Methods: from September 2019 to September 2021, 78 patients with painless myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease in our hospital were selected for data comparison. They were grouped according to the odd and even numbers of department serial numbers, 39 patients in each group. The odd group was given the traditional nursing mode, while the even group was given the overall nursing mode. Results: the decrease of ST segment depression was more frequent in even group than in odd group, and the indexes of attack frequency and duration were less in odd group (p 0.05). Even group of patients had higher expected performance and self-management scores than odd group (P0.05). At the same time, the scores of anxiety and depression in even array were significantly lower than those in odd group (P0.05). Even group nursing satisfaction was significantly better than odd group, and there was a statistical difference between the groups (P0.05). Conclusion: holistic nursing can effectively control the onset of painless myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease, help to improve the patients condition, promote the patients recovery, and enable the patient to obtain a better prognosis. In addition, it can also improve the patients self-management ability, enhance the self-care effect, and can better meet the long-term treatment demand of the disease. At the same time, it can help to improve the patients psychological condition, reduce the patients negative emotions, and enable the patient to more actively respond to the clinical treatment and nursing work. The patient has a high degree of satisfaction with clinical nursing and can be further popularized in clinical practice.展开更多
