目的:探讨利用前置处方审核系统的自定义规则在规范儿科医师处方行为、促进儿科口服中成药合理应用中的价值。方法:(1)通过医院信息系统调取处方审核规则设置前我院儿科门诊2020年1-8月开具有中成药的处方共14 057张,按照相关处方点评... 目的:探讨利用前置处方审核系统的自定义规则在规范儿科医师处方行为、促进儿科口服中成药合理应用中的价值。方法:(1)通过医院信息系统调取处方审核规则设置前我院儿科门诊2020年1-8月开具有中成药的处方共14 057张,按照相关处方点评要求进行点评分析。(2)根据点评结果,将常见的不合理用药现象在处方前置审方系统的处方规则项下分类设置规则,比较自定义规则维护前后儿科中成药重复用药情况并进行分析。结果:自定义规则维护后,儿科中成药重复用药发生率为0.69%,明显低于自定义规则维护前的2.53%。结论:利用处方前置审核系统的自定义规则可以显著减少儿科中成药重复使用率,有效提高儿科中成药合理用药水平,保障患儿用药安全。 展开更多

In the development of enterprises, the importance of talent gradually highlighted. Pay great attention to human resources compensation management and human resources compensation management quality has become an important factor affecting the development and progress of enterprises. Enterprises need talents to promote their development. Human resource management can provide high-quality talents for enterprise and improve their competitive advantages and guide enterprises to develop efficiently and maximize economic benefits. Human resource compensation management can reasonably design salary treatment based on employees' performance, motivate employees' enthusiasm, guide employees to efficiently complete their own work under reasonable salary management and greatly improve work efficiency and quality. Although enterprises attach more importance to human resource compensation management, in the actual implementation process, there are still problems such as unreasonable compensation design, backward management system and concept, and imperfect compensation incentive mechanism, leading to the low quality of human resource compensation management. In view of the problems existing in the salary management, enterprises should take countermeasures according to the actual situation, scientifically and reasonably design the salary, improve the salary incentive mechanism, realize the common development of employees and enterprises, improve the core competitiveness of enterprises and occupy a favorable position in the fierce market competition. 展开更多
