A new dinuclear copper(II) complex ([Cu(C12H17N2O)(N3)]2, C24H34Cu2N10O2) has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray structure determination. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 18.529(4), b = 10.933(2), c = 14.534(3) ?, β = 111.07(3)°, V = 2748(1) ?3, Z = 4, Mr = 621.69, F(000) = 1288, Dc = 1.503 g/cm3 and μ(MoKα) = 1.590 mm?1. The structure was refined to R = 0.0647 and wR = 0.1846 for 4406 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). The asymmetric unit comprises two halfmolecules. The complex is a centrosymmetric dimmer in which the copper atoms are penta-coordinated by three coordination atoms from the corresponding tridentate Schiff base ligand and two bridging azide anions. 新型电芬顿反应器处理酸性矿山废水中的Sb(Ⅲ)

为了高效地去除酸性矿山废水中的Sb(Ⅲ),采用一种基于电芬顿反应的新型反应器进行处理。探讨了新型反应器各项性能(去除率、能耗、·OH产量)的优势;分别考察了电流强度、pH、板间距、曝气速率、电解质浓度对Sb(Ⅲ)去除效果的影响;... 为了高效地去除酸性矿山废水中的Sb(Ⅲ),采用一种基于电芬顿反应的新型反应器进行处理。探讨了新型反应器各项性能(去除率、能耗、·OH产量)的优势;分别考察了电流强度、pH、板间距、曝气速率、电解质浓度对Sb(Ⅲ)去除效果的影响;使用水杨酸和苯醌对电芬顿体系中Sb(Ⅲ)的去除机理进行了分析;并探究新型电芬顿反应器对实际废水中的Sb(Ⅲ)处理效果。结果表明:与吸附、电氧化、传统电芬顿法相比,新型反应器在Sb(Ⅲ)的处理中更加高效,并且能耗更低,通过阴极旋转能够提高·OH的产量,增强电芬顿反应氧化能力;在电流强度为120 mA,pH为3,板间距为2 cm,曝气速率为90 mL·min^(-1),电解质浓度为100 mg·L-1的最佳反应条件下,Sb(Ⅲ)废水去除率接近100%;在电芬顿反应体系中,·OH和HO_(2)·能够共同促进Sb(Ⅲ)的去除;通过该反应器处理实际废水,Sb(Ⅲ)去除率能够达到89%。以上结果可为新型电芬顿反应器高效处理含Sb(Ⅲ)的酸性矿山废水提供参考。 展开更多

It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group Cc with a = 10.939(2), b = 22.909(5), c = 6.907(1) ?, β = 116.75(3)°, V = 1545.7(5) ?, Z = 4, Mr = 380.04, F(000) = 784, Dc = 1.633 g/cm3 and μ(MoKα) = 1.279 mm–1. The structure was refined to R = 0.0472 and wR = 0.0893 for 2571 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The absolute structure Flack parameter X is 0.01(2). In this crystal structure, strong face-to-face π-π stacking interactions between adjacent molecules lead to a one-dimensional chain structure. 展开更多

It crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 11.000(2), b = 19.385(4), c = 11.417(2) ?, β = 95.49(3)o, V = 2423.3(8) ?3, Z = 2, Mr = 1074.77, Dc = 1.473 g/cm3, μ = 0.760 mm–1, F(000) = 1108, the final R = 0.0645 and wR = 0.0714 for 3273 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Two octahedrally coordinated Co(II) atoms are bridged by two 1,4-bdoa2– groups, generating a macrocyclic ring complex. The Co…Co separa- tion is 7.677(3) ?. [目的]探讨Janus激酶-信号转导和转录激活因子信号通路(Janus kinase-signal transducer and activator of transcription signaling pathway, JAK-STAT signaling pathway)与激素性股骨头坏死发生机制之间的关联。[方法]体内试验,36只Sprague-Dawley (SD)大鼠按随机分为三组,每组12只,分别为空白对照组、模型组和干预组,给予相应药物处理,行股骨头HE染色和TUNEL染色。体外试验,自幼鼠颅骨分离成骨细胞,分为同体内试验相同的三组,给予相应体外处理,检测ALP和JAK-STAT通路蛋白p-JAK2、p-STAT3蛋白表达水平。[结果]体内试验,HE染色骨空隐窝率由高至低依次为:模型组>干预组>对照组,差异有统计学意义[(38.9±1.3)%vs (18.9±0.9)%vs (3.2±0.6)%, P<0.001];TUNEL染色细胞凋亡率依次为:模型组>干预组>对照组,差异有统计学意义[(42.2±2.7)%vs (16.1±1.3)%vs (6.2±1.1)%, P<0.001]。体外试验,TUNEL染色细胞凋亡率由高至低依次为:模型组>干预组>对照组,差异有统计学意义[(42.3±3.5)%vs (18.2±1.6)%vs (10.2±1.3)%, P<0.001];ALP由低至高依次为:模型组<干预组<对照组,差异有统计学意义[(53.6±7.7) IU vs (79.2±6.5) IU vs (92.4±4.4) IU, P=0.037]。此外,模型组JAKSTAT相关标志蛋白表达均显著高于对照组和干预组,p-JAK2 [(1.6±0.2),(1.0±0.1),(1.3±0.3), P<0.05]、p-STAT [(1.4±0.2),(1.0±0.1),(1.2±0.3), P<0.05],差异具有统计学意义。[结论] JAK-STAT信号通路特异性抑制剂AG490可抑制激素引发细胞凋亡,其机理可能与抑制p-JAK2和p-STAT蛋白表达有关。 展开更多

The complex C19H22N2O10Cu crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 7.672(2), b = 18.490(4), c = 13.271(3) ?, α = 72.81(3), β = 84.64(3), γ = 87.28(3)o, V = 1026.3(4) ?3, Z = 2, Mr = 501.94, Dc = 1.624 g/cm3, μ = 1.126 mm–1, F(000) = 518, the final R = 0.0580 and wR = 0.1310 for 3364 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). Each Cu(II) ion is coordinated with two different carboxyl O atoms from two 4-carboxyphenoxyacetate groups, two N atoms from two 3-PyOH ligands and two water molecules, residing in a distorted octahedral environment. Adjacent Cu(II) atoms are linked by bi-monodentate 4-CPOA2– groups into an one-dimensional chain along the b axis. The effect of three organic materials (rice straw, Chinese milk vetch and pig manure) on the fractionationof cadmium added into two soils (a red soil and a fiuvo-aquic soil) was studied using submerged incubationexperiment. The organic materials increased soil solid organic carbon (SOC), pH value, the concentration ofactive Si in all the treatments and active Fe and Mn in some treatments. Accumulated SOC caused directlythe increase of Cd bound to solid organic matter and consequently the decrease of exchangeable Cd. Higheractive Si and pH, as well as lower Eh, were also responsible for the reduction of exchangeable Cd. Cd boundto Mn oxide was positively correlated with pH values and rose significatly after one-month incubation, butdecreased after three-month incubstion. Cd bound to amorphous Fe oxide increased with the incubationtime, but was not effected significantly by adding organic materials. 展开更多

U-Pb zircon dating by LA-ICP-MS andSHRIMP for one olivine pyroxenite yields complex agepopulations including Mesozoic ages of 97-158 Ma and 228 ±8.7 Ma, Early Paleozoic ages of 418—427 Ma, Paleoprotero-zoic age of 1844±13 Ma, Neoarchean age of 2541 ± 54 Ma andmiddle Archean age of 3123 ± 4.4 Ma. The 97—158 Ma and228 ± 8.7 Ma zircons show typical igneous oscillatory zona-tion in CL images, suggesting two episodes of magmaticevents. Overlapping of the 97-158 Ma ages with that ofgranulite xenoliths indicates that the Mesozoic granu-lite-facies metamorphism was induced by heating from thebasaltic underplating at the base of the lower crust. Bothprocesses lasted at least from about 158 to 97 Ma. Ages of 418--427 Ma could be records of the subduction of Mongoliaoceanic crust under the North China craton. Ages of 1.84 Ga, 2.54 Ga and 3.12 Ga correspond to the three importantcrust-mantle evolutionary events in the North China craton,and imply preservation of Precambrian lower crust in thepresent-day lower crust. 展开更多
