Methods: 90 children in our hospital from October 2019 to September 2021 were investigated. Under the condition of informed consent signed by the medical ethics expert group, they were randomly divided into two equal groups, namely acupoint sticking group (30 cases), routine group (30 cases) and combined group (30 cases). The routine group was treated with western medicine, and the acupoint sticking group was treated with acupoint sticking on the basis of the conventional group, and the combined group was treated with pediatric massage on the basis of the two. The clinical efficacy, disappearance time of cough, pulmonary rale and expectoration symptoms and length of hospital stay of the three groups were compared. Results: the effective rate of combined group and acupoint sticking group was significantly higher than that of routine group (P < 0.05);there was no significant difference between the combined group and the acupoint sticking group (P < 0.05);the cough, lung rale and length of hospitalization in the acupoint sticking group and the combined group were shorter than those in the routine group, and the disappearance time of expectoration symptoms was better than that in the routine group (P < 0.05). Compared with the acupoint sticking group, there was no difference between the combined group and the acupoint sticking group (P > 0.05). Conclusion: on the basis of conventional traditional Chinese medicine treatment, the combination of acupoint sticking and children's massage is helpful to improve the curative effect of bronchopneumonia and effectively shorten the treatment time of the disease, which has positive clinical guiding value.展开更多
