有关促进小麦远缘杂交的各种因素的评述表明,远缘杂交可以远到人们所能操作的程度。本文重点论述小麦-冰草(冰草缘)杂交和小麦与冰草不同属远缘杂交的最新结果。杂种种子结实率变化太大,难以预测在1次尝试中没有得到种子的远缘杂种是否... 有关促进小麦远缘杂交的各种因素的评述表明,远缘杂交可以远到人们所能操作的程度。本文重点论述小麦-冰草(冰草缘)杂交和小麦与冰草不同属远缘杂交的最新结果。杂种种子结实率变化太大,难以预测在1次尝试中没有得到种子的远缘杂种是否是不可能的。高交配基因不仅促进受精,也促进种子发育,使胚营救成为可能。可交配性变异不仅小麦中有,异源种也存在。与传统观念相反,当用染色体数较少的种作母本时,也能产生几个与小麦的远缘杂种。远缘杂交的障碍在受精前后似乎不一样大,并且可通过开发应用各种技术加以克服。考虑到远缘杂交的这些方面,并根据近期产生的很远缘的成功的杂种。可以认为,植物种间所能做的远缘杂交能有多远还是一个未确定的问题,并且,将来会有许多新的更远缘的杂种产生. 展开更多

We have studied the effects of the finite range on the fusion and/or breakup of ^6He^+238U and ^11Li+^208pb Pb dynamic polarization potential approach. It has been found of the interaction between the fragments of the projectile systems at near barrier energies within the framework of that at near barrier energies the maximum flux is lost to the breakup channel and at energies well above the Coulomb barrier the fusion coupled with the breakup channel opens up, initially with sharp rise and later becoming saturated at energy nearly twice of the Coulomb barrier. Further, it is found that the breakup cross section increases with the increasing range of the interaction between the fragments of the projectile while the fusion coupled with the breakup channel cross section decreases with the increasing range. 展开更多

We have studied the single-neutron stripping reaction induced by ^23O on carbon target at beam energy of 72 MeV//A with a motive to analyze its ground state structure. The partial stripping cross sections as well as longitudinal momentum distribution of ^22O core have been calculated within the framework of the eikonal approximation approach. Several core-neutron spin coupling configurations, corresponding to J^π= 1/2 + as ground state spin parity of ^23O, along with their suitable admixtures have been considered. The major outcome of the present work is that the s and d admixed configuration with a large contribution of s state seems to explain the longitudinal momentum distribution data more satisfactorily. 展开更多
