子钟频率数据非线性、非平稳的特点。结合EMD方法原理中固有模函数(IMF)需要满足的条件和提... 为了提升原子钟数据降噪效果,基于经验模态分解(EMD),结合小波阈值降噪方法,提出了一种改进EMD的方法。在分析原子钟噪声模型的基础上,明确了原子钟频率数据非线性、非平稳的特点。结合EMD方法原理中固有模函数(IMF)需要满足的条件和提取步骤,利用窗口做出划分,对每一个窗口进行降噪处理,再利用小波阈值进行二次降噪,最后重构得到降噪后的原子钟数据。为了验证改进的EMD方法的有效性,分别从信噪比、均方根误差两方面进行评价,并从时域和频域对该方法的降噪效果做出分析。通过实例与传统的EMD方法及常见的小波阈值降噪方法进行比较和验证。研究结果表明:改进后的降噪方法相比传统的EMD方法和小波阈值降噪方法,信噪比从0.6761和3.3218提高到3.6523,均方根误差从1.0440e-13和7.6986e-14降低到7.4111e-14,达到了更好的降噪效果。 展开更多

为探索桑叶原生质体制备和精确计数的方法,以桑树新一之濑多倍体系列的组培自生根苗为材料,通过优化酶解液配方,利用流式细胞仪进行叶片原生质体计数试验。结果表明,酶解液为5%纤维素酶-R10+5%果胶酶+20 mmol/L KCl+20 mmol/L MES+0.4 m... 为探索桑叶原生质体制备和精确计数的方法,以桑树新一之濑多倍体系列的组培自生根苗为材料,通过优化酶解液配方,利用流式细胞仪进行叶片原生质体计数试验。结果表明,酶解液为5%纤维素酶-R10+5%果胶酶+20 mmol/L KCl+20 mmol/L MES+0.4 mol/L甘露醇+10 mmol/L CaCl2+5 mmol/L β-巯基乙醇+0.1%BSA(pH 5.7)时,取28.26 mm2叶片组织,在5 mL酶解液中黑暗静置3 h,耗时较短,酶解较为充分。将酶解液稀释100倍后过滤上机,可以准确高效地检测细胞数;使用移液器量取剩余滤液体积,可以准确计算出上机吸取的滤液体积;由此,可以较为准确快速地分析制备滤液中的原生质体数目。研究结果优化了解离桑树多倍体得到原生质体的条件,为快速检测原生质体数目提供了技术支持。 展开更多

The Lower Paleozoic shale in south China has a very high maturity and experienced strong tectonic defor- mation. This character is quite different from the North America shale and has inhibited the shale gas evaluation and exploration in this area. The present paper reports a com- prehensive investigation of maturity, reservoir properties, fluid pressure, gas content, preservation conditions, and other relevant aspects of the Lower Paleozoic shale from the Sichuan Basin and its surrounding areas. It is found that within the main maturity range (2.5 % 〈 EqRo 〈 3.5 %) of the shale, its porosity develops well, having a positive cor- relation with the TOC content, and its gas content is con- trolled mainly by the preservation conditions related to the tectonic deformation, but shale with a super high maturity (EqRo 〉 3.5 %) is considered a high risk for shale gas exploration. Taking the southern area of the Sichuan Basin and the southeastern area of Chongqing as examples of uplifted/folded and faulted/folded areas, respectively, geo- logical models of shale gas content and loss were proposed. For the uplifted/folded area with a simple tectonic defor- mation, the shale system (with a depth 〉 2000 m) has lar- gely retained overpressure during uplifting without a great loss of gas, and an industrial shale gas potential is generally possible. However, for the faulted/folded area with a strong tectonic deformation, the sealing condition of the shale system was usually destroyed to a certain degree with a great loss of free gas, which decreased the pressure coefficient and resulted in a low production capacity. It is predicted that the deeply buried shale (〉3000 m) has a greater gas potential and will become the focus for further exploration and development in most of the south China region (outside the Sichuan Basin). 展开更多

