Methods: 48 patients from January 2021 to December 2021 were divided by double-blind randomization. The control group was given routine medication guidance, and the experimental group implemented clinical pharmacy guidance. The two groups compared the cognition of drug action mechanism, drug usage, drug compliance rate, and the incidence of adverse drug reactions before and after the drug use guidance. Results: drug guidance of the first two groups of drug mechanism of cognition, cognition of drug usage, P> 0.05, drug guidance after two groups of drug mechanism of action, cognition of drug usage are significantly increased, and the experimental group of drug mechanism of action, cognition of drug usage is significantly higher than the control group, P <0.05. The drug compliance rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The experimental group had adverse drug reactions that occurred in one case, accounting for 4.17%, while the control group had occurred in 8 cases, accounting for 33.33%. Conclusion: the exact effect of clinical pharmacy guidance in medication patients can improve the cognition of drug action mechanism and drug usage, and further improve the medication compliance behavior, and reduce the adverse reactions of medication.展开更多
