Methods: the number of access cases, access rate, access completion rate, variation rate, average hospital stay, and average cost per hospitalization before and after the implementation of the optimized clinical pathway were compared. Results: after optimizing the clinical pathway management implementation plan, the number of access cases, access rate, and access completion rate were significantly increased, and the increase in the variation rate, average hospitalization days, and average hospitalization costs decreased. Conclusion: the clinical pathway implementation plan should be regularly optimized in combination with the actual situation of the hospital and the current treatment guidelines, and at the same time, reward and punishment measures should be formulated to form an encouraging work orientation. After a hospital optimized the clinical pathway implementation plan in 2021, various indicators improved significantly compared with the previous ones.展开更多