目的火焰检测可有效防止火灾的发生。针对目前火焰检测方法,传统图像处理技术的抗干扰能力差、泛化性不强,检测效果对数据波动比较敏感;机器学习方法需要根据不同的场景设定并提取合适火焰的特征,过程比较繁琐。为此提出一种基于Faster ... 目的火焰检测可有效防止火灾的发生。针对目前火焰检测方法,传统图像处理技术的抗干扰能力差、泛化性不强,检测效果对数据波动比较敏感;机器学习方法需要根据不同的场景设定并提取合适火焰的特征,过程比较繁琐。为此提出一种基于Faster R-CNN的多类型火焰检测方法,避免复杂的人工特征提取工作,在面对复杂背景、光照强度变化和形态多样的火焰图像时依然保证较好的检测精度。方法基于深度学习的思想,利用卷积神经网络自动学习获取图像特征。首先,利用自建数据集构建视觉任务。根据火焰的尖角特性、直观形态和烟雾量等,将火焰类数据划分为单尖角火焰、多尖角火焰和无规则火焰3类。此外,通过深度网络特征可视化实验发现,人造光源与火焰在轮廓上具有一定的相似性,为此建立了人造光源圆形和方形两个数据集作为干扰项来保证检测模型的稳定性;然后,细化训练参数并调整预训练的卷积神经网络结构,改动分类层以满足特定视觉任务。将经过深度卷积神经网络中卷积层和池化层抽象得到的图像特征送入区域生成网络进行回归计算,利用迁移学习的策略得到每一类目标物体相应的探测器;最后,得到与视觉任务相关的目标检测模型,保存权重和偏置参数。并联各类目标物体的子探测器作为整体探测器使用,检测时输出各类探测器的分数,得分最高的视为正确检测项。结果首先,利用训练好的各探测器与相应测试集样本进行测试,然后,再利用各类目标物的测试集来测试其他类探测器的检测效果,以此证明各探测器之间的互异性。实验结果表明,各类探测器都具有较高的专一性,大大降低了误判的可能性,对于形变剧烈和复杂背景的火焰图像也具有良好的检测准确率。训练得到的检测模型在应对小目标、多目标、形态多样、复杂背景和光照变化等检测难度较大的情况时,均能获得很好的效果,测试集结果表明各类探测器的平均准确率提高了3. 03%~8. 78%不等。结论本文提出的火焰检测方法,通过挖掘火焰的直观形态特征,细分火焰类别,再利用深度卷积神经网络代替手动特征设置和提取过程,结合自建数据集和根据视觉任务修改的网络模型训练得到了检测效果良好的多类型火焰检测模型。利用深度学习的思想,避免了繁琐的人工特征提取工作,在得到较好的检测效果的同时,也保证了模型具有较强的抗干扰能力。本文为解决火焰检测问题提供了更加泛化和简洁的解决思路。 展开更多

The Solar Upper Transition Region Imager(SUTRI)onboard the Space Advanced Technology demonstration satellite(SATech-01),which was launched to a Sun-synchronous orbit at a height of~500 km in 2022 July,aims to test the on-orbit performance of our newly developed Sc/Si multi-layer reflecting mirror and the 2k×2k EUV CMOS imaging camera and to take full-disk solar images at the Ne VII 46.5 nm spectral line with a filter width of~3 nm.SUTRI employs a Ritchey-Chrétien optical system with an aperture of 18 cm.The on-orbit observations show that SUTRI images have a field of view of~416×416 and a moderate spatial resolution of~8″without an image stabilization system.The normal cadence of SUTRI images is 30 s and the solar observation time is about16 hr each day because the earth eclipse time accounts for about 1/3 of SATech-01's orbit period.Approximately15 GB data is acquired each day and made available online after processing.SUTRI images are valuable as the Ne VII 46.5 nm line is formed at a temperature regime of~0.5 MK in the solar atmosphere,which has rarely been sampled by existing solar imagers.SUTRI observations will establish connections between structures in the lower solar atmosphere and corona,and advance our understanding of various types of solar activity such as flares,filament eruptions,coronal jets and coronal mass ejections. 展开更多

