重症急性胰腺炎继发感染早期肝损伤时冷诱导RNA结合蛋白的表达和意义 被引量:2

目的:研究冷诱导RNA结合蛋白(CIRP)在重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)和重症胰腺炎继发感染(SISAP)早期肝损伤中的表达、意义和可能机制。方法:30只雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组、重症急性胰腺炎组(SAP组)、重症急性胰腺炎继发感染组(SISAP组)。通过... 目的:研究冷诱导RNA结合蛋白(CIRP)在重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)和重症胰腺炎继发感染(SISAP)早期肝损伤中的表达、意义和可能机制。方法:30只雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组、重症急性胰腺炎组(SAP组)、重症急性胰腺炎继发感染组(SISAP组)。通过腹腔注射精氨酸、大肠杆菌构建动物模型,造模后24 h取部分胰腺及肝组织光学取实时聚合酶链反应和Western blotting方法检测肝组织中CIRP mRNA和蛋白的表达,光学显微镜下进行组织病理学评分,同时血清学测定血淀粉酶、谷氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、C反应蛋白(CRP)及CIRP表达变化。结果:与对照组比较,SAP组和SISAP组胰腺及肝脏病理评分、血清淀粉酶、ALT明显升高(P<0.05),SISAP组更显著(与SAP组比较,P<0.05)。与对照组比较,SAP组和SISAP组的血清CRP、TNF-a均显著升高(P<0.05),但SAP组和SISAP组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组(1.01±0.17)相比,SAP组肝脏组织CIRP mRNA的表达明显升高(P<0.05),SISAP组增高更显著(P<0.05)。CIRP蛋白表达水平与mRNA表达的趋势一致,并且CIRP水平与肝功能指标ALT,肝损伤病理学评分结果相一致。结论:CIRP可能参与SISAP引起的早期肝损伤的病理进程。 展开更多

An angular unconformity has been identified between the upper and the lower Youshashan Formation based on the study of the regional geology, drillhole, and geophysical data of the Altyn Tagh Mountain foreland, western Qaidam Basin. The distribution of the unconformity, the contacts between the upper and the lower Youshashan Formation, and its relation to the characteristics of the paleo-structure belts suggest a close relationship between the unconformities in the southern flank of the Altyn Tagh Mountain in the west of the Qaidam Basin and the activity of the Altyn Tagh Fault. It was the same time when the Atlyn Tagh Fault Zone was transformed from regional uplifting to rapid-strike-slipping movement during the Miocene, resulting in the cessation of the regional uplift and subsequent massive regional transgression during the deposition of the upper Youshashan Formation, which unconformably overlies (onlaps) the underlying strata of different ages. 展开更多
