Methods: from February 2020 to February 2022, 98 patients with senile vaginitis admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects, and 98 patients were divided into observation group (49 cases) and control group (49 cases). The control group was treated with tenidazole plug, and the observation group underwent combination therapy with tenidazole plugs and estrogen ointment. Comparatively analyze the two groups. Results: the treatment efficiency, hormone level, vaginitis symptom score and inflammatory factor index were all better than the control group (P 0.05), and no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: geriatric vaginitis is a common disease in elderly women. Due to the lack of estrogen secretion, the vaginal environment is changed, and the vaginal pH value increases, which is conducive to the reproduction of bacteria. Therefore, the disease is often refractory, repeated attacks;affect the life. The use of tenidazole plug and estrogen ointment to treat senile vaginitis can adjust the hormone level of patients, improve the vaginal environment, and inhibit the reproduction of bacteria, so as to achieve good clinical effect.展开更多
