The three-layer forward neural networks are used to establish the inverse kinematics models of robot manipulators. The fuzzy genetic algorithm based on the linear scaling of the fitness value is presented to update the weights of neural networks. To increase the search speed of the algorithm, the crossover probability and the mutation probability are adjusted through fuzzy control and the fitness is modified by the linear scaling method in FGA. Simulations show that the proposed method improves considerably the precision of the inverse kinematics solutions for robot manipulators and guarantees a rapid global convergence and overcomes the drawbacks of SGA and the BP algorithm. 展开更多

The technique of IP traceback may effectively block DOS (Denial Of Service) and meet the requirement of the computer forensic, but its accuracy depends upon that condition that each node in the Internet must support IP packet marking or detected agents. So far, this requirement is not satisfied. On the basis of traditional traceroute,this paper investigates the efficiency of discovering path methods from aspects of the size and order of detecting packets, and the length of paths.It points out that the size of padding in probed packets has a slight effect on discovering latency, and the latency with the method of bulk sending receiving is much smaller than one with the traditional traceroute. Moreover, the loss rate of packets with the technique of TTL (Time To Live) which increases monotonously is less than that with the technique of TTL which decreases monotonously. Lastly,OS (Operating System) passive fingerprint is used as heuristic to predict the length of the discovered path so as to reduce disturbance in network traffic. 展开更多

随着舰载设备抗冲击研究的不断发展,能否准确预报水下圆柱壳的整体冲击环境对于设备的布置与安装具有重大意义。对圆柱壳进行水下爆炸试验是一种具有较高可信度的研究手段,但成本巨大,相对而言,舱段试验较为容易方便。对比舱段与整体水... 随着舰载设备抗冲击研究的不断发展,能否准确预报水下圆柱壳的整体冲击环境对于设备的布置与安装具有重大意义。对圆柱壳进行水下爆炸试验是一种具有较高可信度的研究手段,但成本巨大,相对而言,舱段试验较为容易方便。对比舱段与整体水下圆柱壳的冲击环境差异,发现水下圆柱壳与舱段的冲击环境差异主要集中于低频段,水下圆柱壳的低频响应以低阶振动模态为主,而舱段的低频响应以刚体运动为主。根据上述差异,结合经验模态分解法、船体梁理论,提出以舱段冲击环境数据来预报整个圆柱壳冲击环境的组合方法,得到较高的拟合精度。 展开更多

This method is more powerful than the extended tanhfunction method [Phys. Lett. A 277 (2000) 212] and the modified extended tanh-function method [Phys. Lett. A 285 (2001) 355]. Clinical Observation of Emergency Sepsis Patients Treated with Glutamine Combined with Ulinastatin

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of glutamine combined with ulinastatin in the diagnosis and treatment of sepsis. Methods: Sixty-four patients with sepsis were admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. They were divided into the control group (n=32) and the treatment group (n=32). Those who received single drug therapy (ulinastatin) were included in the control group, and those who received cooperative drug therapy (ulinastatin+glutamine) were included in the treatment. ① Effective rate: the effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05);②APACHE-II score (acute and chronic health score system). Compared with before treatment (P > 0.05), the APACHE-II scores of the treatment group and the control group all increased after treatment, and the increase of the treatment group was more obvious (P < 0.05). ③ Levels of inflammatory factors: before the start of the treatment plan, there was no significant difference between the two groups through the measurement of interleukin -1β, interleukin -6 and other indicators (P > 0.05). After the implementation of the treatment operation, the levels of the above indicators in the treatment group were lower (P < 0.05). ④ Immune function: before the treatment plan was launched, there was no significant difference in IgG, IgA and other indicators between the two groups (P > 0.05). After the treatment operation was implemented, the above indicators in the treatment group were higher (P < 0.05). ⑤ Adverse reactions: In terms of the incidence of nausea and vomiting, the treatment group and the control group were compared (P > 0.05). Conclusion: The combination of glutamine and ulinastatin in the diagnosis and treatment of sepsis is effective, which is beneficial to relieve symptoms, weaken the expression activity of inflammatory factors, and improve immune function, and has high application value. 展开更多
