Plant pest resistance includes antixenosis, antibiosis, and tolerance. Current popular methods for the genetic improvement of crop pest resistance are traditional breeding method, transgenic breeding, and molecular mark-assisted breeding. 目的探讨尿管腹部外固定法在前列腺绿激光汽化术(greenlight photoselective vaporization of the prostate,PVP)后患者的应用效果。方法采用目的抽样法,选取行PVP患者172例,对照组83例,观察组89例。对照组术后尿管给予常规大腿外侧上1/...目的探讨尿管腹部外固定法在前列腺绿激光汽化术(greenlight photoselective vaporization of the prostate,PVP)后患者的应用效果。方法采用目的抽样法,选取行PVP患者172例,对照组83例,观察组89例。对照组术后尿管给予常规大腿外侧上1/3外固定法,观察组术后尿管采用腹部外固定法。比较2组活动后尿液颜色改变的发生率、留置尿管期间的满意度及尿管外固定装置的牢固性。结果观察组活动后尿液颜色变红改变的发生率明显低于对照组,观察组患者留置尿管期间在舒适度、方便度、保护隐私方面的满意度及满意度总分均高于对照组,观察组尿管外固定装置的牢固性优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PVP术后尿管固定于腹部可减少患者活动后出血的发生率,促进康复,提高留置尿管期间的满意度,值得临床推广。展开更多
