沿空工作面地面压裂卸压防冲机制及现场实测研究

为深入探讨地面压裂措施对沿空工作面冲击危险性的影响及其防冲机制,以陕西大海则煤矿20103工作面作为工程背景,采用理论分析与现场探测方法,研究两相邻工作面间实施地面压裂措施对降低上、下工作面回采期间冲击危险性的防冲机制及防治... 为深入探讨地面压裂措施对沿空工作面冲击危险性的影响及其防冲机制,以陕西大海则煤矿20103工作面作为工程背景,采用理论分析与现场探测方法,研究两相邻工作面间实施地面压裂措施对降低上、下工作面回采期间冲击危险性的防冲机制及防治效果,得出如下结论:在两相邻工作面间实施地面压裂措施,可在上工作面回采前弱化岩层的整体力学性能,进而降低压裂区域下方的整体静载水平;在下工作面回采阶段,沿空巷道围岩整体处于相对较低的静载应力环境,且地面压裂后侧向悬臂长度缩短,其断裂产生的动载能量可得到一定程度的削弱,最终降低动静载叠加引发的冲击危险性。现场侧向悬顶探测结果表明,通过对比压裂区域与未压裂区域的侧向悬臂结构可知,地面压裂效果良好,对侧向悬臂的弱化程度显著,有效实现“长臂变短臂”;地面压裂措施对降低沿空工作面冲击危险性具有良好作用,可为同类型矿井沿空工作面冲击地压防治提供参考。 展开更多

Since the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics was the first Winter Olympics in history held in continental winter monsoon climate conditions across complex terrain areas,there is a deficiency of relevant research,operational techniques,and experience.This made providing meteorological services for this event particularly challenging.The China Meteorological Administration(CMA)Earth System Modeling and Prediction Centre,achieved breakthroughs in research on short-and medium-term deterministic and ensemble numerical predictions.Several key technologies crucial for precise winter weather services during the Winter Olympics were developed.A comprehensive framework,known as the Operational System for High-Precision Weather Forecasting for the Winter Olympics,was established.Some of these advancements represent the highest level of capabilities currently available in China.The meteorological service provided to the Beijing 2022 Games also exceeded previous Winter Olympic Games in both variety and quality.This included achievements such as the“100-meter level,minute level”downscaled spatiotemporal resolution and forecasts spanning 1 to 15 days.Around 30 new technologies and over 60 kinds of products that align with the requirements of the Winter Olympics Organizing Committee were developed,and many of these techniques have since been integrated into the CMA’s operational national forecasting systems.These accomplishments were facilitated by a dedicated weather forecasting and research initiative,in conjunction with the preexisting real-time operational forecasting systems of the CMA.This program represents one of the five subprograms of the WMO’s high-impact weather forecasting demonstration project(SMART2022),and continues to play an important role in their Regional Association(RA)II Research Development Project(Hangzhou RDP).Therefore,the research accomplishments and meteorological service experiences from this program will be carried forward into forthcoming highimpact weather forecasting activities.This article provides an overview and assessment of this program and the operational national forecasting systems. 展开更多

基于在贵州沿印松高速公路端公山和杨柳两处隧道附近的爆破监测数据,采用萨道夫斯基公式对端公山隧道的实测数据进行了线性回归分析,并基于实测数据与萨氏公式的差异性进行放大系数修正,采用修正后的公式对杨柳隧道监测数据进行预测,结... 基于在贵州沿印松高速公路端公山和杨柳两处隧道附近的爆破监测数据,采用萨道夫斯基公式对端公山隧道的实测数据进行了线性回归分析,并基于实测数据与萨氏公式的差异性进行放大系数修正,采用修正后的公式对杨柳隧道监测数据进行预测,结果表明:两处隧道中,爆源距越小,峰值振动合速度与分速度的离散性均越大;进行回归分析时,爆源距越小,爆破放大系数离散性较大,超过一定距离后放大系数逐渐趋近于1,且萨氏公式对合速度的拟合度大于对分速度的拟合度;采用修正公式进行预测时,预测值均小于实测值,且对远处测点的预测精度优于近处测点。研究结果对类似工程的理论研究具有参考价值。 展开更多

The Effects of Land Surface Process Perturbations in a Global Ensemble Forecast System 被引量:1

Atmospheric variability is driven not only by internal dynamics, but also by external forcing, such as soil states, SST, snow, sea-ice cover, and so on. To investigate the forecast uncertainties and effects of land surface processes on numerical weather prediction, we added modules to perturb soil moisture and soil temperature into NCEP's Global Ensemble Forecast System (GEFS), and compared the results of a set of experiments involving different configurations of land surface and atmospheric perturbation. It was found that uncertainties in different soil layers varied due to the multiple timescales of interactions between land surface and atmospheric processes. Perturbations of the soil moisture and soil temperature at the land surface changed sensible and latent heat flux obviously, as compared to the less or indirect land surface perturbation experiment from the day-to-day forecasts. Soil state perturbations led to greater variation in surface heat fluxes that transferred to the upper troposphere, thus reflecting interactions and the response to atmospheric external forcing. Various verification scores were calculated in this study. The results indicated that taking the uncertainties of land surface processes into account in GEFS could contribute a slight improvement in forecast skill in terms of resolution and reliability, a noticeable reduction in forecast error, as well as an increase in ensemble spread in an under-dispersive system. This paper provides a preliminary evaluation of the effects of land surface processes on predictability. Further research using more complex and suitable methods is needed to fully explore our understanding in this area. 展开更多

Study of perturbing method in regional BGM ensemble prediction system

Based on an Ensemble Prediction System with the BGM method on the regional numerical prediction model AREM, Static State Perturbation (SSP, including Initial Random Perturbation and Perturbation Restriction) and Dynamic State Perturbation (DSP) are designed. The impacts of both perturbations on precipitation prediction are studied by analyzing a slrong precipitation process oc- curring during July 20-21, 2008. The results show that both SSP and DSP play a positive role in prediction of mesoscale precipita- tion, such as lowering the (missing) rate of precipitation prediction. SSP is mainly helpful for the 24-hour prediction, while DSP can improve both 24-hour and 48-hour prediction. DSP is better than the two SSPs in the hit rate of regional precipitation prediction. However, the former also has a little higher false alarm rate than the latter. DSP enlarges in some extent the dispersion of EPS, which is good for EPS. 展开更多

This paper reviews the development of ensemble weather forecast and the primary techniques employed in the main ensemble prediction systems(EPSs)designed by China and other countries.Here,the emphasis is placed on the advancements in the China Meteorological Administration(CMA)global and regional ensemble prediction systems(i.e.,CMA-GEPS and CMA-REPS),with particular attention to operational technologies such as initial and model perturbation methods and the applications of ensemble forecast.Through comparative verification with EPSs from other leading international numerical weather prediction(NWP)centers,CMA’s EPSs demonstrate forecast skills comparable to its global counterparts.As EPSs progress to convective scales and coupled systems between sea,land,air,and ice,the paper addresses some key challenges in ensemble forecast technologies across the aspects of operation,science,integration of artificial intelligence(AI),merging of weather and climate models,and challenging user requirements.Finally,a summary of conclusions and future perspectives on ensemble forecast are provided. 展开更多
