Methods: The normal and malignant cells were used to extract total RNA. The expression of the Tbx2 gene was detected by RT-PCR. Results: No expression of the Tbx2 gene in the normal melanocytes was noted, but all malignant cells showed expression of the Tbx2 gene. Conclusion: Tbx2 plays a critical role during the development of the malignant cells.展开更多