In this paper,an Uncertainty-based Multi-disciplinary Design Optimization (UMDO)method combining with fuzzy theory and Multi-Discipline Feasible (MDF) method is developed for the conceptual design of a Hybrid Rocket Motor (HRM) powered Launch Vehicle (LV).In the method proposed,membership functions are used to represent the uncertain factors,the fuzzy statistical experiment is introduced to analyze the propagation of uncertainties,and means,standard deviations and credibility measures are used to delineate uncertain responses.A geometric programming problem is solved to verify the feasibility of the Fuzzy-based Multi-Discipline Feasible(F-MDF) method.A multi-disciplinary analysis of a three-stage HRM powered LV involving the disciplines of propulsion,structure,aerodynamics and trajectory is implemented,and the mathematical models corresponding to the F-MDF method and the MDF method are established.A two-phase optimization method is proposed for multi-disciplinary design optimization of the LV,including the orbital capacity optimization phase based on the Ziolkowski formula,and the scheme trajectory verification phase based on the 3-degree-of-freedom point trajectory simulation.The correlation coefficients and the quadratic Response Surface Method (RSM) based on Latin Hypercube Sampling (LHS) are adopted for sensitive analysis of uncertain factors,and the Multi-Island Genetic Algorithm (MIGA) is adopted as the optimization algorithm.The results show that the F-MDF method is applicable in LV conceptual design,and the design with the F-MDF method is more reliable and robust than that with the MDF method. 展开更多

Objective:The purpose of this study was to explore the function and gene expression regulation of the newly identified lnc RNA DPP10-AS1 in lung cancer,and its potential value as a prognostic biomarker.Methods:q RT-PCR and Western blot were conducted to detect the expression of DDP10-AS1 and DPP10 in lung cancer cell lines and tissues.The effects of DDP10-AS1 on DPP10 expression,cell growth,invasion,apoptosis,and in vivo tumor growth were investigated in lung cancer cells by Western blot,rescue experiments,colony formation,flow cytometry,and xenograft animal experiments.Results:The novel antisense lnc RNA DPP10-AS1 was found to be highly expressed in cancer tissues(P<0.0001),and its upregulation predicted poor prognosis in patients with lung cancer(P=0.0025).Notably,DPP10-AS1 promoted lung cancer cell growth,colony formation,and cell cycle progression,and repressed apoptosis in lung cancer cells by upregulating DPP10 expression.Additionally,DPP10-AS1 facilitated lung tumor growth via upregulation of DPP10 protein in a xenograft mouse model.Importantly,DPP10-AS1 positively regulated DPP10 gene expression,and both were coordinately upregulated in lung cancer tissues.Mechanically,DPP10-AS1 was found to associate with DPP10 m RNA but did not enhance DPP10 m RNA stability.Hypomethylation of DPP10-AS1 and DPP10 contributed to their coordinate upregulation in lung cancer.Conclusions:These findings indicated that the upregulation of the antisense lnc RNA DPP10-AS1 promotes lung cancer malignant processes and facilitates tumorigenesis by epigenetically regulating its cognate sense gene DPP10.DPP10-AS1 may serve as a candidate prognostic biomarker and a potential therapeutic target in lung cancer. 展开更多

Since the efficiency of photovoltaic(PV) power is closely related to the weather,many PV enterprises install weather instruments to monitor the working state of the PV power system.With the development of the soft measurement technology,the instrumental method seems obsolete and involves high cost.This paper proposes a novel method for predicting the types of weather based on the PV power data and partial meteorological data.By this method,the weather types are deduced by data analysis,instead of weather instrument A better fault detection is obtained by using the support vector machines(SVM) and comparing the predicted and the actual weather.The model of the weather prediction is established by a direct SVM for training multiclass predictors.Although SVM is suitable for classification,the classified results depend on the type of the kernel,the parameters of the kernel,and the soft margin coefficient,which are difficult to choose.In this paper,these parameters are optimized by particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm in anticipation of good prediction results can be achieved.Prediction results show that this method is feasible and effective. 展开更多
