Objective: to analyze the clinical effect of the RASS score in the case of the ICU. Methods: in 100 cases of patients treated in our ICU ward from February 2020 to October 2021, patients were divided into two groups according to the chronological order of treatment, marked according to different care methods, patients using routine care as control group, another group as research group, RASS score results for the patients, compare the clinical effect of different care methods. Results: ① In terms of therapeutic effect, the probability were higher than the control group (p <0.05);② In terms of clinical metrics, the levels of various clinical indicators, such as extubation time, mechanical ventilation time and time of treatment at ICU and hospitalization in the study group, were smaller than those of the control patients (P <0.05);③ In terms of the probability of adverse symptoms, the probability of the VAP, unplanned extubation, and cardiovascular events in the study group was basically not statistically different from the control group (p> 0.05);④ At the level of cognitive function, before the patient receives medical care, there was basically no difference in cognitive function levels between the two groups (p> 0.05), and the levels were higher on the third day after care compared with the control patients, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: for patients treated in the ICU, the clinical effect of nursing according to the RASS score results under the guidance of the target is more obvious, and the cognitive function level of patients in the process of nursing has been greatly improved, effectively improving the level of various clinical symptoms, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application. 展开更多

Objective: To study the process control of catheter-related bloodstream infection prevention and control in intensive care unit. Methods: A total of 60 cases were enrolled in this study, who were admitted to the ICU of our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 and had central venous catheterization, and were divided into groups according to the principle of randomization. The control group (n 30) adopted the general prevention and control measures for catheter-related bloodstream infection, while the experimental group (n 30) adopted the prevention and control safety measures for bloodstream infection. Results: Will control group and experimental group patients to compare the incidence of infection, its data differences statistically significant (P 0.05), the experimental group of nurses in the process of the process control of nursing, you first need to understand the catheter in place in the process of human infections caused the related theory of systematic understanding, possessing basic nursing cognition, In addition, in the process of nursing patients, it is necessary to maintain hand hygiene, complete the catheterization operation of patients at one time as far as possible, observe the patients catheterization at regular times every day, understand whether they need to continue the central vein catheterization, and ensure the safety of catheterization through tracking nursing. In the above study, it was found that the implementation degree of nurses in the experimental group was significantly better than that of patients in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: The process of taking prevention and control measures of catheter-related hematogenous infection can effectively reduce the incidence of catheter-related hematogenous infection in patients in the intensive care unit. 展开更多
